I had the pleasure of photographing a wedding in Spring 2019 at Cornerstone Center for the Arts. The venue is absolutely breathtaking, with all the gorgeous architecture and natural light. The bride and groom experienced a bit of rain after their church wedding ceremony, so we headed over to Cornerstone and they accommodated the change in plans and were so happy to allow us to use one of the ballet studios to finish up their couples portraits before starting the reception.The couple had a large number of guests, yet the ballroom never felt crowded. Their dance floor was the perfect size to accommodate all the wonderful, fun guests they had invited to celebrate their wedding, and the staff was amazing to work with at Cornerstone and ensure the couple had the best time.Id highly recommend couples looking to get married in Muncie to consider Cornerstone for its rich history and beautiful architecture. Its definitely a dream for a photographer to photograph, too, with so many incredible options inside and out!

Cornoerstone is a wonderful building Nd organization. The organization allows many to explore the worlds of different arts.

We love Cornerstone and all they do for Muncie! Our kids have been in their Art Camp, Fall classes, and performances. Weve been to several events and enjoyed ourselves every time!

We love coming here for Scarevania. It is always a blast. The building is beautiful! I do not know how they manage to cram so much of the haunt in upstairs but it is impressive. I hope they continue doing holiday haunts throughout the year as well. I definitely appreciate Cornerstone for hosting this event. While the partially outdoors haunt was great, it is really nice to get out of the weather.

Theres a lot nice about the venue, and they have good activities there. However, I have to give a low rating because they refused to honor a published price to rent a room. Its totally unethical--possibly illegal, but I dont have the time or gumption to get the law involved. Im more of a warn people on Google Maps kind of consumer. Buyer beware!

We held our wedding reception at Cornerstone Center for the Arts in Summer 2019. The space is absolutely beautiful! Our reception ran incredibly smoothly and the staff is extremely helpful. They were always willing to answer and questions we had (and we had a lot!), cater to our wishes, and accommodate our requests. We highly recommend them!

Majestic architecture of one of the largest Masonic temples and one with a long history. The organizations have moved to smaller facilities and leave behind a castle of rooms, arches, double doors, and alcoves.. beautiful settings for special events from Renaissance dinners to modern proms and weddings complete with a huge kitchen.The facilities have been quite upgraded with new lighting and restrooms. Now the home of community arts organizations, the Halls are lined with artwork and filled with music. It is quite alive and worth a visit.

Beautiful, as always. Thanks for being great hosts to a local elementary school without a lot of space. My kid was excited to perform on a real stage.

Excellent fine arts programming for all ages. Weve taken many classes and are always pleased!

Went to a CHRISTIAN Event!! Seating area was adequate. Acoustics were Decent.

I pretty much grew up in Cornerstone. Its an amazing place with great people, all the dance instructors are excellent at what they do.

Beautiful venue. Lots of room in the building and Ive only seen three main spaces, but theres more to discover. Excellent space for weddings/dances/parties.

Id never been inside before just drove passed it but its pretty nice inside. Theres a stage (auditorium) and a huge gathering room on the first floor (I think its the 1st floor). They also offer art classes and theres a few rooms for teaching dance and a martial arts room. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful.

Cornerstone is a beautiful historic building that really provides a place for community members to come together for workshops and other events.

Great location for a wedding reception. Only problem is parking if more than one event is taking place.

Every time I work with Cornerstone for events, they go above and beyond! If I have forgotten to ask for something, they notice and anticipate my need and the item is there for me. They are easy to work with and they always answer my long, complicated emails (sorry, Morgan) with exactly what I want!My company does 3+ events on their premises a year and they are NEVER the factor I worry about while planning!The building is huge and ornate and historical - so fun to bring new people into.USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!

Wasnt visiting for any college business, but everyone was polite and nice

I went to the monthly dance hosted by Harmony Dance Studio and was impressed with the size of the room and how clean Cornerstone was. The room in which the dance was held had plenty of built in chairs, a great dance floor and a nice area for refreshments.

Really cool place, I do a camp there every summer and its really fun

We love the Cornerstone. But please ask your teachers to let their students know WHERE the class is. The 3rd floor is clearly not enough information. We walked all around, and then sat near the studios waiting. The Teacher did not care enough to look for us. This is the only complaint we have ever had with Cornerstone. But we wont be back for trumpet lessons!

This building is gorgeous and can hold any event you think of. The staff was kind and very helpful is scheduling our event. 10/10 book again with them.

Great venue, incredible staff and very accommodating for any size or type of event. Easy to find, free parking, a lot of catering options, great spaces and staff make it easy for you prior to and during your event.

Ive lived in Muncie forever and its been fun to see Cornerstone grow into something quite amazing.I had my senior Prom here in 2006. And the worst thing about it was the neighborhood (that and I had to walk the long way around in the rain and in prom dressed because someone wouldnt let me in the back, common use door). Just the kind of place you didnt want to be after dark. But thats been addressed by larger measures and now its a place I feel very safe and comfortable.Ive taken several classes, both art and dance here. The instructors are nice and skilled. Kayla, who is the dance teacher, never fails to impress me with her skills at both teaching and managing all the tiny dancers they throw at her.Ive also worked events here as a Photographer (for performances, events, Proms and weddings) and Im always meet with respect, workers asking if there is anything that I need, and inviting me to eat (which is a HUGELY considerate thing in my field).My sister and her best friend runs the Haunted House located on the upper floors in the Fall. Cornerstone has given them endless support and help with making the place better. Ive never meet or had interaction with someone at this place.My one issue is the parking situation. Its gotten better over the years with addition of additional lots, but if you are going to a prom or a wedding or another high traffic event you could be walking a ways to get there. Even in spite of that its an amazing place.

Neat old building

Great venue for weddings, parties, corporate events, and musical performances. Built in the 20s, this historical building has lots of character and grand rooms to show off. Cornerstone is very competitive in rental prices and offer lots of support when planning your event. You should just stop in for a tour one day.The staff are wonderful to work with and they all care about their mission to provide and support arts education in the community. They also offer classes for kids to adults (i.e. ceramics, dance, martial arts, painting, and much more).On top of their event rental spaces and classes, Cornerstone also hosts many annual events throughout the year. Taste of Muncie, Brewfest, Wedding Showcase, and the Haunt are all great to check out!!

Great place I have been taking class here for years

VERY unprofessional and rude when I called and asked if they had my wedding date available. They had poor communication skills & I felt like I was talking to someone in high school! Would not recommend to none of my friends & family.

Beautiful building, they do have elevators, but you can take the stairs for a challenge and a workout. Parking is in back and limited, so arrive early.
