They have birthday parties and wristbands for 3 hours to play. It was only $158 for six kids, three pizzas and also I like how you get rewarded for playing games. I think the only thing wrong is some of the games did not work and they could have a better selection of toys and candy and other things for the tickets you earn when you play the games. You also get to keep the wristbands and the cups.

Staff was awesome! Abby checked our party in and was very helpful and friendly. Everyone had a great time and the food was very good. They were spot on with sanitizing and masks and social distancing.

As we were leaving I think we found the remains of Chuck E. in the parking lot. Oh no say it isnt so. See pic. But seriously, We came for the games only today. Only one skee ball machine in working order, baseball game only had one ball. Definitely some maintenance items that need addressed and no Tuesday specials now. Rewards program is on hiatus. I hope the corporate folks get it together in Chapter 11 soon or all these locations will be gone by next year. The staff in Muncie are nice folks and it was dead in there so we had the run of the place. Overall this chuck e cheese has been pretty good over the years and we hope they can stay open. They do try to keep games rotating in here and the germy jungle gym is long gone. Good luck CEC, we hope you dont end up like the poor fellar we found in the parking lot.

Entered near ten, it was not crowded. i think i might become a regular. prices were fair for the quality of the food.

Grandsons love this place. Pizza is actually delicious. We always get the stuffed crust and never have any left. Only complaint is how loud the music is especially when we have the Birthday parties there. Other than that 2 thumbs up.

Most staff was very rude made me feel unwelcome. They made me feel like I was in the way or causing them a inconvenience.

The staff was rude and there was a older gentleman that worked there that definitely did not need to be working with or around children especially smaller children. Worse 150$ I ever spent

Not many places for kids to play games at, so my son loves coming here. And with a coupon I found from there website we played for 45mins for just $13.99.

Great place for kids! We paid $46 for two adults and three kids - for a big pizza and one hour of playing games. Kids got a couple of prizes and had a blast. Definitely going to come back!

It is a great place to have fun with my boys. I recommend doing the unlimited play pass. My kids and I can play at the same time on it.

This is where I took my grandson this week I usually spend about $40 we get a pizza some cheesy bread and some drinks and we play about $40 worth of games I suggest if you have a cranky six or seven year old and up maybe even a 40 year old take them to Chuck E cheese for some fun dont forget to play the skeet ball and remind your boyfriend hes too big to get on the kiddie rides LOL

They keep it very clean here and the staff is great. There are lots of games my two 9 year olds and 7 year old really enjoy. The verdict is still out on if I prefer the old coin method to the new play pass cards though. Surprisingly, they have an awesome salad bar with a large variety of options, and you can even order 1 beer with dinner.

Of course the boys had a blast and wow it sure was easy to blow threw a $100 though.

Honestly, I would only give this establishment a negative rating if that were possible. Upon entering the establishment we were greeted by an employee who looked rather bored and we seemed have inconvenienced him. Chuck-e-cheese has changed quite a bit since our last visit, no longer do you purchase tokens and theyre is no play area. Instead of tokens you purchase a plastic card and use it for a period of time. While they do offer three or four small ride-on toys suitable for toddlers the remainder are arcade type games. NOT FUN! Our three toddlers were bored fast. We used a coupon for $25.99 to purchase a large pizza and for drinks, then made an additional purchase of parmesan breadsticks for 5.99, and pretzel bites for 5.99, then purchased an hour of playtime. The total came to $53.77. The pizza was as close to cardboard as you can get, the bread sticks were way overdone and not served with any sauce, the pretzel bites were microwaved well. The returned to the counter to inquire about purchasing some sauce for the breadsticks, the man returns and gives me pizza sauce that just came out of the refrigerator. The cheese sauce served with the pretzels were ice cold as well. The manager of this store yelled at one of the kids (3 yrs) for bumping into a machine. Needless to say we will never return to this location in Muncie Indiana again.

Fun for kids and adults. Prices not bad. Not too expensive and can find great deals for different packages online. Needs a little more space, can get over crowded on weekends. Other than that very fun. Great pizza too. I was surprised how good. Try the stuff crust. Excellent...

