This is a very old but still beautiful theater located in the heart of downtown Montgomery Alabama

Very hot and stuffy, needs more air filtration or circulation for a full house. Needs a better bathroom situation figured out. Seats were great so sound and lights were good where I was.

Beautiful example of Southern Architecture with modern updates for comfort & technology. Attended Fall 2018 ASN School of Nursing Pinning Ceremony for my daughter and her classmates. Very lovely presentation for all of these new nurses. Congratulations and May God Bless you all.

Nice early 20th century theater. Good seating with good stage views. Couple drawbacks. Small restrooms and no noted handicapped access.

Attended the fantastic Martin Luther King celebration 2018. A most memorable event.

Awesome. Students need to be told to keep talking low during performance.

My daughters dance recital was held here. I love the architecture of the venue.

Loved the play, people were nice and organized, clean bathrooms were a plus.

This place is a treasure! Originally opened in the 1930s and restored to its original splendor, this is a great venue for music and theater. Love it!

Davis Theatre is being used for college graduations and it is too small and the guest cannot see or get inside to participate. It can use some digital/electronic updates.

This is truly an amazing place, love the atmosphere. Hate they dont have a concession stand for food and drinks or enough bathrooms when the place is crowded otherwise, I really enjoyed the play, His side, Her side & The truth on Saturday, July 21, 2018.

A beautiful theater. Montgomery is blessed to have such a good quality symphony.

A wonderful historian building. Seeing the building was worth the time there but we saw A KEEP present campers awards and the kids did Korean performing arts.

Enjoy going to the AL Pentecostal Ladies Retreat for the last couple of years. Besides the slant in the seating that can sometimes make it hard to worship in heels but still so worth it. The sound was great and was able to hear throughout the building.

Nice theatre.

This place is soooo nice!! It stays clean and the staff are always willing to help in anyway they can. The location is convenient due to it being close to the interstate and several eating places.

Enjoy it every time. Our classes were amazed looking at other young children putting on a play.

Thoroughly enjoyed Nutcracker production by a talented committed cast and crew of this community theater group but was disheartened to see tremendous decrease in attendance from years past. However the cold icy weather may well have been a contributing factor as well.

Overall I still enjoy the atmosphere. The sound quality in the back of theater is not good.

Wonderful performance! Best Mistletoe Ive seen. The costumes were gorgeous and the performers were all on pointe.

For line of sight, any seat seems to be good. However, from my seat in the rear elevated section, the speaker was sometimes muffled.

This historic theatre is just the right size and in a great location. It has not been restored to its former glory but it still has a historical nod here and there. Ive been to several events here and they have never offered any concessions...not even water. Even more sad is the businesses along the street dont open pre, during, or post events either. No food truck...nothing. Missed opportunities. Otherwise, it satisfies its purpose.

Outcome of show rigged. Comments from comedian were insulting. Will never go again and never recommend anyone else going. Instead of being a dream maker type of show, it was a dream destroyer show. Spent $120.00 to get in too. Save your money!

Our church has held many events here. Ladies Confrences, Mens Confrences, Youth Confrences, it does not matter what you do here, you will have a great experence. The staff is so helpful and kind! Our last event one of the staffers (Nana) helped me build our stage props. While we were waiting for the band to get there and set up, she even gave me a tour of the facility. If your looking to hold an event, this is the place to do it.
