Had a wonderful time with family for a party. The kids had a great time. So clean and friendly and helpful staff. We definitely be back again soon for more fun!!

Place was over-crowded and no control of the entrance/exits. Only saw employees wipe down a few tables and no games in over 2 hours. Only a handful of people were wearing masks.

Everyone adults included had the best time. They were so attentive to us and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely do it again!

We had a birthday party here and were very pleased with the process-- from booking online to the actual party. We loved the hostess and options available to us. Morning parties are definitely the way to go!

The kids enjoy it for a few hours at a time here and there. Its not cheap and you get more at local arcades for your dollar than you do here. The prizes are the worst selection Ive seen.

Great place to bring your child! My 20 month old had an absolute blast! The staff was very friendly and the food was good. They also did a great job keeping the whole place very clean. I would definitely recommend going!

Amazing experience better than other Chuck e cheese. I would give more stars if I could! Ashley made it all the more better! We have a get vegetarian /vegan and she helped him get a pizza he would eat. Gonna come here more often!

Staff wasnt very helpful or available. They saw me at register and went the other way.

Much more bareable on the pocket now that you can buy time instead of individual tokens.

It is usually very very crowded and prices are kind of high, but the kids love it and have a blast!

My daughter had her 5th birthday there today and Kyle hosted her party and was absolutely fantastic! They were always checking in on us. Making sure we had everything we need. Check on the kids. He was very personable provided amazing service. Couldnt have asked for a better birthday party for my baby girl!

I want thank everyone at the stones river ChunkE. Cheese. My son is 16 and has Autism. He recently sent a letter to this location asking if they could update there sign logo to the new logo. Hes been pacing and having anxiety over receiving a response. I just want to thank Heidi & Justin for sending out a response.Thank you again Heidi & Justin for taking time out of your schedule to make my sons weekend a awesome one. I know he is going to be so happy when the letter comes.My son is alot less stressed knowing it on it way. Its kid friendly and thats who love it the most. Staff is kind of nice a few bad eggs but other than that for a kids place pretty decent. Food is okay but parents they sell beer! Just in case you needed know they have 4 different beer on tap. The pizza is okay for a kids place but the kids seem to love it. Other than that have fun with the kiddos.

Taking the grandkids to Chuck E Cheese is a great way to spend time with kids while not being out in the freezing cold!Surprisingly the pizza is pretty good and the we all had a great time! Bring $$ it isnt cheap!

Love how they updated their whole get up. Makes it much easier to work with a specific time frame or what not rather than tokens. So glad chuck e cheese decided to do this upgrade! Please do it to all locations :)

Great customer service a little slow fixing the machines, a few games kept taking my money but I enjoyed the experience with chucky cheese free tickets and dance time.

My family and I love going to Chuck E. Cheese! This location is our favorite! Asa or Asia was the name of the young lady who we gave our ticket voucher to in exchange for our prizes. She was so kind and patient with my daughter! She rocks! We will definitely be back!

Built with enough games to cause a headache for all ages, this great establishment is geared towards the next generation of people, whose imaginations run wild with free tickets and single priced games. I lost my kid, only to quickly find them locked in an embrace with the mouse himself. No shame in slinging the pizza buffet on Wednesdays, while even allowing the employees to play along when its slow. If youre looking for a good time, look no further than the mouse with a pizza.

Love the Sensory Sundays they do here. Each month, the first Sunday, they open 2 hrs early and allow families with special needs to come play. They even allow you to bring appropriate food that reflects your kids diet. The music is lower, lights lower, no scary mouse coming out, and the best part is NO CROWD! My kids love it and its so much easier on a parents to not have our kids over stimulated while having fun. I wish more places did this. Staff is always pleasant. Sometimes the games dont work and that causes a situation but nothing you shouldnt expect time to time at any arcade.

My kids like to visit a few times per year but its not as fun as I remember when I was a kid. They need more variety for the smaller kids...5 and under. I remember when I was little there was an entire area for littles that included something like an indoor climber and ball pit. Its a good option to entertain kids for a time but its really expensive and plan on helping smaller kids out with 99% of the games.

Main reason our experience was great was due to employee named Miranda. She went above and beyond with everyone. Kids loved her. She was 5 star worthy. Everything else would say 3 stars.

Food and games were great. My only complaint is the costumed Chuck E Cheese. If they are not going to play the part, they do not need to put on the costume and be around the kids.

Food was good but I felt that it was over priced for a 4 year old and one pass by a salad bar. The games were ok. My 4 year old had a blast but I miss the skeet ball. Overall the cost for her and me was around $36 for food and games. The location is great and the place is extremely clean.

The kids had a blast, I loved it where all the games are centralized,the animated shows and Chuck E Cheese coming out to greet the kids, they loved that part,they gave him hugs,high fives, and got their pictures taken with them, the pizzas were delicious, all in all a wonderful family experience, I highly recommend.

Its still a great place to take the kids! I like the security stamps. The staff were also kind enough to upgrade the prize for my littlest, even though he was a little shy on his tickets.

Pretty cool I like that I was able to use the discounts I had.

Our server Christian was amazing. He went above and beyond to make it a great experience.

