Easiest place to get setup and shoot! No reservations or experience required, walk-ins welcome. They have all the rental bows and arrows, and the staff will give you hints and tips and a safety walk-through. We came for a friends birthday, ended up shooting over two hours and had a great time. Tip: bring a water bottle- the intensity and yearn to compete will get ya.

Mike spent probably two hours setting up my prime rize with the new rest. Tuning to perfection and making sure I was happy. Wasn’t used to the let off compared to my last bow and he was there to teach proper technique and form to adjust. Never expected that level of service for $37 after tax. Love the new bow and love this archery shop.

I took my bow here to get setup and arrows cut this week. The service was great. They were real friendly and helpful. Will definitely coming back. Good place...

Great place. I walked in to get a bow so I could shoot with my son. Bill set up at least four separate bows for me to try on the range. Jim helped me understand the pros and cons of each. A few hours later, I walked out with a nice setup and look forward to getting into the sport.

Great experience here today! The excellent staff took two women newbies and a four-year-old little girl and made us feel welcome and cared for. We had someone come helping us within a minute of walking in. We had a general idea of what we wanted and a little experience but (I believe his name was Dave but I could be wrong) fitted us with some of the stores bows to make sure we were getting exactly what we needed. He took us to the range and even got the four year old set up to learn to shoot for the first time! He was caring and patient and set us up with everything we needed as first time bow owners. We were very impressed that he even took the time to show us exactly how points are fitted onto the arrows. We now feel confident with caring for our equipment and will definitely be back to use the range!

Visited Nock Point with a few friends for a day of archery and I have to say it was fantastic. My friends were newbies and I had shot a decent amount back in the day, but not for a long time, and we were all welcome.Ended up staying for several hours, moved targets around, and generally had an awesome time.Staff was extremely friendly, price was great, and equipment was quality.Great spot for all levels, if youve never held a bow and you want to try it or if youve been doing it for years.Highly recommended!

Bill is the real deal! I went into Riverside Archery in mount Vernon looking to spend 1500+ on a new bow and gear. I was treated like I wasn’t important... luckily I found Nock Point. I have spent well over $2,000 and I will continue to spend money at nock point. Everyone there is very friendly. There is a genuinely great guy named Gin, who doesn’t even work there but helps out and is a great asset to the team. I traded in my used bow and bill turned around and put it right back for sale on the used bow rack for exactly what I he gave me for trade in. He wasn’t trying to make a profit... he was trying to make a life long customer... and that’s exactly what he did!!!

First time at this shop/range was a great experience. Came here to just rent some equipment and learn how to shoot. David was very nice and helpful. The range was excellent and the shop looked to have everything you needed. Will be returning.

Great spot to shoot! Well lit and professional facility. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I went from a complete newbie to somewhat competent purely from their guidance in one session.

I bought a bow at sportsmans warehouse and the tech there did a horrible job of setting up my bow. Literally put my peep sight on backwards.... but I looked up Nock point and in less than an hour I was tuned up, sighted in and shooting Xs. Really grateful I found them!

I am pleased with my overall experience at the nock point. I am new to archery and i was treated well here. I also had a special request for returning a part that had come with my bow package. They returned it no problem (even without the case). Because they did that I have and will recommend them to my friends and family. A great place to make your first bow purchase.

