Dont like at all to many restrictions, I was going to buy place there but if I own a home i dont need people to tell me what I can do with it. Ive owned four homes in my life even in a different state. There aint no one going to tell me what to do with it.

Polite professional guy managing but the application fee is a bit High for the level of standards they have and they require a lot of background information, may as well apply for an actual home loan as the requirements are about the same.

Love living out here maintenance and park manager are awesome

Eastwood park in Morristown Tennessee is one of the best places Ive ever stayed, the people r friendly, the staff is awesome and will do anything to help u out, if u need anything fixed its just a phone call away! Ive been here a year now and am looking forward to Signing a new lease soon! Very quiet and relaxing place to stay!
