One year ago I went to zero gravity with my family i give it four stars ️ because It’s enjoyable. The best part was flying . and you should go there because it will blow your mind like this and please have a mask have and I got a toy gun and got every one out this is the end of my story bye ️
One year ago I went to Zero Gravity it was so fun. I went to Zero Gravity because it was my birthday and I went with my family. I gave it five stars because it was enjoyable and it is thrilling. It has the funnest trampoline and it has the spacious room that you can fly in.
Two months ago I visited Zero Gravity . I went with my mom. When I went there I was floating everywhere. I almost threw up. My opinion is Zero Gravity is exciting I would give it 12 stars because it is fun.
Its a great place to go and have fun with friends or family. its really close to where I live and I enjoy going there pretty often for birthdays and stuff. Although I do wish it was a little better for the older kids, I think its still pretty great.
Boom! Zero Gravity is a bouncing place with trampolines. I played dodgeball on the trampoline. My opinion is it is awesome because it has a basketball trampoline.
A Saturday night... way over-crowded for being during COVID. About 40% of the people in the lobby area were not wearing masks. My kids said there was also no enforcement of rules inside the park area, it was a free for all and there were way too many kids in there. If I wouldve known the rules would be so loose, I would have never let them go. While my kids had fun, we wont be returning.
Kind of a one-and-done. Good for a kids birthday, but maybe only works good once and then it gets repetitive
Awesome place, brought our 3yr old here and they loved it.
Clean, staff was nice, wasnt busy at all when we went. Lots of different things to do.
Kids had fun, so did I. Only lost one star due to the high price. 2 kids plus adult was over $40 with the extra obstacle course they have. Although the cost makes it hard to enjoy this place regularly, its fun when we do go.
This place was awesome for my toddler. We visited when it was tot time on Friday, and it was the perfect amount of time to get some energy out. Great winter activity for kids.
A little confusing and timely with covid precautions, but still a fun place.
The price is decent and the place is clean. It’s about a 1/3 of space as Urban Air in Coon Rapids, but still fun. The nice thing is these guys have trampoline dodgeball. Overall a place to take the kids when you’re not sure what else to do.
It was a very fun place for my kids. They even allowed me to have socks even though I wasn’t jumping because I had a baby. I just needed it because my shoes were hurting my feet.
A little spendy, but the kids had a great time. Clean and good music volume.Could use a little more comfortable seating for adults/parents not jumping.
Very fun for high energy kids. The deluxe was a good package for us
There is no other trampoline park. The staff was extremely accommodating to our last minute large group. We are so grateful for the park, the reasonable prices and the wonderful staff here.
Everyone working there was friendly and helpful.
Busy. My grandson was enjoying jumping! Some parents jumping. Kids happy! Bathrooms were being cleaned!! Monitors watching areas.
Open jump area always worth dropping in. Their arcade is a better pay out then most we always hit 1000 tickets when going. Prizes are great and my kids absolutely love spending time there with friends. Offers free jump wall climb basketball and dodge ball.
Its a fantastic place for kids of all ages to work off all their energy!
Nice staff and clean. Love this place!
Theres certainly plenty to do here for all ages. Our church youth group enjoys going here and jumps for about an hour. Our bus driver enjoys the shiatsu massage chair, and the students love the Dodge ball, slam dunk, climbing wall, and more! A couple features like the massage chair cost a few bucks more. Theres a place for kids under 42 as well.
We had so much fun, really recommended for birthday parties.
Brought my 2 year old there and he had the best time.
The place can be 5 stars, it need more attention to details. We visited 1st time, our 2 year old got hurt, because of other 9 year old who went jumping by her, and nothing was done, not even apology, no s A safe guard, while the so called guard on duty, might be as well be open space without staff, pay get in, and take precautions yourself. Some music was inappropriate for young kids. They attempting to create atmosphere for adults, teens and kids, they do not have clear focus as to what clients they attempting to serve. This place has a lot of work, before I will consider to revisit, to see if this place can be ranked 5, currently 1 star for being open with need of improvement.
Nice enough place. Staff is very friendly. Would be 5 stars if deals were better. There is a time set for all passes. No deal for adults. There are other parks in the twin cities that are better.
We had my sons 9th birthday here and the kids had so much fun. Slightly cheaper than some of the other trampoline parks around as well.
I wish the arcade want right in front but thats how they get you to use it lol. Kids had a lot of fun!
Best trampoline park ever! 100% recommend this
Great place to jump n play video games!
Love this place! Had my daughters St. Patricks day Birthday party here and EVERYONE was so helpful!!! My daughter won 1,000 tickets. I HIGHLY recommend.
Nice upgrades, fun place my kids enjoy!!