DR. JEKYLL/MR.HYDE TREATMENT!STAY AWAY!!!The first day I went in all was good. The guy helping me out seemed confident in helping to choose proper arrows for my bow. My husband and I made it clear we were new to this and needed the 101 on it all.He asked me to shoot so he could tell me my draw length, which I did. He told me where my draw was at and cut the arrows, which I afterwards shot again.They were too short, not allowing me to fully draw, and brought the point in dangerously close behind my bow hand when drawn.He said they were out of the arrows I got as I had bought the last set, and advised me to try them out and come back to have them replaced if they didnt work out, no problem. I asked for a receipt and he said no worries, Ill remember you.So I agreed I would try to see if I could get away with that length during my lessons. However a few shots during the class were enough to make it clear these arrows would not work for me, as was confirmed by my instructor.I went back to exchange them, asking the lady at the front desk for help with the issue. As soon as I asked, the guy who had originally helped us briskly walked over and said, I remember you guys.I first thought, what great memory and service, but that was immediately interrupted by his change of tone, rudely and abruptly saying he cant exchange them for us but he can give us a discount on new ones.He quickly added that WE determined the draw length incorrectly and that we should at least own up to that if he was going to exchange the arrows. This only happened after both my husband and I had to attest and argue with him that that is not how it happened, and reminded him that he told us we could come back and exchange them should they be too short, and that he didnt even give us a receipt. He eventually did exchange the arrows which we are thankful for -spending $80 for arrows you cant use is an extremely unfair inconvenience to put on your customers!!!-Especially when they made it clear they are looking for guidance in a new sport and were let down during that process by a professional!Ive worked in customer service a good chunk of my life and the way we were treated that second visit was beyond unacceptable by any standard.No matter what reason he used to change his mind on how he would handle that situation (after the fact that he agreed to do things a certain way no less), what was most egregious was how aggressively he sought to deflect blame from himself in order to not follow through on his word (and his word ONLY bc he refused to give a receipt, which any well-meaning professional should have provided when asked) bc it made him look bad or w/e reason, especially in a situation where he was the experienced one helping out somebody who wouldnt know how to determine something like draw length :/ .I get the feeling if I didnt have another witness to this unfairness I might have had to walk out with an $80 loss due to this persons ego, greed, or whatever drove him to pull a 180 on his promise to a customer.My advice for a good experience, choose another shop!And if you absolutely have to use this one for whatever reason,DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT YOUR RECEIPT, PEOPLE!

My review is for the public range and not for the pro shop (I have no direct experience with the pro shop). This is the nicest indoor archery facility in the area, however the safety can be atrocious. I saw 8 brand new archers get perhaps 5 minutes of instructions before they were handed equipment and left unattended. This is not safe and not how anyone should be introduced to archery. The results were awful - stray arrows going into the ceiling, the floor, the wood backstop. The new archers were not following safety protocol and the range felt dangerous with arrows flying erratically, people loading their bows in the wrong area, not minding the shooting line and not paying attention to their surroundings. I saw a guy get a wicked bad bruise from string slap - his arm was bleeding. This can be easily prevented if you have an instructor showing you the right way and keeping an eye on your first session. The staff at NP didnt even seem to care that conditions were unsafe and their patrons were getting injured. Plus, it made shooting extremely unpleasant for the regulars who just wanted a normal range to practice on. The new archers were confused and asked a couple regulars for advice. We enjoy sharing archery knowledge, but its not our job to instruct. While NP is a nice place to shoot, it needs to pay attention to how range safety is handled/enforced and not let newbies have at it with reckless abandon. Archery is a good time, but lets not forget that weapons can hurt people by accident and negligence.

Bill was extremely kind and helpful with teaching me about various compound bows and even gave me a tour of their facility. Very knowledgeable staff. Would absolutely recommend coming here for anyones archery need .

New member this month. This place is professional, friendly, pretty clean, and they take safety seriously. In fact, my only point of improvement would be to be a little nicer to beginners and help educate them on the customs, protocols, etc... since often they do not know. As a new member I asked a LOT of questions about etiquette, etc...and got very little feedback. I ended up learning on the line as I made mistakes. If there was a printout of etiquette and rules, it would be a lot easier for new archers to come in and feel like they belong. Great place and I would recommend it to anyone. Membership here has perks in both the access to the range and in how the staff respond to questions. I find they go out of their way to help members, even more than regular customers (but they are helpful and friendly to all).Bill runs the place and he is GREAT.Every night when the range closes and the members get to stay and keep shooting, Bill leaves and everyone says GOODNIGHT BILL!. Its like a family here. Think of the show Cheers only with arrows. ;-)

