I post this not as a patron of TVP, but rather as an actor frequently cast in the companys productions, as well as a stage director for the company. Ive worked with TVP since Christmas of 2009, and the experiences for me have always been real opportunities for growth and development. Many productions were successful, and many were worthy of reflection as to what to do better in the future. But overall, the main reason many people return to perform for TVP is their dedication to maintaining professional and interpersonal relationships in the community as well as for the actors who come their way.
