CSB is fantastic! Super fast service on an engine warranty issue that my local MC dealer couldnt handle. Staff is super friendly and helpful, and the service department cleaned my boat very well after working on it. Highly recommended and worth the 200 mile drive for me!

Hands down THE BEST experience ever~ The absolute nicest staff and owners Ive ever dealt with on any purchase! It was a quick, smooth and easy transaction with no hassle! I cant say enough about the entire organization...from the first phone call to the delivery of our boat was top notch! We bought a new Pontoon boat from Charlotte Ski Boats during the boat show. The sales And service people were awesome.Because of the pandemic the factory closed down in Michigan for awhile, where the boat was being built. The Sales team was great in keeping us informed and giving us information About our build and timeline.Once the boat was finished, the service department completed all the adjustments on time.They put the boat in the water and delivered with a personal instruction.So far, they have been great to work with!Christian and the team gets 5 stars!

Layne is an awesome employee who services our boat every year. This year there was a mis communication about taking out the sacks. Since I like to clean them every year I called Layne about taking them out for me and he said he would come right out and take care of it. Christian was the sales rep I dealt with. Very good with follow up and making process smooth. New tritoon had 2 very small dings from sitting on their lot and didn’t notice until I brought the boat home. Christian has a new gate ordered for me at no cost and didn’t flinch at making this happen to ensure a 5* customer experience. A+Updated review: Never received the replacement front gate for my BRAND NEW pontoon. Christian stopped following up with me once they had my $$. Been 10 weeks, was supposed to be here in 4-5 weeks. Basically what I’ve found out the hard way is they’re great up until the sale is completed, then they forget you exist and won’t keep their word on things you agree on prior to purchase.

Thanks as always to the Charlotte ski boats team. We had family in town and had a problem with the boat starting. Got in touch with the crew and they were able to get it diagnosed over the phone quickly. Thankfully someone was close to the shop as it was closed and were able to get me a replacement relay. The crew @ Charlotte Ski Boats is amazing! We neglected our routine maintenance, and therefore ended up with an engine problem. We called from the water late on a Friday; and, in less that 24 hours they were at our house (@ 5:00pm on a Saturday!!) and everything was fixed for a minimal cost. They are determined to keep people on the water enjoying life and enjoying Lake Norman. We love you guys!

What an experience. Who knew buying a boat could be such a good time? From the opening phone call with Riley, to the dynamic brotherly duo of “AC Slater” and “Christin bale” we knew we were in good hands. Wouldn’t have wanted to buy a boat anywhere else. When we’re out on the lake with the boys tossing gainers off the back of our new mastercraft NXT (#ferda) we will always remember where she came from. Thanks CSB for an excellent same-day service call last weekend! Laine was a hero in diagnosing and fixing a ballast issue that had been getting worse over the last several months. Great work!

We bought a MasterCraft X25 from CSB in 2012 and they have always taken great care of us in servicing the boat. We are 1.5 hours from them but they are always prompt in sending someone out to us. Laine Levandowski is the main technician who usually comes to do the service and he is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the boat. He keeps the boat running for us so we can enjoy it during the summer and winterizes it for us in the fall. Audrey is very quick to respond to emails and keeps me informed as to when Laine will be able to work on the boat. We met Lee and Amanda in 2012 when we bought the boat and havent seen them since then but they still remember us. Everyone who works at CSB is very friendly and helpful. CSB is truly like family when you buy a boat from them. We still love our MasterCraft boat and is one of the best purchases we have ever made for our family.

Charlotte ski boats have the friendliest staff that I’ve ever dealt with. I wish they were my hometown Mastercraft dealer because they would have a customer for life! I bought a boat from them and I am from out of state they picked me up at the airport and treated me like a celebrity great company!

Charlotte ski boots arrived at our graduation party early and prepared with coolers of water, cute sunglasses, and enthusiasm for an amazing day! The boat they brought was beautiful and they were able to accommodate a large number of kids and adults who wanted to try surfing. Many of these people had never attempted it and Benge and Morgan were extremely knowledgeable and patient. Everybody had a blast and I’m so grateful that Charlotte ski boats were able to do this with us!

CSB was truly like buying from family. First off, everyone there is extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. EVERYONE was very welcoming and inviting. No high pressure sales tactics like I experienced at other boat dealers. They prepped the boat we were interested in and took us out on the lake on Sunday (when they were closed) when it was 40 degrees and the wind was blowing 25mph. Once we decided on a boat they made the entire process as simple and easy as possible. They even got me a better rate than any other dealer in the area quoted. If you’re considering a new boat you owe it to yourself to stop in and check these guys out. You won’t be sorry!!