Hadnt been here in ages; I was shocked at how clean it was. Staff was very friendly & bubbly. You can purchase a play card & get unlimited games in 30 min increments which was a great deal. I was impressed!

Poor management. I was told I could not bring my outside drink in, even though Im looking at a woman within my own birthday party with hers. I was told by management that they would go around and tell anyone with an outside drink, to take it outside. 2 hours later, the same lady still has her drink.Alright place for kids.Overpriced.

Love how I am able to allow my daughter run around n enjoy

The new playing card system is so much easier than carrying around so many tokens! They dont have as much as Im used to for prizes to choose from and the place in some areas is alittle dirty, but the staff was great! And I HATE feeding the ticket system one ticket at a time!!!!

My granddaughter loves the amusements and seeing Chuck E Cheese. The pizza is OK, but certainly not delicious.

Had a wonderful time. Rose our hostess was the best, she was a great help and made things really smooth and fun. Kudos to her..

My sons favorite place! We always feel safe here. It is always pretty clean. Everyone seems friendly. Food is always hot and fresh. I highly recommend, esp when compared to other Chuck E Cheese restaurants!

Fun, daughter always love playing the games, 5yr old.

Kids loved it, price was pretty low considering everything we got. Pizza is surprisingly good as well.

Enjoyed time with my grand daughter! She had great time, and I know she will remember it for long time! Im ready to visit again!

Fun place friendly staff all around great experience. Best place to take your children or grandchildren to have fun and eat pizza:^)

The service was actually really good. We booked a party for my son and we had our own dedicated assistant who helped serve pizza, light the candles, pick up the wrapping paper, and corral the kids back to the table for activities. Her name was Allie and she was great! The loss of stars is due to the overall environment; way too crowded, not very clean, mediocre pizza, and several out-of-order games. But my son had a blast and we will be back.

Great time. Coupons online

Absolutely a great place to take your kids!! Very large area filled with arcade games of all skill levels and ages!! I thought the games were the big draw, so the food wouldnt be so great - but it was hot and delicious!! Soft drinks with refills and salad bar I plan on trying next time. I found coupons online before going, and the employees were so friendly, helpful and polite. It was a great experience and a fun place for the family!!

Kids love it and I get to play skee-ball. Not a bad way to enjoy time together.

So many children @.@ but atleast mine had fun

I was worried about the new pay for time to play instead at getting tokens but my fears were unfounded. This is a great thing plus being allowed to pause the time so eating is possible then back to playing is a home run. Good job. And the pizza is still one of the best out there.

Went to a birthday party there. It was awsome

My kid loves this place

Really good pizza. Plenty of stuff to keep kids . Staff very helpful

I was actually surprised of the cleanliness. The bathroom was clean, I saw staff cleaning tables often. The staff was nice. We enjoyed ourselves. I know the kids did too.

The pizza was actually pretty good at this location .

One of the better ones we have visited. They had good games and all were operational.

My kids and grandkids always love going here. They eat the yummy pizza, play as hard as they laugh, and then are ready for a nap on the ride home. Always a fun time at Chunkee Cheese. As they would call it

Great place to take the children. Is yummy! Chocolate chip is a must! I love their $11.99 play for 45 minutes deal.

Good we got exactly what we wanted 30 minutes of unlimited play. Had a great time !!!

Slow service and I saw customers going back to the salad bar with the plates they already ate from. I asked an employee about it and he said he would give me a new one if I would like. Prices high for the quality of food.

My baby boys love it!!!

Good place for the littles.

Very modern. Staff was so nice. Icecream vending machine is severely confused.

Had a blast except for this one rude guy.

Gross food but grand kid loves the games

Great place to take the kids

Im surprised. The food is pricey, but thats ok, its expected. Pizza is pretty decent compared to what I remember. The games are way cheaper than I remembered. Ive got 2 kids and 20 bucks total held them both for a long time. Pretty fun honestly.

My grandkids had a blast and love the new games.

Kids love it, nice place to take them on a rainy day!

If you need to read a review of Chucky cheeses then you need to go right now drop what youre doing collect some money and go it doesnt matter if you have kids it doesnt matter what you look like they wont judge you so stop what youre doing and get there as fast as you can enjoy as long as you can eat as much pizza as you can it is an amazing time whether you are single a couple a family go have fun!

