Great location. Easy to lots of things. Easy to get to the Woodlands. Walden dining was great. April sound clubhouse was great too. Even had live music on Friday.
The entrance is guarded, and gated. The room was extremely outdated. They had TVs in each room. The back patio was the nicest feature. It was designed with privacy in mind. The building is of good quality construction.
A little dated on the inside. But what a great community. Lots of waterfront.
It was all good I guess but the pools kept closing due to “Lightning” even though there wasn’t dark clouds or rain. The sky’s were blue with white fluffed clouds. They said come back tomorrow and than they now say the pool is closed due to “A kid having an accident (pooping) in pool. Although the people that were there said no one did. I mean, we had a great time like playing tennis having family over and going to the lake, but we came mostly for the pool since we don’t have a pool at our house, and we couldn’t even go to the pool when we had our family over. We came last spring and they said the exact same thing. The life guards are grumpy and not much help, but as I said we still had a great time but still a little disappointed. If y’all want to come here to swim, maybe take a second thought about it. But we’re not coming back! Still had a blast though! :/
Pleasant getaway for a covid-19 compliant experience.
Amazing place, I had a wonderful time with my family. Enjoy the sun and fun .
Very old furniture and appliances back to the 80s was ok but wouldnt go back
The condo is dated, about 40 years gone. TVs are too small. No TV in bedroom with king size bed. Internet is too slow, too limited. Cleaning of unit was less than desirable, Dirty underwear left laying behind dresser, similar problem in one bathroom.Staff manager was friendly and helpful. Golf course was average. We had a great view in #23. Yes, there were deficiencies but we still had a good time.Oh, never buy a time share. They are a bad bargain.
Staff was friendly, the pool was out and has been out for over a year according to staff with no real timeline for opening. The other main negative was the internet speed it was absolutely terrible, it was around 1 to 1.5 mbps. The golf course was nice, as well as tennis. The lake was beautiful however, the condo was dated (80s maybe) and could use a few updates as well as the boardwalk. The boardwalk was functional but you can tell it had been there a long time many of the boards were loose. Overall I would recommend it was a nice area and quite.
Very poor, reminds me of an apartment I had in the 1980’s. No secure WiFi, no pool, no other activities available. Not sure how they can say it is “good for kids”. No business office for printing. Mis-matched dishes in the kitchen. Office not open past 8:00 and closed on Sunday, feel bad for late check in people. Air conditioning work well but is very LOUD. Washer and dryer are right in kitchen by family room so cannot watch TV while washing clothes. It is clean but a blast from the past. Don’t trade in another resort week for this one, not worth it.
They seem to have everything I go there for! Maintenance crew is to be commended for keeping everything in a clean and well taken care of appearance!
Our favorite condominiums on Lake Conroe. We own a timeshare at this location. There are swimming and club facilities. The management is friendly and attentive. Limited availability because condos are individually owned. Best to book through VRI or Owners Resorts. Only 45 minutes to Houson, The Woodlands and other area attractions..
Dated but nice place. Needs a good cleaning
Everything you need for long or short stay. Very clean! We were all pleasantly surprised.
