Interesting place with great collections. Would definitely recommended to visit if one is in town.Especially their non-permanent collections are amazing.

Lovely small art museum with a variety of exhibits that change throughout the year.

If I could give zero stars I would. The place is closed from August 7th to the 20th. Made a trip there for no reason. Would have been nice if it was posted on the website.

Great place to spend a few hours

Lovely facility. Wonderful staff. Fun for the family...kids are welcome and encouraged to be in that space.

Maybe this museum just isnt my cup of tea, but I would certainly like to see a better selection when I visit next time. It is free, which is nice, though.

I recently attended a surprise party for a friend at the Art Museum of West Virginia University. I had never been there before the party and I was thoroughly entertained by how interesting and impressive the facility was.

There is a lot of creative art work.
