This place is so much fun. Wear socks. You gotta go at least once. Your kids will fall asleep on the way home!

My kids absolutely love everything about this place. We get the ten pass and it has lasted at least through the California winter.My wife gets unlimited time to shop, while the jug kids and i get unlimited time to get out their energy.They always quickly make friends that keep team entertained for hours.

Went here today (8/18/19) for my nephews birthday. The kids had a blast. The staff was nice. And most importantly, the place was very clean!The gentleman that was assigned to help our party was very helpful and attentive throughout. He had a great attitude! I wish I had gotten his name so I could leave it in this review. In case management is interested in finding out who this excellent employee is, the party was 8/18/19 2pm-4pm, last name Clarke.

Ever since they opened this had been our go to place. It’s clean,fun, and has the best prices! We’ve had birthday parties here and meet up on random days with family and are always pleased. Moved out of Moval and still don’t mind driving 45 min to have some fun with our kids. Customer service is excellent as well.

Great place for kids big and small. All day fun, you can leave an come back the same day. Under 24 months get in free, 1 adult free with one child admission. Weekends, weekdays, rainy days, the best.

I gave this place 3 stars because there are both good and bad things about this place. The good: its very large. There were easily 40 people here and it didnt feel crowded at all. The price is also good. We took 2 adults, 1 kid and 1 toddler and paid just about $20 for all day. The bad: it was HOT!! With as many people that were there the AC should have been up much higher. There were also no water fountains in the entire place. You can buy cold bottles of water for $1 a piece, but its cash only. If youre like me and never carry any cash, as hot as it was we had no way to hydrate the kids without leaving. Would I come back? Yes but Ill have to be more prepared.

My kiddo has fun here 15.50 for me and her staff is ok equipment is clean... They have a little dining area- the only major complaint i have is that there is no outside food... Even if its purchased within the mall at the food court. If you like to feed your kid from a vending machine then this is your spot. Thought me and my daughter might enjoy some food and she could play. Well she got to play. Im not sure if its a good idea to locate the play area in the food court and have a dining area if all your allowed to do is buy unhealthy vending machine snacks. I may have to find another spot that allows me to bring my baby the food she likes. if your going to restrict outside food then jump n jam needs to have a snack bar, if its a problem i purchased my kiddos food elsewhere then make more options. Unsatisfactory.

For $20 you can bring mommy and daddy and if the child is under 4 theyll get in for free and one adult will receive free admission. Adults can play TOO!! Thats the best part. You will receive a wrist band so that you can come and go as you please. It will be valid for one day admission.

This place use to be so clean and the staff was friendly. My last visit however, I noticed the employees standing around for the majority of the two hours I was there (including the manager). Idk I hope the owner notices and makes necessary changes.

Fun place for family time

My kids had a ball. Its smaller than what I thought it was going to be. But overall with the money.

Very nice place to take the kids. It was clean and the workers were walking around cleaning the area sporadically throughout the day. My kids loved the zip line and shooting the balls. Hours of fun for all ages &well worth the price. You can leave and come back which was useful so we could go eat.

Seriously, this place is fun. Im 17 and have come here multiple times with my little brother. We go in the late afternoon and play until theyre closed, and it doesnt feel like forever because its actually a blast. The slides are cool, the ball shooters are pretty unique and a lot of fun, and its really clean. It also has a smaller, enclosed space for littler kids with foam blocks and such, as well as a bouncy castle. Its like the McDonalds play area on crack. Not to mention its really affordable. Theres literally no better place to take your kids for the day or to throw a birthday party!

My 5 yr old grandson had so much fun here. He loved the ball cannons most of all. Plenty of things to climb on and explore. He cant wait to go back again. I would of given 5 stars but they do not have a drinking fountain only vending machines, that is fine for when they want to sit and snack but a drinking fountain would be helpful.

Fun place for kids of all ages.I brought my 2 yr old here and she loved all of it. Prices are good especially if you plan on being at the mall all day.You have to pay for lockers so I recommend leaving anything unnecessary in the car, if you dont want to pay extra.Playgrounds are strong enough for adults to climb in them too. My daughter is a little reserved and wanted my pregnant butt to follow her around through all 3 or 4 tiers of this playground and I never felt unsafe. Its all enclosed with separated play areas and only one surpervised main entrance/exit and youre only allowed in if you have a child.Im hoping to move into the area soon and plan on bringing my kids here more often.

Kids love it

Amazing place located in the Moreno Valley Mall. The price is amazing for the amount of time you can spend here. There is a toddler area where parents can let small kids safety roam around separately from the larger kids. They clean this area several times throughout the day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here. 5 stars.

Its a very fun and energetic place to be with the kids. The only thing I would recomend as I did tell them the first day I went long time ago was to place some few sandals, several sizes, cheap ones,outside the restrooms, since you are forced to walk on socks all the time.

For a small fee of $15 you can literally spend all day with your kids here. I take my son (7) and Im able to play with him on all the equipment there. After playing well go into the food court, get some food, and then come back and burn some more energy. The slides are fast and the equipment is safe. Go and have a blast!

Really fun place for kids 3 and up, the little ones not so much. But the staff are all friendly and you see them actually cleaning and trying to disinfect areas throughout your visit

They have a great deal on the price during the last hour on Fridays but unfortunately the price has increased in such a short time. Hopefully they dont have another price increase. Anyway, the kids loved it!

WE LOVE JUMP N JAMMIN!! I see a lot of mention about the price... It really isnt that bad for what you get. It is very well maintained, people walking around cleaning the place constantly, you have the peace of mind that your child cannot leave with a stranger, and you get all day admission! The location is fantastic, right across from the food court at the mall, so when the kids are hungry you leave get some food, maybe walk around for a half hour to let the food settle and then back to playing.We love this place so much that we had our two boys birthday party here. It was fantastic! The service was great - the only thing I would like is maybe a 3 hour party rather than two because the kids are having so much fun and then it is time to go and they havent gotten to play on the equipment as much as they want.With the weather being so hot as of lately this is a great way to escape the heat and not be stuck in the house all day!Jump n Jammin is fantastic - I highly recommend it!

Horrible experience! Not good for smaller kids since no staff is supervising the toddler area and parents are just busy on their phones Instead of watching over their kids. and older kids come in and throw things around / run around and make it hard for little ones to play One older kid (6-7 year old ) threw one of the big play blocks from the toddler area at my 1 year old, his mom didn’t even apologized and the staff was no where to be found.

My kids had a great time as well as myself. After telling my mom about the awesome pricing and how much fun my kids had the 2 previous times they had gone, she decided to take my kids her grandkids to play. Unfortunately she was hit with a peak hours admissions fee boosting the price way above what I had mentioned to her. She reluctantly paid the additional admission price only cause she knew walking away would have really upset the kids. All the pricing information posted on their brochure and above the entrance gives no mention of these peak hours.

It is the best place ever except for when you want s water the machine gives you another drink you did not want but food boom it gives you two stuffed instead of 1 .

We visited yesterday. My 4 year old boy really loved this place! So much in fact, his grandma braught him again today! Affordable, but I dont think there should be an admission fee for adults.. it is big enough for parents to play inside the structure with the kids, but, I didnt see many adults playing... lol. Otherwise. Great place to visit, and only, $14.95 for 1 adult and one child to come and go as you please from 10am to7pm... not a bad deal at all.
