Nice small green area between spots. Only okay, needs a few more shaded spots with it such a hot desert area. Sprinklers came on at 10 and soaked everything outside. The time seemed a bit early as it would be nice to chat outside for a bit. It would have been a great water/swimming for kids... but we came during COVID. Several pull through which was nice.
Had to log on to the main website to request a reservation, which also means phone and email. They still have not got back to me. Not close to appropriate when needing a place to shut down for the night with angry children, and an exhausted wife. Looked mostly like a trailerhood, but I can deal with that. These people really need to improve their website, get more honest about the amenities, and really improve the ability to check in on the weekend, or after hours!
This is a great place to stay for both vacation and/or permanent. We highly recommend. We stayed whole 1 year and very happy about everything. Thank you so much Kathy and Terry. Nadir & Nicky S.
Suncrest “RV Park” is a storage area masquerading as an RV Park with a great looking pool area – in the pics on their website and other media. In fact, the pools are in serious disrepair and are currently closed. The advertised pools were the only reason we made this stop on our trek west. I understand the reason for the closings, however, upon inspection, these pools need serious work anyway. The sites are extremely narrow, and not long enough for 45 footers and toads. Every big rig in the park had to unhook their toad, or puller in the case of 5th wheels, and park sideways on the grass. If you are in transit across the northwest and think this would be a great place to stop, BEWARE. The entire park, except approximately 10 sites directly in front of the office, are permanent residents. Most all of these residents have 420lb propane tanks, reflective insulation material, and all manners of other junk spread around their units. This is a $20 overnight stop, at best. To add insult to injury, our $300k coach was sprayed overnight by the sprinklers which left it covered in hard water spots.
We stay at this place going to and from Montana. Really nice and quiet and very clean. Price is great too. Would recommend to RV people.
It was a nice overnight park, lots of full-timers live here however they have a couple very nice easy and easy out pull through spaces for overnighters. Most of the full-timers at well-maintained units and it seems like a safe place to be. Traffic noise is loud however inside the motorhome we heard nothing.
Nicest RV park in the area, they need to petition the city to ban Jake brakes in the area, at least unmuffled ones. All the other campers we met were super nice and courteous with the exception of one, who has a nasty nasty aggressive Pitbull, she claims it some other breed but then ironically has a sticker on a vehicle that says pit mom, routinely lets it loose and if you get anywhere near it it growls at you. Just stay out of the lower long-term area and you should be fine.
Great place, good people and they keep the grounds clean!
This is always our stop over on out way to our sons place in Montana. Its clean, people are friendly, quiet and its right off the freeway!
Its a wonderful rv park, but because of Covid19, the pool and water slides are closed, as well as the restrooms and laundry room. Bring your own fun... ️
Beautiful park. Wish COVID had not closed pool. Safe for kids.
Nice place, well taken care of, monthly rates are great. A little road noise from Hansen Rd in the mornings, minimal from the highway..
Nothing special, especially for $53 a night. Nicely maintained and self check in, after hours was very helpful.
Spaces were rather close together. Very friendly staff. We only stayed one night as we were traveling home so didnt get to use any of the facilities.
We ended up staying here because all the other RV parks in the area were fully booked for a very busy weekend and we hadnt planned ahead. What a delightful find! The staff were very friendly and helpful. And if I were going to spend time at Moses Lake during the summer with kids, Suncrest RV park would be the perfect place to take them as they have a huge playground, a large grassy area and a really nice pool area. It is close to the lake and also close to the highway yet you dont hear any noise from the highway which is a huge bonus.
Campground was nice, but noisy from the street. No dog park.
We stop here on an annual basis. Staff friendly and helpful. Great pool area for the kids, and adults. If looking for a place to stop and relax for a night, it is a place to go. If looking for a place to take the kids and play in the water, definitely a place to go. Enjoy the resort, so please keep improving it as you have over the years.
Nice RV resort with an awesome pool and kids slides. Nice green grass with a volleyball net, horseshoes and a small playground for kids. Giving it only 4 stars because we read there is a hot tub here too but that has been long closed, dug out and area covered with cement... so no hot tub.
The grounds were beautiful
This was a neat park w/ an amazing pool and a couple cool little water slides. The only thing it needs for me to give it a 5 star rating is more room between campsites.
