I have to tell you that going to the theater after being away was a unique experience. First off, this is the best theater in Oklahoma, it might be the best in the region. Its so good that people from Hollywood came out to see why a theater in Moore Oklahoma was kicking the stuffing out of everyone wise across the nation. Mind you, things have changed a bit since Covid. Youre going to buy tickets at the candy counter now and youll be wearing a mask. All the theaters are not open yet and attendence is sparse. Plus youre going to be separated from other groups of people. I dont really mind that at all. The quality of the projections, the seats, the staff, and the overall experience is still top notch. I saw a movie in the IMAX theater which is one of the largest in the USA. I felt totally comfortable and was excited to see a movie in a theater with my friends again. When youre ready to go back to the theater, this is one of the best.

A beautiful theater with an art deco feel. I occasionally enjoy catching a movie, especially a Marvel or DC in order to fully experience movie magic via digital sounds and great visual effects.Warren Theater also has an on-site diner and a bar, which connects to an upper level theater space if one chooses to enjoy food & drinks service during a show.

It’s a pretty theater but I had some pretty rude customer service the last time I went. Although there were only my boyfriend and myself and one other customer in the lobby at the time, the employees (4 to be exact) stood around talking as opposed to helping and then left the newest employee (who needed help with most steps) to run the register alone. It was so empty because of the pandemic and we ordered larges expecting refills at the end of the night and they neglected to mention they aren’t offering refills right now. We would have ordered a smaller one if we knew we weren’t going to leave with a dress refill. When we went to ask before we left they were dismissive and unapologetic.

The Moore Warren is always a sure bet to catch a flick in. To take your movie experience over the top make sure you catch your flick in the IMAX Theater. There is a HUGE difference! The sound is outstanding. The overall movie screen is bigger. You simply have to experience it for yourself. Warren staff is very helpful. The place is very clean.

I have always loved and adored the Warren Theatre. BUT. I went to go see a movie tonight and Im just really disappointed—and not with the movie. The ladies at the ticket stand were very sweet and helpful, and the young man checking tickets was incredibly polite, but that was probably the best part outside of the movie. The rest of the staff I encountered was just careless. They all just stood around gossiping and screwing off. The kids running the concession stand were especially horrible. They took their sweet time helping the only other customer in the line, then when it was my turn to order, they all kept talking to each other and were talking over me. I only wanted a medium drink, but because they kept talking over me and screwing around, I had to reiterate my order THREE times. Its really like I wasnt even standing there at all. The customer service and the professionalism of this place has really plummeted. The ONLY reason Im leaving such a bad review is because I hope it will inspire the management or operators to make some changes or teach their employees how to uphold the image of the business. Like I said in the beginning: I have always loved visiting the Warren—but honestly after tonight, I dont really want to go back. Ill be happy to leave a better review when the theatre deserves it

Weve always loved the directors suite. Unfortunately the changes since the Regal takeover continue to make this theater less enjoyable. The bar and food service are below average. The servers during the show are very nice, but we waited 1.5 hours for food that we ordered before the movie started. We used to love the selection of food and mixed drinks. The menu has about a third of the options that were available under Warren. Its no longer a special dine while you watch experience. We suggest that you eat a nice meal before the show.As an aside, there is nothing wrong with serving drinks in plastic mason jars. But if those jars dont fit in the provided cup holders in the theater seats, then you might want to offer a different option. This theater has come back to the pack as just another average movie destination.

We go to the movies a ton! I do love the atmosphere here at the Warren. They changed the menu at the diner recently and that made me so sad! The menu used to be so good! We loved grabbing food before and bringing it in the movie and it always felt fair priced for what you got. Now, it so below average. Bland. The bottom line is, we want our old menu back! Otherwise, the theater is normally clean. The bathrooms sometimes struggle. With all this said, I love the rewards option now and we love coming to the movies. We just wont be spending money on food when we go upstairs or even in the diner before.

Fully functional theaters. Great theater options. The problem is with ticket purchasing system and concessions operations. Staff seem to be willing to work hard and are friendly, but seem to have a poor system of operations. If you are willing to pay the Convenience Fee, order your ticket with the Regal app, allow 20 - 30 minutes to get concessions, then enjoy the awesome screens and audio!!

