Walked in looking for some Xbox 360 games and was IMMEDIATELY helped by the dudes who were behind the desk. Had my service dog with me and they asked questions about her and respected the fact she cant be touched. Very veteran friendly. HIGHLY recommend this place

Awesome place. The owner is very kind. A truly unique experience. Retro gaming, new games, and fun, new VR technology. Its a must visit if youre in the area!

I want to thank you for your patience and time today at your store. My son is autistic and had issues with the second game he played. You handled it well for being busy. We will definitely be back as he really enjoyed it. I assume it was busier than normal Sundays.

First time trying VR it was pretty neat. Jason was very helpful showing us what to do and how to play. Will definitely be back.

Had a blast! Its awesome to be able to experience vr without committing to getting a whole set up yourself. Plus still having privacy while playing was really nice thought to have while playing.

Great business before the corna

Took my daughter here. The sign says they open at 5. Nope. Waited until 5:30. Still not open. Tried to call, but no answer. This is terrible business practice! It not only reflects poorly on VR stop, but also The Lakes Mall. Will NOT be coming back!! Wish I could leave LESS than 1star.

We are here waiting with a line of people who is now leaving because they are not open at 3 like the signs says! It’s 3:10 and still not open

A fun place to go if you want to get out of the real world for a bit and go into some fantasy world.

Clean store,helpful staff,top of the line equipment,if you have never experienced virtual reality this is the place to go!

Amazing! I put on a headset and entered a whole new world of virtual reality.

It’s was super slow, like I bought time for my two kids and the new kid that’s working is super slow. Took him like at least 20 minutes to get it all new so I’ll wait until they the people who know what there doing is working. Even when my son was asking for help I had to do it. He said he had no experience to help him or didn’t understand what the problem was.

I went their once and it was amazing but the next time I went their it was before 9:00 and they weren’t open.

Super terrible experience. Took my son in and looked like that kid behind the counter didn’t care. I liked the Hispanic kid that worked there he was full of energy always helped out. But the current person is terrible didn’t even try helping him when he was trying to get a run in the game. He was struggling. So I won’t recommended unless they work on there customer service issues. Until then they lost a customer.

This is the 4th time my kids and I have come to their establishment and they are suppose to be open but arent! We have called and left messages get no answer, we leave a message and get NO return calls... Very poor business operations!