Came here to buy a bow after my GF got the special treatment when purchasing her bow,my experience was nothing of the sort. My bow was assembled with accumulated components kept behind the counter, my quiver was obviously used and the case they gave me belongs to someone’s $1600 Hoyt Redwrx they never got. During the initial set up process no sort of arrow rest alignment was done and during sighting in when I asked why my adjustments were maxing out before my arrow hit the mark I was told it was probably the way I was positioning my front hand. During this whole process the owner was barking orders at his staff. I left realizing that I had received all the help they were willing to give me for the day only to return a few days later when my arrow rest came completely loose, the tech apologized new staff they were getting up to speed and we then aligned the rest and preformed a rough paper tune. He subsequently readjusted my entire bow and when we made it to the range to sight in instead of moving my sight to adjust left to right he moved the rest again post paper tune. I didn’t question it because the tech was oozing with confidence and the bow was driving tacks at 20 yards. It wasn’t until I got home and I moved back to 30 and 40 yards that I realized something was still way off and tried another paper tune which tore a 4” hole. I won’t be stepping foot back in this shop and I would highly recommend staying away from their $300 component packages full of cheap Chinese and used parts. Check our Riverside Archery in Mount Vernon well worth the drive!

Great place great prices. Awesome helpful staff. .. except the grumpy guy. Every time I go in there (which has been only 4) hes argumentive, condescending, and just plain rude. I felt like I was bothering him when I needed arrows made. But he was super friendly to my wife. Its very noticeable the attitude shift from a guy to a woman. Get rid of him and this place would be perfect. But for the mean time I will just ask to be helped by someone else. Most people probably wouldnt go back though.

The showroom bow selection is primarily Hoyt, but there are a couple of consignment racks that have a diverse selection. And there is a bit of everything else that you may need

Went here last weekend as I recently bought a used bow from a family member. Im an avid modern hunter but know next to nothing about archery... After 20 mins in this shop I feel like I sat through a college course. These guys are absolute pros (especially Asa one of thier bow mechanics), and want to ensure you have a great, safe and fun experience with archery. They refit my bow, tuned it up and ensured I was buying the right equipment for my use and skill level. Super reasonable prices and selection too. I will definitely be going back.

I recently purchased a bow at this store and I went back to buy a few arrows and quiver. The day I bought my bow, the owner seemed somewhat disturbed to help and a little brash, but then became a little more courteous and helpful. However I went back to purchase the arrows and I was met with such rudeness, arrogance and very bad attitude by the owner himself. I am new to archery and I am still learning the archery system and this person was extremely irritable and inpatient about my questions and inquiries. I made the purchases because I needed the items but I will not go back there again. I was looking forward to taking their summer classes and train to compete but after the way I was treated today, I no longer feel like being in such negative place. This person made me feel unwelcome and I almost left the store without buying the items, but I didnt want to scoop to his level and simply asked him to ring up the purchases and I remained silent. He noticed he was being very rude and began to act a little nicer but I simply responded with short answers and left quickly.

We took our daughter to use her newest bow, and right when we got to the nock point we were greeted with professionalism by mike the lane instructor and gave my daughter the run down on all the lane rules and was very informative. next thing she was having so much fun, this range has great staff and a nice pro shop. We definitely recommend this place

The shop staff was very helpful in replacing a frayed string on my brothers bow and in helping adjust the brace height on mine.The Range Master, Rowan, was great explaining the rules to us and ensuring that everyone had a safe, fun time.She also brought out extra arrows for the two higher weight bows we had on hand so we were able to switch up when we felt like it.Great range!

My wife purchased a Genesis adult beginners bow for me for Christmas and I have found it pretty awesome. I wanted to purchase more arrows for the bow and looked up the local Archery store. I love in Mountlake Terrace and they are located their so I thought perfect except our experience wasnt. We were helped by an older, unkempt, looking fellow who immediately was reluctant to help really. After explaining why I was there he insisted that what I wanted was youth products. When I was clearer about my intentions he insisted he didnt sell the product I wanted, nobody did, only the manufacturer? I informed him that I could purchase them in Everett and he said maybe you can but I dont sell them.........what? Id recommend going to Van Winkles in Everett were they welcome new comers to the sport with open patient open arms and understanding......they also listen.