We went during winter break for lunch it was super busy. It wasnt so bad that you couldnt move. Everyone seemed to share the games without any problems. They had plenty of staff on hand and the place was really clean. The pizza was good Chuck E came out on regular intervals.

I booked my daughters 6th birthday here. Grace did such a fantastic job. She really seemed like she cared that my daughter and her guests had a fantastic time and they did! If you don’t want to put a lot of time or stress into your child’s birthday (trust me I’ve been to some that are way over the top) book your kids birthday here. My kids and her friends had such a great time! Thank you so much Grace and Chuck E Cheese for having such a great employee!

I like the fact that they stamp you and your child, this is a great security measure because that place can get packed. Im not to fond of the games they have in there. Some games are good some or not its more about just getting tickets to get prizes but the expenses it takes to do that I can just buy it much cheaper.

Im very disappointed. We went here for a good time but only to have my kids, 3 and 4, be pushed around by other larger kids! My husband about flipped out! We had to leave because the parents of the bullys were telling us to keep our kids out of the way. Unbelievable!

Samantha the young hispanic girl was SUPER nice and friendly, she went out of her way to give us the best experience. We really appreciate her for everything she did tonight. Definetly deserves a raise or promotion for her kind heart :)

In recent years Chucky cheese has really gotten expensive still a good place to take small kids but litterally for 2 or 3 visits you could get a next gen gaming console or PC that could easily deliver years of gaming pleasure and phones are pretty good photo booths

We went to Chuck-E-Cheese May 9th for my granddaughters birthday party and I was also Grannys birthday to so we celebrated my granddaughters birthday and we had a ball I played she played our server was very wonderful Im sorry I cant think of your name but you were just tremendously wonderful and the pizza has very much upgraded that cheese and sausage pizza was wonderful it was very good delicious had a blast thanks Chuck-E-Cheese

Upon arriving, the guy who checked us in forgot to stamp my 7 month old son. No big deal. So when we were leaving, they asked me to show a picture on my phone to verify he was MY baby! That made me so happy!! They could have let anyone walk out with him, as he was missing a number stamp that matched mine! I was so thankful & I was assured they wouldnt forget again!

This place is always great, the kiddos love this place and we love that its a family orientated place.

On 10/6/18- Our family and 2 children with birthdays booked a table/party. The Mega party package was so much more than we expected. The Entire Staff was Fantastic!! Our hostess for the kids was very attentative and informative, to how and when we were able to enjoy every bit of the entertainment and games, and win prizes etc. The party kids played for 2 hours and won so many tickets. It was h are to keep up with them all. They had a great time. If a machine / game was jammed or quit the attendant was right there fixing and restarting it. THANK YOU EVERYONE WE CAME IN CONTACT WITH AND WE WILL BE BACK !! Even the security check on our way out was great. Thanks again Management and Staff.. way to go to make our Kids happy

Fantastic place to have a worry free b-day party. Alexia our host/server was amazing. Mega star package is worth it for the unlimited play. Might need to purchase additional pizzas.

Food was actually pretty good. I was prepared to be disappointed but the cheese stuffed crust was good. Love that you can play unlimited for a specific time rather than buying tokens now.

My kid really likes it here, I mean which kid wouldnt right. Its good, games are always working condition and staff is pretty helpful. The only thing is that they make the games where you get very little tickets

My kids were super excited about going to CEC today. They played their online game to get tickets before our visit. When we first arrived at 2pm my daughter asked the associate that stamped our arms about redeeming our tickets. He asked a manager through his headset and told her that they would honor them. I thought it was odd but I figured it was something new that they were doing. Purchased 6 cards with 60 minute play times and along with my group had a XL pizza/drinks. As always kids had a great time playing and it was really nice but to not have to refill their card with more tokens since its now based on time. Disappointment came when we go to turn in the total ticket counts. Kids decided they were going to put all their tickets together to get a big point item. The associate stated that they no longer honored the online tickets. Talk about disappointment. I checked that small print and it states nothing about it not being valid at certain times. Valid for one child put visit, minimum $5 food purchase. The associate asked who my daughter had asked about making them valid and at what time. She then just did that they couldnt honor them at this time. To add to the disappointment the associate was rude and wanted to claim that 8 small candies equated to 1000 points. Gentleman overheard & recalculated and figured it was actually only 400 points.

I will never go back after I had my 3 year old daughters bday party there and the people having a party beside us decided to throw down and started yelling and fighting and mall security came and didnt do anything. If it didnt involve kids, I would have died laughing and ask the mall cops why they couldnt do their job, but no kids needed to see any of that and the manager didnt even do anything but get away from the scene. Management needs to be trained on what to do when confrontation like that happens. Thank God I took a gun. My families safety comes first!

Had the mega disaster party paid for all the frills a birthday balloon we didnt get .the pizza for the kids took for freaking ever to come. So the adults that had salad bar didnt eat in front of the kids. The hostess treated us like we had the plague. Had to remind her of everything we paid for and werent getting including the b day cake. Horrible I spent 300.00 for the mega disaster party and salad bar 6 adults barely ate. Last time we will visit the chunky e cheese chain ever.

I dont like to go there often, but my daughter loves it.