In the past, it was better. I was at the theater last Friday night. The place was dead. There were no cars in the parking lot. The lights were out. I waited for 6 hours. Warren Theater in Moore, Oklahoma is just a little south of Oklahoma City. The complex shows many current box office hits and features large cinemas with comfortable seating. This theater complex is owned by Regal and is large on the outside, with a significant amount of parking so you should have no trouble finding a place for the car. Walking inside the main entrance, the theater is impressive, with colorful art that gets your attention. The food and drinks are overpriced, as expected, but they do have a good number of registers open so it doesn’t take long to get what you need and make your way to your specific theater. They have a game arcade, too, which is good for pre- movie or post- movie fun.The seats in this theater are comfortable- not the absolute best I’ve experienced, but certainly good, with trays for your food and drink. I found the sound quality good as well and the large screen really brought the film to life. I like that there are not too many seats in each cinema- makes it less congested and easier to exit the complex once the film is over. We saw our film in 4-D, which added to the experience with wind and even small splashes of water. They even have a button you can push, by your seat, to stop the water if you would rather not experience it.Overall, I found this theater a good one for a family night at the movies. The ticket prices and food prices are a little steep, but still a good experience overall.

Ever since Regal took over ownership we have seen decrease in care of customer service. Went on Valentines Day and again today . Both times the bathrooms were dirty with used paper towels laying throughout and looks to not have been vacuumed in over a week. The entrance to the movies is also not vacuumed. The theater itself seemed okay, but lights are dim. Today we got served old popcorn that was burnt, but they were quick to exchange for fresh popcorn. Arcade was dirty and some machines werent working. Not what kids want to see. Prior to Regal buying it the place really gave people the feeling of the movie theater being an exciting experience. Now it is starting to feel like a slow downhill fall to being another rundown theater. A little disappointing when you pay so much and know what it used to be.

I went back to the Warren for the first time since they had been bought out by Regal to see a movie while I was visiting family for the holidays. This occasion was also my first time in one of the 21+ upstairs screening areas, I got to watch Star Wars in the Directors Suite!First off, I bought tickets for the new Star Wars movie through the regal app which was VERY confusing. I intended on getting seats in the balcony showing room but ended up getting seats for the Directors Suite because everything upstairs was just labelled as 21+ with (as far as I could find) no way to differentiate between the different rooms. Not a huge deal though, I was still going to watch the movie with my people nonetheless.I didnt have any of the food offered, but there was a decent sized menu to choose from. I did have a very good mojito though, so that much didnt disappoint at all.The screening room was small but cozy. The reclining seats were comfortable, though a bit run down. And I think they were supposed to be heated(?) but I couldnt seem to get mine to work, so that was a little upsetting.Overall though a very nice experience.

Didn’t read the reviews first so bummer!! The “staff” at the concession stand must be on some kind of work release, judge ordered community service sentence or something because they care way more about chatting then serving the CUSTOMER. Granddaughter was ready to have a great birthday with friends at this “really cool theater”. Having heard wonderful things, had no idea it’d been bought out so thought it’d be a unique experience. It’s just a movie theater with, as another review said, less than tasteful McDonald’s food. Go to Penn Square. Their seats don’t heat up but they’re wonderful & the staff has always been fast yet courteous. My gosh Tinseltown would’ve been fine given the disappointment. Won’t go back.

This used to be the best theater in Oklahoma, but since it was sold to regal it has steadily declined. Went to the upstairs lounge (used to be called Oscars) to eat before our movie. It took about 7 minutes to get service. Someone finally came over after i went and asked the bartender if there was any wait staff. The old Warren menu is gone. It has been replaced by the standard regal menu. The regal menu is terrible. And i mean terrible. It is way over priced and the portions are much smaller than the old warren menu. They replace the bacon cheese fries with nacho style cheese. That is just nasty. All your fries get soggy. The old cheese fries were da bomb. No longer do they serve u beer is that awesome 32 oz size mug. Instead i got a plastic cup. Its like being at a concert with overpriced beer in cheap plastic cups. The warren used to be a nice luxury theater. Not anymore. After our sorry excuse for a meal we went to our movie. It was 5 minutes before showtime and they were still cleaning the theater. My wife had to call for a manager so they could get more people in to clean it. With 14 people cleaning they got it at least good enough for us to take our seats. However the theater was still dirty. Popcorn and trash was everywhere. I may try the new amc in norman to see if it is better than the warren bc this place isnt even close to what it used to be.On a positive note... Yoda was in the holiday spirit.

