Havent been there but was planning on going this Saturday and its kind of disappointing seeing all the bad reviews of the staff and services. Im not really picky on stuff like ac not working or whatever but all these bad reviews really got me thinking twice abt not going.

Really disappointed to see all the bad reviews you wouldn’t think too see all these bad reviews about this place very upset they over charge and don’t treat customers right. Need to work on things I was going to be coming tonight with a few friends but all these bad reviews made us not want to go. Really need to start focusing on your customers more. Because in the end that’s all that should matter making sure your customers are treated right. Evidently after all these reviews you don’t care about your customers what a shame

Bad service, horrible staff, horrible prices.

This isn’t my first rodeo, but boy are the unprofessional. Manager was talking bad about the guest in front of guest. They don’t have an ATM because it’s broken. Shocker, wonder if it was intention to have the guest buy lager quantities and one time. If I could give it zero stars I would but the performances were good.

OVERPRICED!!!! Went there just last Saturday and there was no one important showing that night and still had to pay $30 a person for entrance. Security allowed people in without showing an ID and people who werent dressed according to the guidelines on their sign right next to the entrance. At the bar they charge you $14 dollars for each shot half the size of a small medicine cup and $20 for 4 water bottles . Definitely DO NOT recommend.

Came to visit from San Diego and it was amazing. Huge place n wonderful service. Tasty food I love the ceviche.

Went to an event on Saturday September 2nd, the management of this place sucks. it was a super hot night (81f) but it was even hotter inside. i kid you not, they do not turn on the AC. must be a tactic so you can drink more. on top of that, the bottle service waiters are heavily understaffed.

False advertising, they never say that you have to buy a wine bottle (@$250.00 cheapest.) in order to sit down at a table once you get there and you pass security point, your greeted by the waitresses and they tell you the run down of the place and if your not buying the cheapest wine bottle priced at $250.00 dollar to get a table your standing up for has long you stay there and no refunds. Also cheapest table is in the way back by bar and expensive around $850.00 will get you VIP front tables close to stage.

Group of 11 paid $225 entrance, no tables, were in the way of everyone and the racist security rudely told us it wasnt his problem and that we should leave. Was in there 7 minutes max..

I went here last weekend to celebrate my birthday. We got there 30 minutes before 10:00 pm and they charged everyone in my party $20 to go in even tho the flyer online says $10 before 10 pm. When we asked them why they were charging us more and we were told we just do this. Then the rest of my party got there 20 minutes later and they tried to charge them $35 after asking again why the price went up again and so much cause its not like they had any good groups playing that night or was even packed. They said we do what we want I will never go here again!!! Its also so Hot in there, they dont turn on the Air conditioner. And the drinks are too small for what they charge. Small little cups, smallest cups Ive seen so far from all the clubs Ive been to. For sure my party of friends and family will never go there again or considerate.

False advertising. Rodeo had ads on their Instagram all week saying BuKnas De Culiacan was showing up but they never did. Also, very bad customer service they are always rude. They easily change their prices when they feel like it. I wouldnt recommend going to this place.

Not happy with this place I got my husband tickets to see El fantasma for his birthday las night when we got there at 9:30 there was like 300 people on line to get in but no one was going in I guess the place was pack in side aready even with tickets we could get in really disappointed I just hope I get my money back not going to this place again

They dont give you a table unless you buy drinks ... have really bad service all the serves are stuck up .
