My husband took these photos at sunset and just love them! The park was definitely packed with families and photographers but its a large park with so many spots for the perfect photo. Also, local residents walking their dogs and a lot of holes on the ground so careful going down the hill.

Its ok. Too many un-dogged families for lack of a better way to put it. But its big nice place for fall photos thats for sure!!! I bring my dog to run around because it pops up as a dog park on Google.

Wide open park with plenty of shady areas. Great place to bring the pups.

Some fun bike trails recommended that if you bring your dog it listens well off leash there and no fences.

I went there expecting to go to a dog park... Its definitely a park but theres no dog park, at least the park itself isnt fenced in or anything so if you dont trust your dog off leash or your dog doesnt come when called Id definitely keep your dog on leash just in case. However it does have a nice open field as well as a mini woody forest area that my dog loved roaming, on the other side of the park through the tunnels theres a nice woody area as well that has a Frisbee course on it if you like playing Frisbee.If this place was fenced in itd be better but other than that it was a very nice, mostly clean park, the greenery and trees are beautiful.Few trash here and there, I picked up a bit. If everyone did a bit it definitely look nicer. They do need more trash cans though, could be why kids decide to throw their trash in nature, cause they are too lazy to walk to the trash cans.Anyways, so to clarify... NOT a dog park but IS a park that you can take your dogs... On leash preferred.PS. great place to take family pictures!!!!! Bring out those holiday photos!

Nice large wooded and open grsss areas. Most people consider this a dog park, if this is the case it could use some more dog doo clean up stations, we bring our own but these days it gives the lazy people an excuse not to clean after their dogs.

Great park for everyone of all ages. I hope the city puts exercise stations for humans and dogs. I would also love to see playground for kids. This park is awesome overall.

Nice setting! Great place for families to walk and kids to explore. No parking lot or restrooms. Many dogs off leash and many instances of owners not picking up after their dogs :( . Very popular with photographers and kids with airsoft guns.

Very cool place. Huge open area for dogs and neat pictures. My son and good buddies had winter formal pictures there. They turned out great. Close to great restaurants.

Too many people leave their dogs off-leash and dont clean up after them, even though there are convenient trash cans and bags around the park.Its a great place to take pictures. Every time Im there, there are multiple families taking portraits. There are areas with wide-open grass, trees with straw under them, and trees growing closely together.It is not fenced, and its surrounded by busy streets, but the park itself is down in a valley where none of that is visible or too loud. There are a few picnic tables, but the trash cans nearby make sitting at them pretty stinky.

My wife, our Shepski Roxy and I enjoyed picnic at table, trail walk and beautiful scenery. We enjoyed spending this time together; talking, taking pics and video and seeing other people, their children and their pets.

Was a nice quiet visit

Nice natural getaway right in the middle of the community. Its not a very large park but there are beautiful trees and a couple open grassy areas for the kids to play on. Lots of dogs off leash here. No bathrooms or play structures. Have a few tunnels that go under the main street to the other side.

Great place to enjoy some outdoorsy time with your kids and/or your dogs! also is a beautiful place to have family, engagement or even maternity photos taken... we really live this park we take our dog at least 2-3 times a week.

Its so beautiful!!! All the birds and trees, my dog can run around freely. Its awesome!

Very quite and hidden park, but its also a pretty good size. Lots of running space for the cute doggies to run around. It does have A small down hill slope, so be prepared to walk up on your way out. Other than that, its a very relaxing atmosphere.

This is a great spot to walk your dogs to have multiple levels the lowest level filled with trees and picturesque pre setup areas for photography. Dog friendly and people friendly as long as you guys pick up your dog poop

Very pretty and there were a lot of dogs and me and my sister went into this long and cool tunnel! Lots of people were taking pictures there!

Loved the open space for my dog to roam and play in. Walked by huge eucalyptus trees...so peaceful being near a small piece of natural nature.

Nice open jogging/ dog walking park in the middle of the city.

We took family pictures in this park, which is pretty crowded in the fall/winter for this purpose. There were multiple other familys doing the same. The park has a lot of trees which makes for a great backdrop. The only difficulty was all the holes throughout the park made from dogs digging for gophers.

Nice open space for dogs, but beware of the landmines some owners fail to pick up. A beautiful spot for family photos, just be sure to pick up after yourselves. Ive seen diapers, confetti, popped balloons, and miscellaneous trash left from photo sessions.

Nice hard packed dirt walking trail that encircle and transverse the parks many sports fields and playgrounds.

Fun place to take pictures. TBe problem is there are a lot of professional photographers who work out of this park, they stake out their best spots and will hang out there all day Saturday and Sunday. Also watch for dog poop! Its all over.

A great place to take your dogs. There are always 3 or 4 dogs running around in the afternoon there to play with

Dog friendly yes. But everyone has their dogs loose even though its required to keep them on a leash. My first visit saw 6 dogs (pitbulls, boxers, labs) only one on a leash. Had to fight off a dog frim attacking my leashed dog. Sucks.

Too many dogs, not enough places to sit and the wildlife isnt protected. Otherwise its beautiful (but less so every year)

Beware. May be irresponsible owners with aggressive off-leash dogs here. My senior dad had to stop visiting with his golden retriever. go to Torrey Pines (Murrieta) or Redhawk (Temecula), instead.-- UPDATE-- July 2018: four years without any aggressive dog incidents, so Im giving this park all five stars now. Huge shady tree area for walks in the shade. Biggest problem I see now is people need to pick up their dog do.

Parking is on the street of the neighborhood and the hill into the park is steep. Great to let kids run around and explore the woods.