Overpriced and Overrated. After spending over $100 for a movie experience I just expected more. It’s understandable the ticket prices are higher than other theaters due to the “special amenities” like balcony seating and dinner with a movie. Not a fan of the reclining/heated seats (some don’t even work). They could certainly be more accommodating with the refreshments and popcorn prices. The self serve butter is a nice option but they should also have an option behind the counter for layered butter requests. And the free popcorn refill is nice, but if they are going to cite health code violations for not allowing more popcorn to be added once it leaves the counter then they should really give a new popcorn container instead of reusing the customers old container that’s been dropped on the floor or had multiple hands in it. Oh and the cleaning crew complaining about not having a broom and having to walk to the other end of the theater was a nice bonus. Not overly thrilled with my $100+ experience, there was no bang for my buck here.

Ever since Regal bought this place out, things have gone downhill. Ive tried to make excuses for a long time but the new food menu theyve implemented has opened my eyes.As someone who cooks for a living and is quite passionate about it, I can be extremely critical and I have nothing good to say about this new menu. The combination of flavor fusions and move title pun names for their food makes it feel like a generic franchise menu for California. It is so completely out of touch with Oklahoma sensibilities that it is incredible it was ever decided to change it.I came in tonight and ordered the classic cheese fries without even looking at the menu and the waitress stopped to inform me that they were different. I ordered them anyways but I already had a sinking feeling. It says its a beer cheese sauce but it is obviously some pre-made bagged concoction that just tastes weird. It smelled off and had an almost sweet taste to it that was just right in the uncanny valley of my taste buds. I couldnt even eat half of it before sending it back. Lets not also forget that it was half the size of the old cheese fries.I have sang the praises of this place for years now but its just a plain regular theatre now and I honestly cant think of any worse thing to say about a place that was once so great.

Love this theater! Been many times and am always impressed. The theater itself is always very clean. Audio and picture is also amazing, better than most theaters. I havent been to the IMAX (or the 4D theater, but thats next on my list) but I assume its better.I strongly recommend this theater and its worth the trip!

When this theater was Warren, it was a five star theater, hands down! Really good food, great popcorn and the experience was wonderful. The old Hollywood motif made it an overall pleasant experience. We especially loved enjoying movies upstairs in the balcony or Directors Suite. The food downstairs at the diner was anyway, but especially upstairs. Id get the chicken fried steak and mashed potato dinner and my husband, the lobster (fresh flown in daily) penne pasta.Since Regal took it over though - its two stars. First, they ruined the food. All the special dinner items served upstairs are off the menu now and you cant even get the food from the diner downstairs if you eat upstairs now. Its a tiny, very limited menu. I asked, couldnt I at least order the menu items at the diner downstairs and they said they couldnt do that anymore. What??? So I went expecting dinner and ended up eating soggy pretzel sticks and cheese. The popcorn isnt anything special anymore either. We asked for extra butter and the worker told us Regal wouldnt allow that because it soaked through their buckets. The motif remains unchanged, but that only goes so far lets face it. We rarely even go anymore.

I went to see the second IT movie with my horror-film loving daughter and I drove 50 minutes (she drove 20) just to go to what was once my favorite theater, the Warren. We wanted the directors suite so we could eat dinner and have a beer. I used to love the fresh hot popcorn loaded with all the free toppings! Well, not anymore! Not only was the theater filthy, the service sucked (couldnt figure out military discount or tax-exempt), but the popcorn was stale and theyve started charging $1.50 for one flavor of popcorn topping. The red beer set me back $8 and my daughters buffalo wings were cold. The service in the directors suite was untrained as well. She kept walking right in front of everyone DURING THE FREAKIN FILM! I literally had to ask her to move. Bottom line is everything that made the Warren a really special movie experience has been taken away.Go someplace else.

Awesome movie experience. The seats are awesome, sound is awesome. They now offer a monthly pass to see all movies for $21.00 a month. Very tempted to purchase several as xmas gifts.

Clean area, great theater sound and video. Some of the workers were friendly and helpful while others were more reserved. The prices for snacks were a bit high but thats how theaters make money nowadays.

We went to see Maleficent. The movie was fantastic and the IMax theatre was great. Everything was clean and the staff couldnt have been better. Service was excellent. I do have to say that I think their concessions are way over priced but I know that this is what they have to charge. I feel for families that try to go to the movies. It was just 2 of us and our bill was $34 which included tickets one large drink and a medium popcorn.

Great place to go watch a movie. Would have given 5 stars if it wasnt so pricey.

My husband and I went early to eat at the restaurant. I had boneless nuggets and my husband had a personal Pan pizza. The food was good and we were able to eat our lunch while watching the movie, it was all a great experience.

It was great...trying to read the available seating chart was every difficult due to the images being so tiny...other than that it was good!