I’ve experienced countless boats, customers, and service providers throughout my life. What Lee and Amanda have built at Charlotte Ski Boats is the best I’ve ever seen. They have a true interest in making and seeing people happy. The product they sell carries inherent value, but Lee and Amanda have found a way to multiply that value and keep customers thrilled throughout the entire boat ownership experience. Jason was very professional when he delivered our boat. Took us though everything from putting the cover on the boat to operating the display. He showed us how to fill the bladders for different surfing people, etc.... Jason was very professional. He assisted with getting some minor problems resolved with CSB in a timely manner. All the staff at CSB have been great to work with. Ashley was very helpful in setting up the retailers to place our numbers and clean an area on the bow of the boat.

I am not normally one for writing reviews but I felt it necessary.  My family and I bought a Mastercraft from Charlotte Ski Boats in 2017 and could not be happier.  The boat is amazing and has allowed our family and friends to enjoy time together on the water.  But this would not be possible without the outstanding service department.  Time and time again they exceed the bar in every possible manor.  The boats are complicated and stuff can go wrong, this would be a nuisance if the service department worked any other way.  Anytime I have a problem I call Dennis from service on the phone and within minutes the problem is scheduled to be fixed.  Every time I walk into CSB Dennis is there with a smile on his face to great me and my Mom.  He is the most kind, friendly, and helpful employee we have ever had the pleasure of meeting.  For small stuff he sends people out to fix it almost immediately, and with bigger tasks has us on the schedule within the week.  I have never met somebody so caring about a customer and their family.  When we bought the boat everyone was friendly, but Dennis went out of his way to make my Mom and I, who were new to the area, feel home and overall welcomed which is a big part in why we purchased the boat.  Dennis and the service team at CSB help us, day or night.  I called Dennis the other day as I was interested in buying a new surfboard.  He allowed me to demo two for a week.  I went back and forth with him, going in and out of the shop trying to figure out what board was right for me and he made every decision I made easy and smooth.  They didn’t have a surf vest I wanted in stock and Dennis had it ordered for me the next day.  It is just incredible to see how they go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy and enjoying your life on the water.  Thank you CSB service team for always being there for my family and I.  Especially Dennis, who went from a stranger to feeling like family.

Thanks to all at Charlotte Ski Boats for the wonderful sales and service experience I had purchasing my first boat. Dallas and the rest of the team made my purchase stress free. If I had to rate on a scale of 1-10, I would give them a 10+. I was treated like family and will definitely go back for any future purchases. I have to be honest my husband and I felt overwhelmed when we arrived. There were so many options etc. I think key is listening. To what exactly we wanted the boat for and basically the boat that was best at wake surfing. The first sales guy showed us way too many options. I think focusing on a few rather then so many different ones would help.He introduced us to Tanner and we gravitated towards him. We like a more mellow laid back attitude with someone that knows their stuff. Tanner was super knowledgeable and we didnt walk away because of him. We are grateful he took us out to Demo the boat as thats is the key in our sale this week. Again thank you Tanner, you will do well in sales if you keep that personality.Thanks MasterCraft

We just had the most amazing experience at Charlotte ski boats. The staff went above and beyond to find us a trailer for a boat we were not even buying from them. Lane especially went above and beyond to ensure the trailer was set up correctly, the boat fit, and we were safe to drive back to South Carolina. He and Charlotte ski boats are a great example of what customer service should be. We look forward to purchasing our next boat from them in the future.

We purchased a boat from the CSB family yesterday and I can’t rave enough about the experience. We traveled to Charlotte from Columbia as a last minute decision to check out a good deal with four littles in tow, not necessarily a fun plan to be stuck in the car for the day! But the entire day turned out to be a joy and so worth the road trip. The entire team went out of their way to make us feel welcome and my kids felt like the entire day was about them. Juice boxes, hot cocoa, lots of hugs, and friendly service. We are already working with CSB to hopefully bring a wake boarding camp to our own backyard on Lake Murray, SC for all of our friends and family. Great, great experience! Worth the extra effort to go outside of Columbia. I can’t wait for our new purchase to be delivered straight to our dock! Such a smooth and easy transaction.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new boat at Charlotte Ski Boats. Amanda and the staff made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Not only did they teach us about the boat, but they taught us how to surf. They truly went above and beyond!

Service did a great job of handling some warranty work as well as providing us with a loaner while ours was being serviced. Not being able to use our boat is a bummer, so the loaner boat made it so that we didnt have to miss a weekend on the water. Greatly appreciated and something that sets CSB apart!----------------------------------------------------------Had these guys service & detail my boat. They did an awesome job with both and the boat looks good as new! Send my dads pontoon boat there as well for service and they did an awesome job with it too. We will both be using them for all of our future needs!