Kids had fun but smells like feet
Today we had our boys birthday party (7 and 3) here and it was also our first time here! We were blown away! Zero Gravity and their staff exceeded our expectations! The staff was courteous and prompt with requests. The place was clean and perfectly set up for a birthday. The kids had an absolute blast and will all be talking about it for a while! The adults even had a great time as most of them jumped too. Everyone was so impressed with the ease of this party. We literally just showed up and had fun! They provided the decorations, drinks, pizza, cupcakes (with number of candles for each kids birthday), they organized the presents on the table and even had a sheet for us to write down who brought what. Best yet, no clean up for us! I couldnt have asked for anything better than what Zero Gravity provided and we will be here time and time again for our childrens birthdays and also just for fun! Already made play dates to meet our cousins here in the future!
We like their hour long option. Perfect to get some energy out without breaking the bank or schedule!
Fun exercise, the kids enjoy it too!
Great place for children and adults alike. At long as your little ones can walk they can play.
Great place for the kids to run some energy offWe all had lots of fun
Were it not for the really good personalized service for my childs birthday party, I would have probably forever sworn off having a birthday party there again. The prices are EXCESSIVELY expensive and it just seems like in the end you dont get much bang for your buck. For 10 kids we dropped nearly $300 for Dominos pizza, an hour of jumping on trampolines, and 45 minutes in a party room. We supplied our own cake and opted out of their cupcakes. The kids love it of course and they have a lot of fun, but I cant help but think that EVERY SINGLE PARENT loathes spending as much as we do there. If they could bring down their prices a bit I wouldnt feel so bad (and hesitant) about hosting any future birthday parties there. And maybe, just maybe would feel more open to taking my kids there just for the heck of it. But its just too expensive.
Less than spectacular. A lot less.
Great for birthday parties played you bring the kids they do the work.
The young lady who checked us in at the ticket counter was courteous and extremely helpful. I wish I knew her name to give her props. The kids had a blast. An hour of jumping is more than enough time. My kids were worn out and happy and that was the whole point!!!
Customer service was great! Very friendly and helpful. You could tell that the people who work there really do enjoy their jobs! Interacted with the kids alot! The only downside is that I wish it was slightly cleaner. Most of the tables were dirty with wrappers and garbage and there wasnt many places to sit while waiting by the laser tag area. Other than that we all had a great time. Great Groupon deal too :)
This is a great place to take the kids and have them let loose and explore. Food drinks and lots of things to do. From laser tag. To basketball with a trampoline. What more can you ask for. And the best part someone is alway watch your child safety! I was thoroughly impressed at how the staff was always around and cared for your child and children. Great job Zero Gravity! Great job.
Great trampoline park, video games, sweet Virtual reality system, birthday party rooms, and pizza
Passable arcade, tons of jumping space. Laser tag available if you have a larger group or come at a busy time. Good atmosphere.
Ive been coming here for years always has been good making improvements all the time. Certainly a good price for what you get too. However a few years ago the staff were a lot more entertaining and they were able to bounce and do stuff too now all they do is is tell you that you cant do stuff when you you do something against the rules instead of doing something more crazy right after you.
Competitively cost efficient, Clean, fun and friendly staff
Not very clean, unfriendly staff and very hot inside. Definitely overpriced, I don’t recommend.
Lots to do with several different areas for trampoline fun, arcade games, or aerial obstacle course all at a decent price.Toddler area was under construction but they very nicely were keeping big kids out of the soft dodgeball trampoline area so we could still have fun with our 2 year old who loves to jump.
Kids love thr place. Good place to force exercise on children too! Get a slushie
Played laser tag here with my family. Nice place overall. Kept pretty clean. Good experience.
I scheduled a party for my 7 year old son. I choose the ultimate 6 package that allowed six jumpers all access to trampoline and laser tag. With the party it included a large pizza and the option of cupcakes. All the staff seem to be nice but I was not pleased that I was not informed that the pizza was going to be ordered outside the facility. Like other facilities, I was under the impression they had their own kitchen and made their own pizzas and other foods. I discovered that there was no kitchen to order beverages, or any other food items. After 45 min of jumping the kids were hungry and I had to buy items from the vending machine which were over priced. When the pizza arrived, there were not enough pieces to feed the whole party. I was very disappointed and felt that I was over charged for what I received. I paid $200 including taxes for the children to jump and play laser tag for a hour and a half and share what appeared to be a medium pizza opposed to a large with gatorades to go along. The Kids grew bored quick. I will never host a party, nor visit Zero Gravity again, prices are way too high and there is no food available for customers which is ridiculous.
Nice place to have some fun! Friendly staff. But I have seen better places . I didn’t like the laser tag they have here! It’s okay for kids or early teens but not for old teens
Pretty fun. Kind of pricey
Great place to work out. It gives the kids a fun place to burn off energy.