Staff here is amazing. This is the best archery pro shop in the greater Seattle area. Took my wife in for her first bow. Asa(sp?) was very respectful and helped show her fundamentals and ordered the bow.Bill helped get my bow tuned up and in a much better spot for this next season.I will definitely be returning to Nock Point for all of my archery needs and would highly recommend to anyone.

I am a disabled veteran with 5 years of service in the US ARMY and two tours in Afghanistan. i use archery as an outlet for my PTSD. This is what happened to me when I came to Nock point.My wife and i arrived, bows and quivers in hand. Not one person greeted us. Three unoccupied employees all separately locked eyes with us and then ignored us anyway. We meandered through the shop section, the area for bow tuning, and got all the way to the archery lanes, not being approached once.Here now, we saw an employee shooting, and unsurprisingly, ignoring us. At last towards the young man and sharply yelled, go see what those people want - not that the owner was willing to help us either. He sees two customers CLOSER TO HIM than to the employee, and is too bothered to try to gain our business.The only moment where I expected to be unencumbered and enjoy the sport was interrupted by the supposedly busy owner now stopped to start a conversation. The conversation wasnt cordial, but an excuse for him to bring out his bow, and show it off whilst my wife and I are using our own equipment. The display was egotistical to say the least. Despite distraction from his passive aggressive demand for our attention, we were able to shoot a few decent rounds.Upon finishing, I waited by the checkout counter to pay, and spent over a minute being clearly in view of the owner and only employee able to help us in this now empty range. As I opened my mouth to say, Is anybody around here going to help u-- he cut me off to yell, Im sending an email! Just give me a minute! as his eyes never left his computer. I am new to Archery. I am learning so I can hunt. Michael and his team are amazing. Not only did they send me to training but they got me the perfect bow and every time I go in they spend hours upon hours with me to help me feel as comfortable as I can be and to train me to be the best. They are so patient and so knowledgeable. Dont go anywhere else. This is the definition of archery in this state.

Great experience. I will be going back. Their shop is very well stocked, and has many staff members (not just one or two). It is also the cleanest, best organized and well light indoor range that I have ever been too. If you are new to the great Seattle area, travel here first and this will be the bench mark that you measure all other archery shops and ranges.Heads up, when you arrive, they are on the second floor.

We came here for archery tag and it was really fun. It was less like tag and more like a team sport. Lots of game variations and the guy did a good job explaining everything. If you have a decent size group of friends you should definitely give it a try.

Only has indoor 18m range. pro shop is useful when you run out of consumables and 56$ membership gives you access to range 24/7 for a month. perfect for people that have work during the day and wants to keep up the practice.staff was friendly and let me borrow their tools when I was tuning my bow.

I bought my first bow and half dozen arrows here over four years ago and was renting from Nock Point awhile before that. The staff here is both amazing and amusing! Im also a member and have 24-hour access to the range. I really enjoy my time at the range and have both made many friends here and introduced many friends to archery.

Dont waste your time! When I went in and was ready to make an over $500 purchase, I couldnt get anyone to talk to me for even 5 minutes, There was a guy with a big quiver on who obviously worked there who walked right past me and didnt even acknowledge that I was a customer. The item I wanted, I was told, had to be custom made, which is ridiculous because I went to Lancaster and ordered it. There was no customization necessary for the sight I needed. In addition to that load of b.s., I was told it would be an extended period of time before it arrived if ordered through Nock Point. Lancaster had it in my hands within days. Since I refuse to give Nock Point even a dime of my money, I now shoot at the outdoor flat range and walk-through at the Kenmore Range. Having struck up conversations with other archers, all I hear are horror stories about the service at Nock Point. They will never get a recommendation from me, EVER.In addition to the horrible experience at Nock Point, I had accidentally gone into the door at Next Step Archery, not realizing that it was a different place. After standing around in their lobby with no one around, I was eventually greeted by a man who was more than aggravated that I dared make a mistake and enter their space. That should have been my first indication to leave.

