Today was absolutely awful. Heat index near 100 degrees and the only beverages in the clubhouse were six 20 oz. sprites. No water. No ice. No water stations set up along the course. Cart paths are a disaster. The greens are so dry they are cracking. I expect just a little more for $35.

Mountainview golf course was terrible. The greens were cracked so bad, all the sand traps were taken out, and the cart paths were disintegrating making the experience uninviting. It looked as if nothing had been watered since last year. Honestly do not waste your money. I almost feel like the owners are beginning a process of closing this course down. Very sad looking course.

This might be the worst course I have ever played. I was told by members the new owners dont care and the greens keeper never even shows up. I was stoked since I only payed $35 but after playing its honestly not even worth that. the greens felt like putting on most courses tee boxes. wont ever come back unless someone else buys the course.

We played the mountain course. It was beautiful and quiet with an interesting layout. It was not very well maintained, however.

What an disappointing experience with this place. Shame that it has great potential but is worthless.

The bunkers and the cart paths are in terrible shape. Other than that, this is a mountain course and it is virtually impossible in some places to hold the fairway. Overall the green fees are excessive for the quality of the course. If you are going to pay this amount there are much nicer courses in the area.

This is by far the worst condition course I’ve ever played there was animals homes posted up on the green. Tee boxes not mowed etc

I checked into the resort on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at approximately 3:00. I was given Room 201. I went to my room. The door was open. It frightened me as a woman; was someone in the room, did I get a room that was occupied (that has happened before), there were dirty towels in the bathroom. Down to the front desk I went. I got ZERO satisfaction. I asked three different times to have my room cleaned, the room was finally cleaned but they did not replace the towels. The dude working the front desk said there wasnt anything he could do for me. I asked to speak with a manager, was told he was to busy. I feel this was an unacceptable, very unacceptable business practice. There were wasps flying around in the reception area, it was so hot they brought in portable fans to circulate air; this was exceptionally nice to dry out the cookies on the table. I was at the resort for a wedding; the wedding was gorgeous.

Conditions were terrible. Most rough not cut in weeks. What was cut was left with the cut hay. Forget about finding a ball. Greens hard as rocks. Looks like this place will be going under

Terrible course no maintenance done at all

Course is in rough shape. They look to be eliminating all the bunkers in favor of grass. Problem is, they are all full of straw and no grass seems to be growing. Cart paths are in awful shape. Better to ride in the rough or fairway. There is no real clubhouse either. Just a temporary building with limited offerings.

If I could give a minus star I would. Planning my daughter’s wedding in June. Called three times to talk to the lady that handles weddings. First time I left a voicemail no call back. Second time I spoke to someone and they said she was with a client but would return call. No call back. Third time same person answered the phone and was quite snotty. Said the planner was behind but she would get back to us. Which I took to mean don’t call again. Needless to say no return call. I can only assume since my daughter is having a small wedding she didn’t want the business. But she could have returned the callI will make sure to tell anyone else planning a wedding not to bother with Lakeview Resort

Would not recommend staying here. I thought it was going to be nice due to it being called a resort but was more like a motel. Dirty rooms. Others that stayed while I was there mentioned ants in room. One lady had poop smeared in toilet and urine on shower curtain. Water leakages, beer cans in gutters. It was a very disappointing stay. My recommendation is to stay at a nearby hotel that is decent.

Seemed unorganized. Looked like lots of Maintenance issues. Cracked sink. Leaking toilet. Peeling wallpaper. Found management and kitchen staff seemingly arguing over butter in the main Lobby. Weird.

The course is in pretty decent shape. The greens are a little slow and the cart path is eroded but over all its a reasonable green fee.

A very challenging golf trip, both Lakeview and the mountain view courses are very difficult. There are elevation changes from -8 degrees to +8, stay below the pins on approach shots or you are going to have a long day.

A lot of different conference rooms. It does need some updating: carpets, wallpaper, etc. Beautiful view of the lake.

Great resort! Friendly staff and the entire complex is updated. Certainly a ton of pools.....heck even some golf!