My son absolutely loves going here
Zero Gravity is a fun place in concept. It has fun trampolines and fun games, but the whole place smells like armpit. Go for your kids just hang air fresheners around your head to avoid that funk.
Very bouncy, but otherwise nice
Fun place to jump and play with my kid for the last few years. They have added a ropes course and a couple things over the years too. Birthday party we threw for him worked out pretty good there 2 years ago. Nice clean place, fun atmosphere.
At Zero Gravity Trampoline Park, I ordered a game of Lazer tag with my dad and at first it was decent and this Lazer tag arena looks similar to a Lazer tag arena in a arcade in Missouri I went to called Lazer lanes. But the reason why I give this a bad review is not because of a bad atmosphere, but because my dads Lazer tag suit and gun would constantly shut off for 35 seconds at a time which made this a bad experience. I would give this a one star, but because the staff took it to fix, I will make this a two star, but you cant change a bad experience after it happens and we did not get a refund for that, so I cant give much slack to this experience. Overall if you want to play Lazer tag in Minneapolis, dont take the risk and play somewhere else, trust me you can find a better place.
New indoor playground area for younger kids is so cool, and trampolines fun as always!
Very fun. The staff was really nice too
What a great place to host a birthday party! They not only have the trampolines, but they also have an arcade area and many party rooms available! Will definitely consider for my kids birthday next year! Heard the party packages are very reasonably priced and my son LOVED it there! :)
My sons favorite birthday party location. He has been here for more than 10 times last year, either his birthday party or his friends birthday parties. Recommended to parents.
Great place for kids to go play and burn all the energy out of them. Parents thank me later!
Super fun! Would have given it a 5 if they had more people trained on the VR game.
We end up here time and time again. My 15 month old also played this time and she loved it. Thank you for expanding the toddler area! We are so lucky to have this in our backyard. Great healthy and fun entertainment!
Well worth the hour long purchase. Can save a few dollars by using their groupon deal.
Great exercise...so many smiles!!
My family loves this place. Was pretty dirty messy the last time we visited but definitely wont stop us from visiting again
My grandchildren loves this place. They can burn energy. The also have lots of fun chasing Ian around.
Nice place. My 2 kids ( 6 years and 12 years) enjoyed a lot. They have quite a few variety of activities. No real option for food though except a few vending machines.
My boys love it! Anything to make them smile!
My kids have had ringworm contracted from this future superfund site two times now (the second time we made sure they wore long sleeves and pants, so naturally it is on her face). This place is filthy beyond belief... the place literally reeks of fungus when you walk in. Avoid that foam pit!
No food options except a vending machine. Not allowed to bring outside food or beverages in. Not much seating for those not participating in activities. Kids had a fun time and would say this is probably a good place for those living right around the area to take their kids. For those living in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area, it isnt worth the drive or cost. Check out Grand Slam in Burnsville or The Big Thrill Factory in Minnetonka area.
Fun place to go but took forever to get our tickets redeemed
Great place to be a kid and let your kids burn energy.
The kids had fun here! it was good they have a groupon also .
Great place to take the kids to burn off some excess energy.
It is very interested and cool I would recommend that place for a party or to have a lot of fun
Super fun place to bring the kids
Awesome place for kids playing
Not good with specific orders and the lazer tag sucks, not big enough trampolines
Good place to bring the kids. Burn off some winter energy.
Great place to take the grandkids to unleash their energy.
It was an activity for the boys to do. The cost was more than we anticipated for the 1 hour of jumping. Laser tag and the other activity are an additional timed fee.The Young Teen Staff is rude and mean to children. We watched of them huddle and talked to each other then talking in a mean and negative tone to the children for not following the rules. Which arent posted nor explained to the kids as they approach the jumping area.We may go back. One of our boys hit the jackpot on the video games. They enjoyed playing the arcade.
The best trampoline park
Took a large group of students here. Trampolines were fine. They wanted chaperones to pay to jump. Where most businesses are happy to have adults in the midst helping to monitor kids, they were looking to make an extra buck instead.
Fun, but you spend enough ($10+/ per person) that all of the activities should be open to everyone (ropes course, laser tag, etc.)
My grandsons birthday party they had a wonderful time, staff was great,
My kids are always excited to come here..
They really need an A-C in this place or at least put the fans a little lower and make it faster, it gets really hot and the kids can barely continue enjoying their jump time due to the extreme heat,
Took my family there for a great time
Good place for jumping and fun
Staffs 90 percent of the time on their cell phones. Overall, my nephews loved coming here. Not a lot of variety for drinks and food. They only had vending machines unlike other trampoline places ive been where they serve food and icee drinks from the counter.
Girls had a great time