I miss Orlando being the manager at this location! He was a staple of this Chuck-E-Cheese for as long as I can remember, and at least four my ex step Childrens First 5 birthdays! I do like how Chucky Cheese is using the play pass now, and will tell anyone who goes there that while it seems buying the hour pass is more expensive, it is definitely worth the purchase as your kid can get more tickets with the hourly purchase than with the token purchase. So make sure you buy the unlimited, or hourly, play pass. The pizza has changed at this location, and I hope that they make changes with the quality of the pizza. The salad bar as always is still up standing, I just hope that they can bring the quality of the pizza up with the salad bar! Definitely worth a visit!

We went for years weekly. Great place to take kids. Pure fun

Good place to eat.

Everything was perfect. Manager, Orlando, runs a great store and gave my kid her favorite birthday yet...and we’ve done some rediculoislyOver-the-top birthdays. The whole family was surprised and happy with our experience.

Been taking kids and grandkids for years always a great place for kids and adults to have great family fun

A blast

Great place to take kids to have fun. Love the new time cards they offer we got to play for an hour and it was unlimited games!!

My favorite chuck e cheese. My grandkids love it. Parking lot is easy to get in/out of. Staff is good with kids. Machines have always been in good working condition.

Brought my 3 year old and 4 year old. The staff was amazing with my kids and very helpful with my autistic son!

I LOVED IT! I WOULD GO BACK AGAIN. I MET JOJO SIWA!

Super amazing place for kids to play. many selections on games and there pizza is the best!

Manager Cindy is amazing and is like family to me and my 3 kids. Really the whole staff makes sure you have a great time whether you have $20 or $200. Very well kept up, PERFECT for an inexpensive day or evening with your family!

Had a great time for my grandsons bday party. He was so happy

Ive always gone here, and I love it! Friendly staff, good food, and the Studio C Beta animatronic and stage is in amazing condition! Ill keep coming here forever unless they remove the bot and put in a stupid dance stage

We have so much fun here and the pizza tastes great!

I love the piazza

They have a good variety of games at a good price. The food is a little pricey, but weve never went there for food

Very clean and fun!

This was ok but it got rid of a few things my toddler enjoyed, but I do like the scan cards, so no more coins.

We went for a birthday party, and was there before the crowd, sobhad a good time!

Daughter 4th B-Day liked alot

I was only there with an associate of mines and her kids. But well never come back to that place again. Well just go to Indy when it comes to kid friendly places.

Very kid friendly, and adults can get a beer there

Having a great time.. lots of challenging games..

The new play cards with unlimited games for a time period are so much nicer. Pizza was great. Service was given with a smile!

We had my grandsons birthday party there and we all had a blast, even the adults! The staff was so helpful, enjoyable, and even helped to serve our guests so that we cld spend more time just enjoying the party.

We had a great time! I love the new pay and play you play for an amount of time instead tokens!

Great food and it was fun playing the games when went they just open and we had all the games to our self.

I should let my son write this comment. But he is too excited to even sit down.

Super busy on Saturdays but, the kids still loved it.

Great food and the kids love it!

Pretty pricey, but the grandkids seemed to enjoy it.

Dont waste your money and time go to escapades.

Very expensive food and not all that good. However a fun placr to take the kids and fun for the Adult kid as well. Games are fun to play, but again food not all that good and staff seems more like cattle herders just pushing people thru. Dont go for the food but to run engery off kids great place.

Crammed a lot into a little space so it was pretty crowded everywhere you turned.

Grandson had fun. Lunch buffet was ok pizza seemed a little over cooked this time. Last 2 times it was delicious. We always go at least one time while he is here visiting.

Very friendly. Great for birthdays.

My neiceis love going

Great price to play for quite some time! Plus the pizza is not too bad either!

Very nice for kids in all ages, but their area is so small cant handle crowds.

Took the grandson, he had a great time

Good place for the kids, $$

Kids love it

Mad Fun, Food, & Kiddos everywhere

Fun place for kids pricing is good as well

My grandson had a ball-! The help was good with the kids! I think they are exspensive, but everything is now a days!!

Great place for kids and parents too and there security works well

The kids had fun! The birthday party was awesome!