Ive been to this place off and on in the last two years, and I liked this place before today. Im Chinese American, early 20s, today I brought my friends (1 shot once & 1 never shot) to have fun. Everyone I met so far was pretty helpful, and nice to us. There are classes and pros all over this place, so that the standard is held high for new shooters and customers. We did went off target for sure, and we hit the wall and wood about 2-3 times each person, but we were slowly getting it. Everyone was nice until this moment. Then, theres a white guy with red tshirt and hat continually watching us behind the line, waiting for us to make mistakes, off target. And we did, this was very intimating because the more he picked on us, the worse we perform, we are all beginners, he was not nice to us and he kept confronted me did I shoot off target during the last round, I said no. He then acted like a police watching every shot Ive made. He said its for safety purposes. I want to say, F*U, there must be better ways to communicate this, we are customers, beginners here to have fun on a Sunday afternoon, we were not here for you to JUDGE us while everyone else working here are nice enough trying to ease this situation. But I was upset, there were other shooters who went off target at least twice (people saw it), and the red-hat trash didnt say anything. Im a Naturalized US citizen just like him, like anyone else, I was told during the ceremony that I will have the same rights and no matter where from that I will be treated equally, I like this country for the most part, but there are always people that hold a higher standard for a certain race and treat them differently, I feel angry and sad, very disappointed after all. As a merchant, there must be a better way for merchants to deal with customers instead of telling them what to do, and picking on someone is not ok, dont act like this, keeping a balance between safe & service is a lesson they have to learn.

I love this place - Nock Point and its companion Next Step Archery are VERY family-friendly with a strong mission to support children in developing skills in archery in a fun, positive environment. I especially like the feel of coming onto the range and seeing youth through seniors, children shooting with parents - a great, healthy environment. There is a good balance of interest between competition archers and hunters, very professional. I feel fortunate to have this facility/business so close to us.

Bill and his staff have treated me very well since I purchased my bow there. They have retuned my bow for no charge several times, and they provided excellent warranty service on my bow. When I first started looking for a bow I didnt want to work with just anyone. The guys at The Nock Point have the archery and hunting experience that I was looking for. Spend enough time here and you will pick up some amazing pointers from a true master of the game. Havent been in in years but I spent a solid year there and went from ametuer to a skilled shooter in very little time. It is a great place to find piece of mind and put your mind at peace.

Good indoor range

Ive been a customer at The Nock Poin for 27 years. The shop has an excellent selection of some of the best archery equipment and a great indoor range.Bill, Brian, and Mike are experts at fitting and adjusting bows to fit your individual needs. They also have a private shooting area where you can test the feel and draw of the bows they have in stock.No better place in the North Seattle area for bow hunters or recreational archers.

Super friendly staff helped each of us newbies out. We noticeably improved and enjoyed our time.

I was a trubbled kid. I got in fights in school and at home. My grandparents were Native American and I finally promised to get my butt back in line if my mom would let me learn archery.I ended up with a guy in a wheel chair who to this day taught me the most important rule of life, after the arrow hits the target learn from it; dont beat yourself up over it. Nock point sincerely changed my life. Without Yoda I know I would not have had the successes and have been able overcome the challenges I have been graced to face.Nock point is not just a shop, its a family. They wont BS you or treat you like a clueless clown without first offering a hand to help. I remember after going away to college and coming back to get my bow restrung while being tight on money they practically gave it to me free. I also remember dry firing a bow, original Bear greenback Kodiak, on my first visit there. It got me a sturn talking to but never did it again come up again.You bring those you care about most to see your family and whether it be a kid acting out or a family friend needing a honest estimate on the value of a bow that they found in the attic I trust Nock Point to be the place I bring those I care about to. Plus I get to tag along .The private lessons taught me respect for my self, my community, and my family and I give my word every employee and community member will give you the level respect that we all deserve.I work at a college now and regularly take students I mentor to Nock Point or I just go myself, regardless if I need a archery shop or just a community. This store is the real deal and I recommend that whether you a new or a long time shooter that you take a chance to get a lesson or two with Yoda. I have an archery range built in my house but nothing beats the Nock Point if you want to tune your skills, find a challenge or just try out a new sport.

