One of several city parks on Moses Lake, Lower Penninsula Park favors boaters. Another free access point to the lake! Over recent years significant improvement has been made to the grounds. It now looks like a park. I noticed larger grass areas. Compare my pics to the Google mobile pic.

Pic says it all. Large grassy area to play and picnic. Boat launch and minimal parking. I was just dropping a line in the water enjoying the spring evening. The fish were bitten, just not on what I was using. Big bug hatch had 16inch plus get airborne.

Very beautifully done! Lots of space for boating swimming and cement picnic tables. Great place to run and play around with your family! Dogs are welcome. Bathrooms are clean. Great views and very peaceful and serene.

Great place to launch the boat. Free! It also seems fairly safe. May have had some homeless people sleeping in an SUV there, or maybe a traveler resting. We do have a truck stop for that... anyway, a great place to play with the dog, there is a big grassy area. There is also disc golf if you are interested. Every time I go there, I see police patrols, that is a PLUS!

I went to this place a lot as a kid. Things that have happened at this park were far from boring. Its a good open area for your dogs to run into the water, 2 open boat launches and pretty big parking lots.Really fun when its winter time and the ice is frozen over, to walk on the lake as usually right around the peninsula area ice is the thickest.

We used the restroom, it was clean, just a few cobwebs!

This is only blocks from my home. Great place to take the dog to run. The local community and city try to keep it clean and crime free. Since it is on the peninsula there is not a huge amount of traffic. It has frisbee golf and a dock and restrooms. However it needs my garbage cans, playset for the kids, couple gazebos and a dock or two to really make it great.

Challenging golf course, between the goose droppings and rough terrain area. Would be nice to have a bench or two along the holes, IN THE SHADE is a lot to ask, and SOME WATER SOURCE along the middle course would be life-savers in the summer. LOVE the lack of people, so the play is smooth.

Lots of grass. Was very quiet although there were several boats loading and unloading. Would go again.

You can launch your watercraft or play a round of disc golf by the lake. Brush can get stuck in your socks but the 9 hole DGC isnt bad. Great way to keep your skills honed without having to travel.

I play a lot of disc golf. WAY TO MUCH CHEAT GRASS TO BE ENJOYABLE! The parts with no cheat grass is nice though.

Really its a little bit more than a boat ramp. Good place to go jog or walk your dog or just enjoy the scenery of the lake, and of course launching your boat, but nothing much for the kids to play on so its not a very kid-friendly Park.

Basically just a boat launch with a large grassy area with disc golf set up. We walk there from our house because its close by. However, theres only one small trash can & its usually full. Plus its a hangout for junkies at night, so well find used condoms & needles on the ground.
