The dedication to details here really sold the experience for me. Our family did the Zombie room and had such a great time, we couldnt stop talking about it the whole way home! I would recommend this place to anyone! My only complaint is that I couldnt reach them by phone or email the day of the event, but everything worked out fine when we arrived so it didnt have any real damper on the day. Good production value, great story telling, and an awesome group activity we will never forget!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Our group did the Zombie room, and survived. The butler was absolutely hilarious and a great help. The zombie was so funny yet scary. It was well acted, beautifully constructed and the instructions were straight forward. Professional, fun and safe, my experience had no room for improvement because it was perfect. The two times I’ve been here has been fantastic. Both rooms were challenging-maybe too challenging the only complaint is the discount option on their website. It doesn’t work right and I needed to work with them to adjust the discount. They were kind and patient during this process.

Great Room Escape did an amazing job with providing my son with the best birthday party. We got a private room, with the Houdini theme, and there were eight 7 and 8 year old boys with me and my husband in there. The actress in the room and the staff member were so helpful with keeping their interest, giving clues, and reinforcing their efforts. We were able to escape and it was such a memorable birthday experience for me son. Definitely recommend.

This was our third escape room we have done. It was a lot of fun. Everything was well organized and the staff was great! I would definitely come back here again.

Our Party was paired with another fir the Houdini room. The actress who played the wife of Houdini was very professional and very fair as far as the rules of the game.The room was well set, our group worked well together however we did not escape, we had a total blast. We would totally do this again.Oh and when fall comes around this very same place has the most excellent Haunted House.We will be visiting again for that too!T. Thumbs

Our group had a great time. It would have been much better if we were able to actually escape the room...but its definitely a reason to go back and try again! This was our team building event for work...but Im really excited to get my family there! Definitely worth the money!

I was looking an event/activity for our extended family now that all the kids are older teens and adults. This was perfect! We had so much fun last year in the Houdini Room we came back this year for Terminal. It was easy to park, well run, and the instructions were clear. Like many families, its hard to get folks together and to agree on anything. This has been a huge success! I highly recommend the Great Room Escape.

We did the zombie room and the actors were phenomenal. The room was definitely challenging, but fun! The only complaint I have is that we were paired with a bunch of younger kids who were screaming the whole time. This took away from our overall experience because they had no chaperones and didn’t do much but distract us from the overall task. The room was fun, but it may be helpful to screen groups when pairing them together if at all possible.

The place was a little hard to find from the street (look for a small tent sign), and quite unassuming. We went to the Houdini room, and once we got inside it was really, really cool! You an tell someone put a lot of time and effort into creating an immersive experience, and there was a ton of attention to detail. The host did a good job of helping us move along without feeding us answers. Our team had a fun experience, and I would go back to try the other themed rooms!

Had a great Time! Great team building. The manager was really nice. Only downside was it was difficult booking and getting a hold of them. I called corporate and they were able to take care of the booking. Overall would go back and do recommend.

We visited with six adults and five children ranging in age from 9 to 14, and everybody loved it. We selected the Houdini room and actually solved it with only 3 min and 47 seconds remaining. I would highly recommend it.

Highly recommend! I went with a full party (12) to the Houdini room. Our group was a mix of experienced and first timers; everyone had a great time. The actress with us was excellent and everything flowed smoothly.

The terminal escape room is awesome! Challenging and fun. It also felt like a real terminal, the decore was really well done. Looking forward to checking out th other rooms they have.

Our family of 7 loved the Zombie Escape Room. The actors, staff and the room design (decor and props) were top rate. As a mom, it was wonderful to engage in a family activity that my husband and I and all the kids (ages 15-25) could enjoy together without cell phones and other distractions. We would definitely do it again.

The escape room and, especially, the staff were absolutely wonderful. I took my 12-year old daughter for her birthday together with a couple of her friends to the Terminal escape room. When we got there, one of the girls felt that she might be afraid in that room. Even though the person who was there to explain the game to us tried to assure her that the room is not scary (it isnt), I asked if we could switch to the Houdini room. The staff immediately made the change. This is not as easy as one would think. the Houdini room requires an actress to dress up and prepare the room. Despite these problems they were ready for us in 5 minutes. The girls loved the adventure and I could not be happier. Thank you!!!

I have never done this before and I can not wait to do it again. :) I went with 11 of my family members for my birthday! Each of us left that room feeling a little dumb... (lol) The staff was great! The butler (who was in the room) was great and very helpful. All in all the experience was fun and the rest of our night was full of laughter. Thank you to the zombie and staff for a great night.

First time here, was not expecting much as far as 6 people with strong opinions working together and accomplishing much. I was pleasantly surprised, room was more challenging than I thought,and as a group we worked in unison . Not realizing we were in the most difficult scenario, and never participating in this type of thing, outside of the board game Clue, we unlocked all but one of the clues in the allotted time. Thinking we were total failures, the attendant said quite the opposite, some groups dont even solve one task! What great fun, mentally challenging, great bonding experience!

Had a great time! We did the zombie room. The set up was good and the zombie actor did a good job. Did not solve the puzzle but it was still fun. The puzzles took a lot of thought which I liked. Would definitely do it again and recommend it.

Out of 6 or so of these that I’ve done, this was the best. Terminal Weekend, group of 8. Non-linear clue style great for a large group. Perfect execution- no issues with tech, locks or puzzles. Even had effective suspenseful background music. Excellent theming, diverse mixture of difficulties and puzzle types, fun had by all.

