This campground was perfectly situated along our path and had all we needed including a great pool. They are close to the water and they have TONS of seagulls and pigeons that might override your campground if they think you’ll feed them! Area felt safe and taken care of...laundry facilities were also welcomed.

Can not wait to go back! This camp ground was very clean. The staff went above and beyond to help my group of friends get spots together on a busy holiday weekend. We needed assistance with one of the hook ups and a spot number mix up and they were there to help. We appreciate their kindness and would recommend to anyone. The campground is right around the corner from the sand dunes making it easy access since we came to ride! Very private area at the end of a road with plenty of area for fun

A little snug for wider Rigs but a nice place to pile-up for awhile. Swim pool has set hours for adults only and kids can play the rest of the time. Saturday and Sunday breakfast by a chef an his wife. A Saturday afternoon ice cream social with root beer floats is worth being here on any weekend.

This property has declined ALOT over these past 2 years. The staff talks down to you and sends an attitude of not caring. We stayed in one of the cabins for three nights and had no hot water the entire time. They claimed “no maintenance” staff on the weekends and didn’t move us to the empty cabin next door. We had also booked 2 cabins earlier in the summer they cancelled one of them without calling us. When I called and asked for a call back from the manager, no one bothered to call me back. DON’T stay here unless you want a run down place with poor customer service.

This use to be a wonderful place to camp. Our family has been doing a yearly outing here for 15 plus years. The grounds were well maintained and beautiful. The last two years there has been a steady decline in appearance. What used to be well, maintained, grass camping sites are now dirt. The boat docking area is hazardous!Boards are missing or falling apart. So sad, but we will definitely be looking for another area to host our family reunion.

In year past when we visited it the grass was watered and green and Saturday breakfasts were wonderful, there was activities during the week. It was a wonderful place to relax, go fishing, play cards and And do activities. Unfortunately our visit 2019 was not Pleasurable the grass is dry and not watered, the bathrooms ran out of toilet paper and hand soap and was cleaned for 3 days in a row, there are no weekly activities and no Saturday breakfast. How sad!!

Horrible!! Didnt even stay! When we arrived the office was closed. They left a map with our name and site #. We were put right by the freeway, dead grass everywhere, in a very hot spot. Not even 1 tree or a picnic table. Lots of other open spots with tables and a few with some shade. Why they would put us there,I have no clue. The lake was closed due to a sewage spillage last week. Why did nobody call or email us???I suggest if youre heading east bound on 90 stay at Ponderosa falls in Cheney. AWSOME!! Or if heading west bound. I suggest lake Easton resort or state park. Much cooler with trees and a great lake.

Park is good. Customer service is terrible. Bummer they are the only ones on moses with launch and camping and they know it. Stay clear if you can. New management its worse thing ever. They do not care one bit about guest. Two nice ladies in the office, the one older heavy guy should be removed from office. He needs to retire and move to middle of desert.

Nice resort paved roads and sites, pool and on Moses Lake. We were here 5 yrs. ago and we were disappointed to see the roads and grass not in the condition of our last visit. Still better than most but a far cry from what it was. Still a very nice resort we just hope that it doesnt continue to deteriorate.

This is a Short or long term RV Park. Once part of a group of private resorts similar in nature. It is fair priced for low to mid income, as well as high end travelers. In my opinion it is fair priced for what you get. Off season park living is very comfortable. And, park buildings offer comfortable adult room. Laundry facility is great. Clean and cared for...and fair priced. I stayed more then a year. I would go back, with the proper RV, anyday. Health issues and finding an affordable used unit that can withstand the 0° to 100° temperatures, is difficult. I miss living there.

Very tidy camp. Friendly staff. Right on the water. No shade from summer heat over any site. Pool hours close a bit early and open a bit late for families with children: opening at 11 for kids means no morning swim before checkout for families Rules are heavily enforced, but staff isnt in uniform so my daughter thought she was being stalked by an old creep when she went to shower ahead of me at the pool. Turns out he was just concerned that she was entering the area without an adult, but he didnt state his intentions or announce himself as staff or appear to be dressed as staff. He just watched her shower I was right behind her, and she is an excellent swimmer who had no plans to swim until I got there. Staff should relax a tiny bit and remember this is a place for fun and relaxation. Also, no political talk behind the counter while checking people in please! You dont know how we vote....

Not a good place for tent camping at all. The sites are small and very close together. Even with an RV its really tight. Its expensive with lots of rules to try to collect more money, but I guess thats what you get with a corporate owned facility aiming for max profit. Its also literally bordering the freeway so dont expect anything quiet or peaceful here. No trees except around the outside of the place and any spot close to trees costs more.Definitely would not come back here. There are lots of much better places in the area.

