Lived here 10 years lot rent started at $230, now paying $360 per month. Not a bad place to live at a lower cost, could do without some of my neighbors, but they make it interesting in the summer when I get to watch Police light shows at 2am.

Worse place to live u got to make sure u looking at ur bill if not u could be cheated hardly response to calls or needs .. they dont even deserve one star but I have no option..I was served a eviction notice by sherrif even though my rent was up to date..they later apologize for the mistake actually am lying they never apologize they just said they will fix it ..on the other hand their maintenance guy is very nice and helpful he is the reason why I even gave one star..am happy am out ...

They will tow your car if you park outside to visit friend. Watch out.

The manager is pretty much never available, multiple people including myself have been told we didnt pay our deposits after we did indeed pay them, seriously what is she being paid for if she cant return calls and loses our money.

This place is not a good place to live. When u move they steal your deposit and make a fake reason y they keep it dont live here and the rent is 360 now and going to go up again this year.. they also have a very bad manager that runs it and as a company they dont have a number to contact seems really bad DONT MOVE HERE VERY VERY BAD PLACE

Nice area

I have lived in this park at two different locations for a total of almost 4 years. They keep the park clean and quiet. The only annoying thing is how they raise the lot rent each year, When I first moved there it was around $230, by the time I left it was over $300, plus they had installed water meters, to bill water usage. Even though there were lots of problems, with leaking/malfunctioning meters and over charged usage, with them for the first year or two, You had to pay first, get refunded later.In certain sections, like the streets by the drainage river, theres quite a few drug dealers (usually all white). The other streets though, there are few if any complaints.