Ive done more than a dozen escape rooms and this one did everything right. From the look of the room to the style of the locks to the addition of the actor in the room, everything made sense. This is a true rarity that it comes together so well.Already working on bringing more people the next time. This place impressed me.

Our family of four enjoyed our visit to Great Room Escape - Terminal. We came this/close to solving the room.

We went as a family and it was fun for everyone—including kids ages 8-16. It was challenging but we did pretty well, even though we didn’t quite solve it. One big problem was that one of the codes didn’t work due to a system failure. They said it “reset itself” and because of that we were unable to get that clue, even though we had the info. Unfortunate because we couldn’t finish without that clue, which hacked off the competitive players. Despite that, we all had fun. We’ll definitely try another escape room, probably a different place to see how it compares.

My daughter wanted to go here for her 14th birthday celebration. She and 3 of hers friends tried the Houdini escape room. They lucked out and were the only ones signed up for that time slot so they didnt have to share the experience with others. They had a blast! They talked about how fun it was the entire way home. For my daughter to have enjoyed it is something rare; she usually hates everything.

We did the Houdini Room. A lot of fun. Challenging and requires some very good teamwork. Have been to a lot of escape rooms and this is one of the best ones we have done.

This was a great experience! The atmosphere is amazing when you first walk in, getting you in the mood for the game. The games themselves are challenging, and the staff is helpful. This would have gotten five stars, but, during my time in the game their was a mechanical error that stopped our progress in the game, and without fixing that, there was no point to continue. It was frustrating and I wish staff had helped more then so that you could continue our progress in the game without losing 20+ minutes. Other than that, I would definitely recommend to someone looking to have a good time with something a little different. And make sure you get the Groupon!

We did the Zombie escape room: great clues, great actors, great management (Mike). We had a really fun experience!

We had a party of 12 and 7 was kids and 5 were adults. The kids had a great time.the kids ages were 5,7,8,10,12,12 and 15. We solved it with 3 minutes to spare. Solving it was a great accomplishment and each child was able to contribute in some way.

Very fun night! We did beat the clock, but it was tough! Highly recommend Houdini room!

We had so much fun! We were lucky and only our family was in the room, we didnt have to share, or have a group experience . We didnt even escape but it was great. I cant wait to do another one!

We had the best time doing Terminal today!!! Most of our group of 8 hadnt done an escape room before and had no idea what to expect but it was fantastic, challenging and every single member of our group had tasks to work on so that it wasnt a couple of people figuring things out while every else waited to figure out the clue. We will definitely be back the next time were in the area!

Nice concept but... We had another group join us five minutes into our 60 minute experience. The actress had to explain everything again to the group and delayed our search. We also had a hard time hearing the actress over the sound of Zombies next door. This is not cheap and I believe they can at least make the experience worthwhile.

Played the room The Terminal with a group of friends and we had an absolute blast. Missed finishing in time by two clues. Had the greatest, most personable and knowledgeable hostess. I cant wait to come back to play their other rooms!

Loved the zombie escape room! It was fun, and scary. The guy playing the zombie took a funny/scary approach to it, and I think that made the experience even more fun. We didnt escape, but we found 3 of the 4 keys. Going back soon for another room!

This is our second time going to the great escape room and we had a great time . The setup is nice and they have three different rooms to choose from. The one we chose this time was the zombie escape and it was fun trying to solve the puzzles and not getting caught by the zombie who keeps getting closer as time ticks by.

Fun date night for my husband and I. We were helped immediately upon entering the building and he staff were great at explaining things to us.

I had pretty low expectations going in to this, but I actually had a great time. We did the zombie room, it was really fun. I would recommend it.

This place is great! They were quite accommodating and friendly.

So much fun. Dr. Caz Oxy was our zombie and our guide was Dr. Van Heltingsomething (I dont even know) and they were both hilarious. Had our group laughing the entire time. You really had to work at some of the clues which isnt easy with a zombie chasing you and so many other people working on everything else around you. It felt doable without being too easy and was great for team building with my co-workers.

Very fun. The rooms are by groups of 12 so I think going in a group would be best. If youre prone to motion sickness, do not do the terminal room.

There were six of us and we werent sure what to expect but it was a little disappointing when we only answered one out of five questions correct. Knowing now how difficult the answers to the clues are, we will probably try again in a different room with a totally different approach.

We brought in three groups of people. Some of us have done escape room elsewhere so we were expecting a good challenge. My team was assigned the Terminal room. I found the concept good, but the clues and solutions very difficult. One of the locks wouldnt unlock even though we had the number. This wasted 20 minutes as we reperformed the activities to double check the unlock code. It was right, but the lock failed to open. This resulted in frustration. Other keys and clues were difficult to very difficult. The other two escape groups had similar issues. One group did finish, but their helper assisted. The Terminal room didnt have a helper. Id probably not go back to this one. Also, the rooms were very dirty so be aware that this didnt add to a great experience.

The newest room terminal is way to hard it has a success rate of 6 %. Than we fight out there are 2 clear placed in a room that is already to hard which dosent make sense. You are given no clues for help and when you ask for help its to generalized which dosent narrow it down. I understand having an escape room and it being given hard but when over 90 percent dont make it out because you have to do chemical equation s on a wall which takes 20 min its no fun for yourself or your group. There other rooms are still difficult with hardly to no help please do not book this room unless ur prepared to walk out with a headache
