Moscow is an old American township. This is a really old part of the city. The historic area is full of great old buildings. Theres the Latah County Historical Society building next door. Great place to start your Moscow tour. This mansion is extremely well preserved and served by terrific staff. They even have nice goodies out for you to take.Its a great experience walking through America as it would have been in the late 19th century. It comes complete with old radios, telephones, furniture and other museum-like displays. Take a the kids there. Great fun!

Wonderful and knowledgeable docent took us on a tour on a day when no one was scheduled to be there. Arranged with Facebook messaging. Excellent experience!

The staff are friendly and helpful. The mansion is taken care very well.

Only got to see from the outside fir The Mansion was not open for visitors when I was there. Looks like a live in house, my relatives lived in similar style houses in Illinois.

Limited hours, 1-4 tues thru sat. Only saw outside, great looking. Needs a little more TLC.

The McConnell Mansion is such a beautiful piece of local history!

Neat experience, the people here are very friendly and you can either have a tour or just look around. My boyfriend and I chose to just look around they let us try out the pianos and flip through old books. My boyfriend is from Austria so he speaks German so it was pretty fun to be able to look through those German books and have them translate for me

This old mansion is truly a piece of moscows History. I highly recommend visiting this place for anyone wanting to know more about the town during its early years and development stages.

Sign outside said it was open on Saturday at 10, however it was closed when we arrived at 10:30. Dont know if it was open at all on Saturday.