Went in to buy my first bow, they had a great selection and were the only ones across 3 states that had the bow i wanted in stock. Great customer service. They got me set up with everything I needed and even though they were busy they would check in with me in the shooting range to give me pointers and help me get everything dialed in. I live out of state but will be sure to stop in and see them the next time I am in town!

Update 1/13/15: In contrast to my original review below, weve had some negative experiences at Nock Point and frankly have not gone back. Most of the staff are wonderful, especially Jim. But the owner Bill was very rude to my wife and myself. After going there often, one evening he offered some coaching to my wife. He quickly became hostile and when my wife asked for a clarification on something he mentioned, he got angry and claimed she was insulting him. I was right there and she did nothing of the sort. Needless to say we tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and even tried to explain that my wife was only asking a question (politely Ill point out), but he has since remained hostile towards us and we have never returned. We now go shoot at the outdoor range in Kenmore where it is much more relaxing, even with the gun fire. I miss Jim and the other staff there, but I cannot in good conscious take my business there, due to Bills unprofessional behavior.Here is my original review:Everytime my wife and I go the The Nock Point, we have a wonderful time. We have found the staff to be very helpful, knowledgeable and generous with their time. We are both starting out in archery and all the staff, especially the owner Bill, as well as Jim, have gone out of their way to help us learn the right way to shoot. They helped us try different bows and arrow to find the right ones we need. I even compared their prices to online and the Nock Points are almost always better, plus you know everything is expertly set up. They all have a great sense of humor and the environment has a very light, relaxed atmosphere. I noted some people complain about the lack of service, I have had the opposite experience. My wife and I look forward to our archery night there every week!

This place is little bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. They actually seemed like they were genuinely concerned with me being able to shoot well and with proper form, and that is not something youre going to find around every corner. Every other archery store Ive ever been to, the workers seem extremely detached, passionless, and uninvolved.

We took our homeschool group here while we were studying midevil history, ages 5-13. The staff was amazing, informative, so patient, helpful, and a ton of fun. Everyone kept raving about what a great day it was and kids are begging to go back!

It’s been a long time since returning... and I can say the reason I left is the same reason I won’t be back- “Poor Customer Service!”I guess teaching old dogs new tricks (customer service) is difficult- shouldn’t be... but I guess the flip side is true. Starve a dog and he’ll beg for food (customers).

Great staff - friendly and knowledgeable. I always learn something new. The range is nicely set up and safety is a priority.

Went here with a group of coworkers and they were very accommodating to set us up with targets, arrows, and a quick lesson. Lots of fun!

Its a good place to practice your skill, hang out with friends or buy your bow. But DONT start a membership here! I first started my membership in late April 2016 and ended it after half a year. It was a pleasant experience. Then in Jun 2017 I decided to come back again. This time I started a family membership in the middle of June. I was charged a full month fee on that day. Then I was charged a full month fee at the end of June again (for July). I asked them why and the owner of the place told me they would take care of it and refund it when I end my membership. Then I decided to end my membership at the end of December this year. I asked them at the beginning of December when I should notify them of cancellation and they told me to call at the end of December. So I called yesterday right after they charged me for Januarys fee and ask for a refund of Jan plus that half month of Jun. Someone called Jim returned my call today and said they cannot refund that half month. I asked then why not charged a pro-ratio rate for the first month. He said their system could not do that. But it definitely could do that when I first started my membership in 2016. I tried to argue but he hang up on me. I called back and told him Im fine with not refunding that half month, but I would write down what happened on Yelp and Google. He said ok but nothing else he could do except for extending my membership for half a month - but I told them a month ago that I would leave at the end of December. This extra half month means nothing to me.Then another thing occurred to me. I thought I should let them know before I put it in my review so I called back again. Back in July I asked in store if I could change to individual membership and they said ok but the system was not working so they would do that later. So I left without watching them make the changes. I really trusted them at that time. However this change never happened. It was my fault that I didnt find the problem earlier and asked them to correct it so I didnt bother to ask for a refund. But this is just another example of how they did their work.And the interesting thing was during this phone call after knowing I was going to say this on Yelp and probably discussed with his boss, Jim told me they could give me that half month fee back. Lol. But what I want is not that 40 dollars. I just hoped they could honor what they said.Ive been taking archery classes next door at Next Step Archery for almost two years and I love the coaches there. Some of them work part time for the Nock Point and they are very nice people. I practiced in the Nock Point a lot and bought all my gears there. But I am very very disappointed this time and want to alert anyone who want to have a membership there, think twice and definitely dont start in the middle of a month.

