Small, clean, so much quiet it, a lonely person will like this place.

I the parks attempt to provide a better image they have eliminated any extra parking for visitors. Management boarders on hostel from trapping any cats outside of a home to towing any car without a tenant sticker.

I actually had an issue with a resident here. He is a child molester who is undocumented. The residents here should be careful of him. He’s between 30-35 lives by the office area,

Manager is friendly. The residents like feeling safe and when I asked they said security is always there at night so Im happy.

Worst trailer park I have ever seen-low class neighbors who allow their mutts to bark 24/7 with no respect for others-numerous diseased cats running loose, management and owners who do not give a damn about the residents. They refuse to enforce park rules on offenders and only concern is raising the rent. Used to be mostly military living there now anyone with money from any source legal or not are free to move in-I had to pay to replace roof (3000.00) damaged by the little monsters who get to run loose unsupervised also BB gun holes in my windows and next door neighbor had a brick thrown through her front window. Management and owners refuse to tell us truth about 3 houses that burned down right across from my house-most residents said it was an explosion in the shed of house right across from me that we had warned park about for mos. Refused to stop motor home parking in fire lane which if had been there would have blocked fire dept but not management/owner concern. I left them note with emergency numbers in case of emergency-I was in TX and left local numbers -they never contacted anyone even though the fire dept my house would have burned if wind changed direction. A few yrs ago 3 kids were out at midnight and slashed all 4 tires on 30 cars-park did nothing-left residents to contact insurance. Loud music is not stopped as required and they had the audacity to tell the security company to not respond to any calls from residents re: esp noise, barking, etc unless management made the call-which they never do. If you ever like to sleep at night-DO NOT MOVE HERE. High crime activity and molester in park and several more within 2 blocks. Kids run free and vandalize everywhere-most unsupervised and nasty. Park does not care-trying to con vets to move in-dont do it. Cars race around corners and mail boxes are frequently vandalized. Reports of a man who comes into park at night and looks in windows. Park lets land under units become deteriorated -my driveway is again for the 10th time raising up under my back door so I cannot use it as a fire exit and they keep telling me (over 2 yrs worth time) that I have a better driveway and it will be fixed next-that has been 2 yrs now and not a sign of any plan despite my regular reminders on my rent check and calls. They did put in a totally useless unneeded gate though that does nothing. The whole driveway needs repair-reports of property damage go with no action. Animals diseased and otherwise run amok-residents who allow their mongrels to bark all day and night are never told to shut them up-some have been kept within their small yard without even being played with or attended to and are so retarded that even if the person lives in the house next door over 20 yrs-these mongrels bark incessantly at them and create a disturbance for all and no consequence. One house on my block has 2 mutts who are always barking-they have never in at least 4 yrs been out of the yard so obviously not been to vets so no shots or other care. If I walk on my own steps they bark same with other neighbors. DO NOT MOVE TO SANTIAGO ESTATES TRAILER TRASH PARK AT SANTIAGO AND PERRIS, MORENO VALLEY, CA.12-2-2015 My car was stolen at approx 6:15pm cops suspect it was rolled out to street since no one heard the engine start up and I thought it was my daughter pulling up in the driveway. Went to the door and found my car gone with my desperately needed walker and my daughters meds among other items. Now gone 6 days with no news. Management notified but no help and no response or concern from the owners. Park is no better than earlier comments and only people applying to move in are Mexicans and loud parties with microphones and live bands, yard full of fleas at my house and neighbors-daughter invested over 300.00 of her SSI to kill-park claims no responsibility as usual-plan on reporting to public health. NO help with shutting up mutts or loud residents. NO help with torn up driveways-now 2-3 yrs waiting on promised repair and doctors say I am high risk fall and the driveway is unsafe.

Worst place to live ..they raise bills frequently....maintenance guy sucks.....crime is bad.........cats everywhere......would not recommend this place to anyone please dont move in it will screw up ur life .........
