For this time of year in Southern California the golf course was in great condition. Greens were fast and firm. Fairways were formally as expected but still have good lies. My only critique really were the bunkers, although preferred lies were given in bunkers, I was disappointed that takes were available but players were not using them, maybe due to COVID-19 I suppose.

Wonderful course layout, friendly staff and members. They did an excellent job hosting the Folds of Honor charity golf event.

(Non Member Complaint) I went golfing here today with an employee/member of the golf course. Unfortunately the staff took the word of a long term member over others. In a short story, we were asked to leave the course due to pace of play. We were playing in front of a member who was a part of a 4 some, due to their rate of play they were going to slow for the “pros” behind them and filed a complaint. We were finishing up hole 12 and did not see this member at any other point of the day and were actually 10-15 minutes ahead of these members. Wish I had the names of these members due to the disrespect that was received by them. I am writing this complaint due to the disrespect received by these members and also the way the situation was dealt with. We were asked to leave the course with no questions asked based on what they heard from their “member”. I will not support this golf course in the future, not based on the condition of the course but based on the manager as well as the “members” they have on this course. I hope many of you enjoy this course because it is a very well maintained course. And I hope none of you deal with the members that are apart of this course. Very judgmental, (quote from a member) “you don’t have anything on me, I have been a member here for 30 years”. As I was leaving I recorded a video of the 4 some of members who started this issue. And they were in fact the issue that was reported, the “professionals” behind them were waiting to hit into the green based on their rate of play. In conclusion, the situation was dealt with very unprofessional and I hope none of you have this experience while playing at this course.

Beautiful and challenging course. Well kept for being the first cool weekend in 6 months. Played it after 7ish weeks if straight heatwave and was very happy with conditions

This was the best and fastest green I ever played in Southern CA. The condition of the course was great.

Amazing Hidden Community

This place has some real CLASS. Facilities are beautiful, great place to hold meetings or just do lunch. Course is well groomed and gorgeous! People are real friendly and down to earth helpful. Secure and safe.

Great Course! Lucky to be able to play it occasionally. Note that if you are playing right after the held a tournament the course will be recovering from the stress.

Always really, really great for a chance to play at a Country Club. The Course was fun. Not really that hard. We played off the White Tees. Pretty flat layout. But, the Greens is where your score will go up. Very FAST, and tricky. Loved playing here. The staff was awsome!!!

Nice course! Managed to play even though I am not a member and Kim from the reception was so nice to accommodate me when I said that I am from Vienna, Austria! 10th & 13th hole were a bit confusing but managed to correct it. Will definitely play again!

Excellent course with the most challenging green complexes I have ever played

Very nice corse but tons of rules kinda seem like you are being watched all day as if you are going to break them. Over all the course is very technical.

Bear Creek is a Jack Nicklaus prize golf course, so much so that it is a stage 2 qualifying course for the PGA tour. The course has 6 tee choices to fully test your game. Lighting fast greens so stay below the hole. The cocktail prices are fair. Small beer selections but good wine. I had the house red, it was good.

Get a social membership...nothing like it anywhere in Riverside County

Great Jack nicklaus private course. The course has many fun, beautiful holes. Challenging but fair. The staff at the pro shop was very pleasant and competent.

Beautiful and well thought out community. The Club house is a bit old but in all, very nice. I love showing clients homes in Bear Creek. They take security very serious.

I like the course, but gusty wind can really ruin your day. 20 to 30 MPH gust when played there twice.

Great course for the price be careful though if your balls not inf the Fairway then youre not going to find it so bring extra balls.The scenery its awesome and the staff is always nice this is a tough course bring your A game but always enjoy playing it