Instructors were very patient and informative, learned alot from their lesson. Had a lot of fun shooting there and will go back again soon!

They always have the best stuff, and the staff has a great attitude about everything. The range is well lit on foam bales up to 20 yds. the community formed at the Nock Point gets you to become a regular pretty fast.

Just bought a new Hoyt Nitrum from Bill at Noc Point. The whole experience was awesome and I was given great customer experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and even today coming in to practice a few weeks after purchase the staff watched me shoot and made adjustments to my draw length without even having to ask. Great prices and great customer experience, cant ask for more!

The staff in this place is rude, arrogant and terrible. One of their staff taught me some archery basics and then disappear, when I tried to find them and ask some further questions, they answered very impatiently and in a very vague way. Its like they and their club members are living in their small circle and everyone else are just transparent. All they want you to do is just pay the rental and buy their over priced bows. Never go there, they will completely ruin your archery experience

I went to the nock point on my dads recommendation on Saturday looking for a compound bow. I purchased one of their bows. They cut my arrows down to size for me and help me adjust the bow for me. I went back on Sunday with my grandfathers bow(that has passed away) with a broken string. They replaced the string and recommended I should replace the front rest. After I bought the needed parts and he not only switched them over for me, but stayed late in doing so and had to make some custom bushings for the older bow. I would recommend this place to anyone. By the way I have to drive about an hour to get there and its still well worth the drive.

Best pro shop Ive ever been to, they really take care of you there.

Service ranged from unwilling and sarcastic to condescending. Was receiving help from an employee only to have him abandon me when another known customer walked in. I did eventually get assistance but it took some nagging. The owner (commonly referred to in these reviews as the fat guy) was the worst of them all with his advice being difficult to understand at best and physically dangerous at worst.

Nice indoor range. Terrible customer service. It cost $10 to realign a peep when I was quoted $5 on the phone. Whoever helped me (I assume he was the owner based on all of the other reviews here) was not friendly and noisily chewed on chips while I was asking for help. I will not go back.

Started with my 15 year old son. I asked him, What do you want to do together that is active?. Since he had a recurve bow already, he said archery. Fine, we looked from Mt. Lake Terrace to Mt. Vernon to test bows. Last stop was Nock Point and got him a Hoyt Ignite. Now, the whole clan has compound bows and we shoot together regularly (11-50 yr olds) at Nock Point, Kenmore Range, & Skookum Range in Puyallup. Bill was instrumental in helping us get into this great sport and we love it, and his shop (we all bought our bows from him).Bringing my co-worker next week to get he and his wife into it now...

Really great indoor archery range and the best part is the owner and staff. Prices could be a little better but its worth it for the service that you get there

They seems friendly I guess. I only been there three times. The first time was great, I just asked some questions. The second time I was doing a private lesson, it was good. And the thrid time today I got my bow adjust, it was okay, I meant they did the job. But nobody asked my draw length, he juat assumed that 28 inch is my draw. And the peep sight, Im not sure if its in the right olace for me, seems a little higher. Arrows got a little be expensive, but it was acceptable. And I guess I have to go back and get the correct draw length for myself. Well, blam me, I didnt have enough time to try. But I still think they should ask and test my draw length first.
