Very professional and very knowledgeable. Went in looking for a bow as a complete novice- hadnt shot a real bow in 20yrs. Didnt even understand all the components that make up a modern compound bow set-up. They walked me through every option from selection of the various options to complete set-up. They welcomed my questions as they put it all together in front of me and had me shoot it over and over as they tuned the bow to me. This was time consuming and there was never a hint of being rushed- I even had to leave to pick up the kids and come back. The bow (and suggestions they made) have been spot on with an invitation to come back in for tune-ups as I progress. Again, very professional from start to finish. Even had my son set up for his first starter bow (age 6)- they made him feel pretty special as they measured him and found the right size bow. I think the hometown specialty shop beats a big chain store any day. This is their passion and livelihood and it shows.
This is an awesome bow shop. The owner is extremely knowledgeable very helpful. Prices are very competitive. I highly recommend this shop for any and all your archery needs. Always shop local.
Went there with my Son who had bought a new Bow at another shop in another state. The young man who worked on it was very professional! Took time with my Sons bow and explained what he was doing.Taking my Mathews Z7 for them to check out this coming week before Turkey season starts!Top of the line shop with a very large inventory and reasonable prices!
Very nice staff. I am new to archery and they got me set up and ready to go quickly. They didnt try any unnecessary upselling, just offered the minimum gear I needed to get started. Privately owned and very qualified, I will most certainly be returning for my upgrades.
I dont know why I wasted several years going to the archery shops in Tulsa. The drive to the Bow Pro Shop is worth every mile! For years Ive been having a hard time grouping my shots past 30 yards and had visited Bass Pro, Archery Outpost and had a local expert look over my bow and shooting technique. They couldnt find anything wrong and had tuned my bow. Went to Bow Pro Shop in Muskogee to have my world rocked. They tuned my bow, explained I was using the wrong spined arrows and the biggest thing was adjust my peep height. It was like I hadnt had anything adjusted to me and was straining too much when shooting. Now the only thing thats bad is my habits I developed from shooting with a bow not custom fit for me.Next bow I buy will be there and I would be happy to pay double than any shop in Tulsa because of the knowledge and customer service. (Not that theyll charge me double)
Very satisfied with the professional service I received. Will definately be going back for all of my archery equipment & tips. Thank you guys for your efficient & friendly service!
A great experience and the owner is well knowledgeable about bows the only place Ill have my stuff worked on
Did business for 10 years with them the son was so rude and disrespectful that I left and left my bow and wont ever go back. HLs in McAlester is 100 times better. No one better at setting up bows
The staff at Bow Pro Shop are the best around. I have had great success with their work
I do not normally leave bad ratings but given the money I spent at this business, they were very unprofessional and the owners (dad) and his son were very inpatient and very poor attitude. I will not do business there again.
Helpful staff and great prices!
These guys are great and friendly.
The guy was very inpatient and rude. I wont be going there again.
Owners in shop, great people
Very unprofessional. Went went in needing a repair and they showed very bad bedside manners in my opinion. Wont be going back