Sprinklers sprayed all over my just washed motorhome
Great clean place to stay well maintained wifi washer dryers year round seasonal swimming pool
We have stayed here twice. While this is not laid out like one of your large KOAs, setting up a 40 ft 5th wheel with four slide-outs was not a problem. If you plan to stay hooked up over night, though, call in and tell them about your overall rig length and expectations for flat site.
Mostly full time residents. Super tight spots with only 20amp service. We back up to a busy road and it’s super loud. My kids are up at 6 because it’s so loud. My neighbor, who lives here, had a bunch of people coming and going all night. He got in a argument in the middle of the night and woke everyone up. The two good things: free WiFi and cool pool area for kids. Avoid this place
I stop here every year on my way to Vancouver to work and except for the WiFi - which can be spotty - I have never had a reason to complain. Everything I need for a short-term stay is there: laundry with big machines, clean washrooms, free hot showers, 50amp hookups, water and sewer, pets permitted. Its situated close to town, its dark and quiet at night, the road behind it is not highly travelled and you hear almost no traffic. There is a nice pool in the back. The front desk staff: always helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. Dalton the manager is a friendly, polite and interesting young man. There are quite a few long-term residents here, and unlike some other RV parks with many full-terms, the people who stay here are also pleasant and kind.
It is a very good place
Wonderful staff, helpful and courteous. Good access, wide slots and fairly level. Getting Dish Satellite signal required moving coach twice due to tree branches swaying in the breeze - but once we got it, we were good. Very nice pool with a swim under bridge, mini slide for the kiddos. Facilities were clean and well maintained.
Clean and quiet family place
Awesome place. We just left this morning and had an amazing time with the family! Thank you, we will be back for sure!
Was a fun stay for the kids and the staff was was very kind but the owner or manager which ever was very rude and inpatient
Very nice, quaint trailer park. Felt nice and cozy with neighbors next to you that are polite and respectful. Very clean place would rent from here if and when I got a motorhome or fifth wheel. Heard lot rent is fairly cheap so all in all a very nice place that is close to doing what I like to do best, which is fishing!!!
Nice and friendly
Beautiful park. Just here for 1 night. Didnt check the showers out cause they are too far away. Absolutely awesome swimming pools! Yes pools. Huge park but we are shaded and no camp spot on one side of us. Perfect. Little hiway noise but this is a great spot and reasonable rates. Good Sam.
Super cute campground and very well maintained facilities. A little bit of highway noise but not really bad at all. We would definitely stay here again
Ive never stayed there but I have hard nothing but great things about them.
I dont why people gave this park 2 stars form my experience was not that bad actually, on the other hand, with the new owner and new management. This is for the most part, a very clean and elegant park. Spaces are large and there are large grassy areas between rows. This RV Park is really beautiful and so well-maintained. We stayed for 2 months due to my husbands contract job. As a result, we obtain one of their HUGE sites that include gigantic pull-through, and paved areas with tables . We had full hookups and did not feel cramped at all. We also had full-use of their fantastic facilities. Restrooms and showers are meticulously maintained, and their laundry facilities are fabulous. This RV park has a huge large swimming pool, hot tub, and volleyball field also the beautiful view if you walk up to Gazebo. The RV manager is super kind and friendly, and was helpful on numerous occasions with answers to questions about the RV and storage lot. My husband and I had a great stay and I have already passed on information about this great RV to fellow travelers- and will continue to do so. This is one of my Favorite RV park in Washington State. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back.
Its right off the freeway, family friendly, clean with nice people.
Awesome little RV Park. Has a nice swimming area and made for a great trip with the family.
We spent a week here. It is an awesome place for a family. The grounds are beautiful with lots of open grass. The view from the gazebo is nice in the morning and at night. Make sure you ask about the size of your camping spot because most are not very deep.We have been in the pool every day. It is a cool set up with 3 large connected pools, plus 2 small water slides into a different pool. Our kids had great fun in the pool for most of each day. There is also a cool shaped hot tub.The only issues were that there was fine dirt/sand in the big pool, which I assume is from the wind. The water was very clear. The hot tub wasnt very hot and the water was cloudy. We still used the hot tub but it was on the edge of usable.Overall it was a nice place that we hope to come back to again.
Very helpful. didnt charge us when we requested a late checkout due to our fastpitch tournament.
Clean well lit nice place for a visit
Very nice campground. Right off expressway, easy access. Have pull thru sites. Suggest reservations because was quite full but we prefer reservations. Very nice stop. Would recommend.
