One of the better country clubs in Alabama! Great golf course and swimming pool! The food here is always amazing! Good memories here as a kid with my grandparents having a membership so summertime was spent here which I feel I was very blessed to b able to come there! The staff ALWAYS was great and helpful n looking back I dont know how they put up with kids like myself all day everyday? Ordering food n putting on a tab was super cool! 4th of July they do an excellent job of making that special and entertaining for all families! Its just a great place to be a member of or even a guest! Feel fortunate now that Im older for being able to come there! Best CC N THE SOUTH! OH AND IF YOU LIKE GOLF YOU WILL LOVE THEIR DESIGN OF 18!

Great venue to start the 2019 ball season excelent service and format

Top society club favored by the conservative Old Montgomery elite. Large building with varied sizes of rooms, good service. Weddings, club meetings and cocktail events frequently held. Pool with lifeguard and the famous golf course are outdoor attractions. Food can be fine but sometimes delivered cold, to the rooms that are more remote from the kitchen. Buffet is popular.

Relaxing and perfect place to gather and visit. Crab cakes were cooked to perfection

Classic establishment, great for families

Once a month I go there as the Sons of the American Revolution chapter (Gen. Richard Montgomery) I belong to meets there. Best food in Montgomery.

This country club is like taking a trip back to the early 1900s, in the WORST way possible. The mostly minority staff are treated terribly by the members of the club and the managers are completely useless. I was appalled at the way the members treated the staff, referring to them as the help, servants, using the n word, throwing food at the waiter/waitresses, yelling profanities and cat-calls, and all together talking down to the staff. The current members are not welcoming of non-white new members and have no respect for people of color, the staff, or equal paying member as themselves. This whites only country club needs a serious evaluation on policy and etiquette. If you are thinking of becoming a member, I would strongly suggest taking your 60k a year to a place where people have a least a little dignity.
