I always rent jumpers here. Rosie is very good at finding the perfect jumper for me each time, she is very professional. They have lots of different ones to choose from and never let me down. I do recommend this company for your next event if you want a clean jumper and on time for your event. Before I found them I would always struggle with companies that wouldnt show up or even answer my calls.

I called to reserve a jumper, tables and chairs. The phone went to voicemail and suggested texting for more info. I asked if the company serviced cherry valley and if so I would like to reserve. They responded about 10 minutes lasted asking the quantity of tables and chairs I would need. I responded 6 tables, 35 chairs and a kids table and chairs set. They responded with price then a screenshot of the weather and saying the only thing is it’s supposed to rain on Saturday and if so I can’t deliver the jumper. I then proceeded to tell them that I would like to reserve and was hoping for no rain and that no matter what I would still need the table and chairs. They never responded to me. Horrible customer service. I will never use your company.

Had a really good experience with my rental. I rented the Rainbow Obstacle course for my daughters 10th Birthday. Delivery was great I was messaged 30 minutes prior to their arrival. The most friendly family. This will be my go to when needing to rent in the future! Thank you so much for your service!

I reached out to this business to rent a water slide for my sons birthday in May. I sent a picture of the slide I wanted and they quoted me $245 not once but TWICE. A day later I was told the price is actually $345 after I already made the reservation, name and address, date, etc. AND it was confirmed. I have screenshots. When I was told the different price I asked if they could stick by their first price they gave me because that was their fault, not mine and they told me they wouldn’t. I wouldn’t recommend this business because they cannot take ownership of their mistakes.

So glad I found this company!!! Couldnt be happier the jumper was a blast for the kids, they showed up on time and everything was nice and clean. Thank you guys for being so professional. Definitely call you guys again for my next event!