This is a great place to spend time. Our kids love the pool. The grass and pool area are always well maintained. Highly recommend staying here.
We called an hour ahead, just stopping through for 1 night. The pools drew us in. We needed a 40+ foot pad. Plenty long enough, not overly wide but not as small as some Ive been in. We cooled off in the pool, it was great. Even though there are some long term residents, it seems to be well maintained overall and we were not informed of any rules when we checked in. Weve been to some places recently that were very strict on some things. We would stay here again.
Were having a great time at the pool! Theres waterslides!
Was our favourite park on our drive across the country. Would definitely go back.
This was a very nice Good Sam park. They had a really large, spacious pool with a couple of bridges over it, and a separate pool for kids that was about a max of 2 feet deep, and had a nice water slide. Very impressive! They also had a playground area, 2 dog walking areas, volleyball court, and a place to play horseshoes. The spaces were a little close together, but not bad for a short stay. They also had restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities. There was wifi, but it was spotty, and no cable TV. We did get some good channels with our antenna up though. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone!
Excellent customer service and friendly staff!!
One office employee rude male, Dalton, said Ill take your words with a grain of salt. He said he didnt like being told how to do his job. Another man, Jose, said what he meant was... I politely told Jose...no, Dalton knew exactly what he said so arrogantly. Well, when the 7 sprinklers in your small strip of grass turn on at all times of morning and day (rules say run between midnight and 5am), I guess you dont complain to the office ??? BUT, Dalton also said they have no control over maintenance...guess I was supposed to run down the maintenance man on the mower? THEN, he said, well the pull-through area is going to come on noon-2pm. Oh great, no lunch or bbq outside! Many people got their items sopping wet. No morning coffee or lunch outside. The pull-through strip of grass for your picnic table and lawn chairs is shared with the neighbor septic hoses. NO Pet area...it was all gravel and not fenced. You cant put out rugs. Pool is only 3 ft deep. Also a storage facility and many rental tenants live there full time. Doggie bag station was always empty. The park is located next to a busy road as well. Sorry, but we left a bit steamed over the rudeness of a young man who does NOT know customer service or respect. No, we wont be back and we wont recommend.
My review is a little different, because I havent stayed in the park. I called on Wednesday and the man that answered was VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. Since Im looking for a park in the Moses Lake area, I figured it couldnt be as bad as some say. We drove up towards the park, very pretty coming around the bend. I went into the office and it was beautiful. I got paperwork from the lady at the desk, who was friendly too. We proceeded to walk back and look at the pools, they were so clean and so many. Great for younger and older, because they werent real deep. More lounging pools plus a slide right into the pool for little ones. After that we drove around the park, it was GREAT, very clean and grass between most spaces down below. My next step is to call for a space.
We only stayed for the night on our way to Ft. Lewis. I can only speak for my husband and myself:Reception: great.Parking and hook-ups: great.Noise: none.Convenience: close to the I-90 interstate, exit 174. Although, I suggest to have a sign at the fence to put an arrow pointing uphill where the entrance is located.Overall: great stop.
What a find! The many pools are amazing, with water slides. Great prices too. I told other travelers, put this on your list. I wish we could have stayed longer.
Beautiful and peaceful. The pool was a little chilly but nice size for kids. Could use some cleaning. The bathrooms are nice and clean and hot showers were refreshing. The nice gals at the desk were helpful and they had $2 DVD rentals that were recent. Would recommend and would stay there again.
Beautiful park. You can tell they take great care of the park. Paved throughout, green grass. Nice pools with water slides. Definitely would stay there again.
We have been here since last september and it has been wonderful. The staff is excellent..The grounds always kept up..So a big thank you to Suncrest..
Great management. Wonderful staff. I stayed at place across the freeway once lady manager was short tempered and rude. I highly recommend sincerest rv park. 5 stars all the way.
Nice pull-through.
Well maintained site with friendly staff
Friendly staff, very clean and well manicured lawns. We decided to stay an extra night and they accommodated us. We will return.
The park is beautiful, the kids loved the pools and waterslide. The staff is friendly and helpful. Clean well maintained facility. We will definitely be coming back!
Always enjoy spending a few days here
Nice RV resort in a great location next to I-90. Great staff, especially handyman Ray who bailed me out of a tough situation. Lots of walking room around their beautiful location.
Great people, very helpful employees. Weve had a wonderful time.
