Having grown up in this area I have played countless soccer games at the Morton Indoor Soccer arena. Replacing the carpet playing surface with AstroTurf was a great addition that now allows you to use your outdoor cleats. The field with walls and nets is housed in what is essentially a tin building, so in the winter time bring your coats as it is cold. Be aware that the closeness of the stands means that the unruly parents can shout, hassle, complain, and heckle the players on the field regardless of their age. The park districts referees are also known to all players as being composed of people that dont really want to be there, that show up late, and just sit on the boards eating dinner rather than enforcing the rules of the game.

Nice indoor field. Small play area for the younger kids. Decent concession stand. Just wish there were more bleacher seating.
