Went in for a piercing, the shop is very clean, The customer service was really great! Answered all my questions and even gave me advice. They didn’t make me feel rushed or anything in that manner and I was able to take my time with the piercing location. Hope the shop gets the recognition it deserve thank you

Im very happy with my decision to go to Ink House to get my tattoo. I was fortunate enough to be seen as a walk in. I showed the shop owner a reference photo of my idea and he was able to change it to exactly what i wanted. The shop was very very clean and sanitized. Everyone in the shop was very professional. I will definitely be going back for more work. (I do recommend making an appointment though. Most of the artists are booked up)

I had an appointment to go in to get a coverup tattoo by HUSTLE and he did not disappoint!!! He did an amazing job I am extremely happy with his work!!! I will definitely be back to get more work by this talented artist!! Good looking out HUSTLE!!!!!!!

Came here to get my nose pierced 10 out of 10 a great place. Staff is very friendly. Vie is the one who gave me the piercing she is a sweetheart and one of the nicest people I will definitely come back!!

I got my labret pierced here, with Vie as the piercer. Everything was super clean and she made the experience quick, while being helpful. After the getting the piercing she gave me some tips on aftercare and everything was super quick!

I walked in was told it was gonna be a few minutes ended up wait for hours while no one was in the shop then all the artist went outside to smoke and talk amount themself leave me and a friend alone. Horrible experience never going back!!

They had a cool $20 2inch tattoo special for Friday the 13th. Fun environment, but it was small and super packed. I didnt end up getting a tattoo today because the waiting list was too long but they said they can reschedule me to get it for the same price. Hopefully that works out, not sure yet because I havent gotten a call. Everyone was really nice though

For upfront sake, we didnt get the piercing we went for because we were told to come after a certain time on the phone. We showed and then the guy said, the piercer didnt show up and kept changing his story and passing the buck about the phone convo we had..secondly both employees who seemed VERY young and not so professional appeared and behaved to be HIGH AF! Not the shape I want my tattoo or piercer in.

Im too lazy to use my business account for this review but I did actually go here. I got my 3rd earlobe piercing done here it was a quick cool experience they were very friendly. Definitely only coming here for my piercings since they are like right next to where I live LOL. SUPER CLEAN PLACE. They had training to pierce properly.

Went to a Friday the 13th special, but so many people showed up and we didnt even get seen for our piercings--most the people there didnt even get seen. They gave us an estimate of an hour and a half but they never called anyone in for piercings, only tattoos. The same five people were crossed off on the piercing list the entire time. Staff seemed overwhelmed and almost acted like they couldnt be bothered with answering questions. I wont be coming back to this place, especially not for a sale like this.

Me and my wife came here to get our first tattoos. MJ was really awesome and answered all of our questions to the point we felt comfortable enough to get the tattoos that day. We got tattoos in each other’s hand writing saying I love you on our ring fingers and they turned out perfect. MJ went above and beyond as I was struggling when getting mine. Don’t want any more tattoos right now but if we do we are coming back here!