Beautiful RV Park in the desert. Park restroom/showers are exceptionally clean. Wonderful place to visit.
This has been my favorite place for years and now under new ownership its even better!
This is our favorite RV park in all of Moses Lake. Sadly, it is almost all full timers here now, so hard to get into. Conveniently located just off I-90.
Acceptable and clean, but the person who checked us in did not volunteer any information about the campsite, including the fact that they had closed the pool that day for cleaning. They said they would have told me if I had asked. The stay was ok, but I would only return if I had no other choices in the area.
We stay here all the time and absolutely love it. We find the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful. The premises are clean and kept-up, the restrooms are always clean. Yes, they have rules but those are for everyones benefit and theyre not unreasonable. Would recommend so give it a try.
Had awesome time, took our granddaughter and she loved the pools . And the slide pool!!!
Clean and nice pools for kids
This is a truly amazing rv park. Well maintained and terrific staff an absolute wonderful and relaxing place to visit plus the pool has two waterpark style waterslides and a huge swimming pool.
Cl3añ Suncrest RV park is clean taken care of and very accommodating it is very quiet we enjoyed our stay
Did not get an opportunity to stay. Called around 1700 to check on availability. Message said office was closed but I could come by and self register. Drove to site and surprise, surprise, surprise, the sign on window said no vacancies. Wasted miles!!! At least have the courtesy to have correct message on the phone.
Nice park. Easy access from Interstate.
Facilities are decent, was not treated well by staff.
Nice place to stay at a fair price
I stayed here with my wife and kids for a long weekend. This is such a pleasant facility. We all loved it! Definitely will be back!
Nice place.... Fun waterslides for the kids.
I loved the hookups qnd the free wifi service! But the pool is cold and some of the places look all gross.
Just stopped by to visit but looks like a nice rv park. The pool is pretty big too.
Well cared for, only 82 full hook up spaces. Pool is really nice. My only complaint is the sprinklers that spray your RV every other day. Locate the sprinkler heads and cover them up. Other than that, this place is clean, friendly and quiet.
Nice quite RV park. Clean restrooms, very close to the boat launch. Some year round residents.
Beautiful park! Very friendly staff, nice pool, hot tub not working but all in all great vacation stop! Highly recommended
>Itwas very clean, people were friendly but there was no wi-fi or tv. Also no restaurants nearby.
This place is now mostly full timers so looking a bit rundown. Also looks like alot of RV storage. Havent used any of the facilities. Nice staff
Well kept property. Family friendly. Dogs ok, even breeds the uninformed are afraid of. Accommodates several class A RVs. Plenty of parking for the extra vehicle.
Nice people and good deals.
Place was clean and quite as possible, you could hear some of the freeway traffic. Staff was friendly and helpful
If you are looking for somewhere to camp out, or store your vehicle/ rev, look no further. Amazing and clean facilities
Just an overnight stay but very nice. I would stay here again.
My dad and step mom stay here, and they love it here. I flew up to visit for a week and I saw why. The staff are friendly and problems are taken care of quickly.
This place used to be a waterslides park converted to a RV park so they left the landing pools and two of the kiddie slides... great pool lots of room.
Have stayed there several times, last summer was the WORST! They have surveillance cameras on the pool area now that move around and follow you! Like being in a jail, along with all the rules they have. Rules can be good but these are excessive and the men that watch over the pool area/cameras are very unfriendly! There was a male camper in the pool & hot tub with an underwater, waterproof video camera. He was there alone all day filming people/kids without their knowledge under water. Very disturbing situation so we reported it to the Office and they did NOTHING...didnt investigate or evict him with his 2 male campers friends. When another couple complained also, they were asked to leave the premises if they didnt like the surveillance camera or the male filming so- they packed up and left. I even later contacted the City and Good Sam but got no where. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK !
It is clean. Spas already closed. And yes.. not helpful.... watch for tall and close pedestals. Had trouble getting over enough to get slide out.
Beautifully manicured grounds, gorgeous mature trees, concrete pads of all sizes and guaranteed sun! Clean restrooms with free showers; three pools and a luscious spa/hot tub for 60 - all water sites are tested four times a day for cleanliness. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We already have reservations for our next visit -- do not miss this lovely resort!
We love swimming at the Suncrest RV Park! The waterslides are so much fun for kids of all ages!!
Very nice. Next time hope to stay longer.
