Very small. Difficult to maneuver if someone is double parked. One way in and out.

Very quite beautiful community! I had such a wonderful time in Morgan Hill and at this community Im considering relocating there. The neighbors were very friendly too. It was so clean too!

Spaces are way too small. Their unites are old and outdated, cost too much, and theres new housing all around the place.... So, how long before they sell out?!! Also,they only have 36 spaces.

Everyone please keep your children away from space #34 the man there is a child molester his name is Paul soriano he did 17 years for molestation he was released in 2010 and moved there. He drives a blue pick up truck
