They deny you entrance if your 5mins late, even if already have a ticket. So if youre running on limited time dont even bother going. I was coming back from the hospital after my sisters surgery but I had to attend this play. I tried explaining to the staff my situation but they had no care to hear me out.

Clean and a great place to see a show.
