Bought a home and lived here for a number of years.Management and owners very responsible to tenants.Best water in the area; well checked and upkeep timely performed.Good and bad people for neighbors, just like every neighborhood. Nice community.The dirt-road in and out of the park is well maintained. You wouldnt be able to enter, or, leave, in the winter if they paved it.Reasonably priced.

Was NOT pleasant to live at. The road there is more sketchy than the rides at the fair. And the homes arent much better. Yikes.

Very run down trailer park. If youre thinking about moving in, I would think twice.
