We have lived here for almost a year. The park has been a wonderful home for us. The management here takes very good care of the place. If we happen to have some kind of issue it is addressed immediately. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Neighbors roaches crawl across the lawn openly and infest your porch first then get into your house, management says it’s not their problem then we’ve had multiple leaks that won’t get fixed and our water bill has more than doubled which apparently isn’t their problem either. Trying to find out who to contact because the management here will barely answer the phone. Save yourself the heartache and look elsewhere.

Terrible place to live there has been 3 people die since we have been here less than a year. Can’t have your dog on a rope even tho u pay 25$ a month for them.

The gentleman there was very nice very helpful he explained a lot of things to me that I did not know I have been trying to purchase a trailer for a while and he explained a lot that the manufacturers couldnt all in all I give him a 10 out of 10 great people

The managers are great but the residents are mostly not. I wouldnt call this a good neighborhood.

New community manager has this neighborhood in much better shape. This is actually a kid friendly community.

*PLEASE BEWARE* This place is a horrible place to live. Id advise anyone that is looking to rent steer clear of Riverside mobile home park. They are shady people I currently live here and at the moment looking for a new place to live after paying my rent here for a year they raise it with no warning I had to fight just to get someone over to my place to look at my heater last week and it just got done today and I have a child and its freaking cold outside. Drugs here are bad Ive went outside myself and picked up a couple of used needles myself around the park if you are looking for a cheap place to get into starting out then RIVERSIDE MOBILE HOME PARK is the place for you. And if you stay be prepared to deal with nothing but headache

Clean. Family friendly plenty of new homes. Well maintained.

The manager is ready nice and is trying to clean up the place if you need anything they are there. They do things for the resadent like vel they put candy on your door and Xmas they bring food they are really trying to help people Im very happy I moved there its only been 3 month but Im please with what they are doing for the park I would recommend you to move here

I currently live here. Have so for 5 years now, since the new management has taken over, the community has gotten better, safer in my opinion. The managers actually take time to get to now everyone here and try to bring everyone together, doing inter community events like 4th cook out, who has the better yard contests, back to school cook out easter egg hunts. I like living here. I highly recomend living here.

Riverside Mobile Homes is a good place to rent a home. The owner and manager are really nice, friendly, and very helpful in making you feel welcome...

They have wonderful people running the mobile home park and they are very friendly oriented and their service is wonderful... I like living in the park

I Lived here since 2006 and could not even thank of being any else Ive seen all kinds of stuff here but the best is now in just a little time we have grown and lots of improvement in mobile home park we have good managers and manatance people that now what there doing all I can really say I proud to be hereBeverly liles

I wouldnt recommend living here. I lived here for 11 months and it was nothing but problems the ENTIRE time. Everything from no A/C, to mold, to bugs. Just dont do it.