Great for RV or trailer traveling. It has everything you need: full water and electrical hook ups, paved angled parking spots, pull throughs for bigger rigs, black and gray tank hook ups at every spot, a place to do laundry, showers, a pool, lake access, breakfast and ice cream on the weekends in the summer, a game room, etc. Their lake access is limited but theyre walking distance from Blue Heron Park which is beautiful and has a beach and swim area. This resort really has it all.Unfortunately, it was a bit expensive because of all the amenities and because we stayed on a holiday weekend. It was $42 a night, plus an extra $10 deposit for our dog. This place is NOT super dog friendly. The dogs arent allowed on the beach, or in the picnic area, or pretty much anywhere other than your site and a small fenced in patch of grass they have set aside as the dog area. They must be leashed at all times, even in your site, and you cant leave them outside unattended for any period of time. The camp hosts are also real sticklers for the rules. They give you a printed handout of the rules and told us upon checking in that quiet hours are at 10pm and to keep the party down, even though it was just my husband and I. We parked our truck off the road a bit to let bigger rigs get by and a lady yelled at us to keep our tires off the grass and made us re-park. The staff goes by every hour or so in a golf cart to police the grounds. The spots are also pretty small so youre literally RIGHT NEXT to your neighbors.Overall, good weekend family spot for young kids and big groups or a good spot to recharge and dump your tanks if youre on a long trip, but if youre a smaller party with pets looking for more freedom and less noise, this is not the place for you.

Was disappointed with the size of the sites. It is barely large enough for 1 tent yet 6 people are allowed per site. There would not be a big enough space to allow for a large tent yet they charge you extra for more then 1 tent. I also felt we were nickle and dimed on every aspect of the stay. I had 2 tents (one night only) and was approached very rudely that I had to pay extra and since there was no room our tent was encroaching on the site next to ours and was told we have to move it even though the sites on both sides of us were not occupied. Needless to say I will not go back to this RV park.

This park is clean, open, grassy, and very nice people in the office (Diane and another lady). The guy cleaning the pool in the mornings was chatty and friendly, and the pool is small and clean/nice. The park is paved, and the sites are very close (good to share with other friends you might be camping with). Restrooms and showers were very clean - thank you!! I did laundry one day - machines were clean and there was even a nice clean ironing board/iron available. We played indoor shuffleboard one day - the Adult game room is nice too. The weekend pancake breakfast is a nice option to have and an ice cream social and Bingo too - There are no firepits, so bring your own gas fire or use the very large, nice common pit by the water. The boat launch looked clean and nice, and there is even a shallow, sandy beach (not really nice, but for those of us who like to use floaties on the lake it was good to have this area) next to the launch. The reason for 3 stars is the location: right next to loud, busy, constant traffic, I-90. My husband said he could block it out; but it drives me batty. Otherwise, I would give it a healthy 4 and a half stars!

A group of us stayed here for the 4th of July. We all booked extremely early and one of the guests arrived to find someone in the spot they paid for. Sunrise apologized but didnt remedy the situation. That guest end up being cramped on one of the other guests extremely cramped camp sites. The paid for dock is nice but beware of the ants. They will get on your boat. The boat launch is a 2/5. For some reason they decided to put a cement barrier in the middle to make what should be a single boat launch, a double.

We were headed to Sunrise Resorts PIer 4 RV resort in Moses Lake, Washington, when my truck broke down on I-90, major damage, called the resort telling them I would not be staying at the resort. There policy is no refund within 72 hours, dont agree with that when I paid in full, but then they also charged me a $10.99 cancellation fee on top of keeping my $95.62 camping fee. That is just gouging the public for every penny they can get. No common sense in this policy of the extra charge. They do not answer the phone, had to leave a message when informing them I would not be arriving. Tried to call 2 days later and called 8 times before I got somebody on the phone, was told to call corporate office about the $10.99 fee, still waiting for a return call. Not very good PR from this company.

Horrible customer service. They drive around in golf carts and yell at all the kids for riding their bikes too fast and they arent even going fast. You dont dare touch the grass or walk your dog anywhere but the designated spot or you get yelled at. The girl at the front desk talks horrible of all the paying customers. You get maybe 7 static cable channels. Ill never come here again! No space either! And no fire pits but a community one.

Review №47

Definitely not for people young at heart...or those bringing quads...we were immediately accosted by the camp host as we tried to unload our quads out of our toy hauler...he didnt even give us time to explain that we were going to immediately load them into the truck that was parked next to the rear of our toy hauler, loading ramps installed and in process of loading. All he kept saying over and over was you cant have those in here. .You can not have carpets or anything touching the grass.....except if youre the hosts, then you can park the golf carts on the grass.....Other bad things---- the over abundance of underaged kids at the pool with no adult supervision (8 kids to 1 each 15 yr old acting as adult) and the pools pump mysteriously broke the day before the 4th of July. I dont understand why it takes more than 1 day to get replacement parts...unless you want the pump to supposedly be broken instead of dealing with the real issues at hand.Overall we were not impressed with Sunrise and will stay at Suncrest.
