Brought my grandson here to burn a little bit of energy. He had a wonderful time here and releasing a little bit of his energy and kind of got a little selfish with a few of the play items. Had to teach him how to share some of the items that he was trying to play with all alone. He caught on very well I will definitely bring him here again and I definitely recommend that you bring your children here to have a little bit of fun. The prices are reasonable and not over-extended so this is a heck of a place to have some fun with your children. Children need love too.

It was nice my daughter and her friend enjoyed themselves. Had to wait outside a little while due to social distance adherence rules, but that was okay, the wait wasnt llong, and we were compensated for our wait time. The food was good and priced reasonably. Overall, it was a nice enjoyable Saturday afternoon of fun with the kids.

Had a great experience. My daughters and I enjoyed every moment of it. The staff were helpful and friendly. I will definitely go again.

So much fun! My boys love it!

This place could have been more fun if it wasnt so dirty. Everything had a sticky grime on it. It was really hot in the gym. They didnt have any adult socks, yes Im that adult kid that wants to play too. No soap or paper towels in the bathroom and it smelled bad. They have a small climbing wall but only 2 harnesses. No climbing shoes so the holds hurt your feet. Some of the holds werent fully attached. Some of the areas had too many foam blocks so the obstacles didnt really work. Some of the items like the bosu balls on pedestals to jump on where blown out. I wasnt impressed with the overall gym. The young lady that took our money and got our bracelets was nice, the only real positive that I can mention for the gym.

Great experience. Maybe could use another worker or two because some kids were struggling and the workers were have to split their time in different areas, like the swing or the rock wall. My phone died not long after I bought another deal from them on Groupon and they can look it up from the front computer. That was nice.

Great place to take the kids. Lots of games. Warped wall. Rock climbing. Dodge ball. Clean. They love it there!

Bright, clean facility. They have made a lot of changes since first opening--adding a ninja warrior course in the back and 3 different height warp walls (which my son LOVES!). There are benches and massage chairs for parents to sit up around the jumping areas and tables and chairs and lots of space down by the party rooms. They seem to do a great job accommodating a lot of people and kids without it feeling crowded. There are concessions as well!

Family all time fun! Getaway relieve that stress. Become the child within yourselves, have some fun, and jump,flip,just go!..however, dont take my word for it check it out for yourselves.

The staff are absolutely amazing, and very friendly. The top priority is safety, and the concessions are priced well. The place is a legitimately fun place to go!

Kid friendly atmosphere. It was user friendly and quite busy. The staff were alert and attentive to the children as they jumped. My recommendation would be better food quality for the prices and WiFi for parents who are not jumping.

You can experience your kids falling to the ground.4 weeks ago, My daughter fell down to the ground while she was climbing the artificial climbing structure.You know, there are no safety stuffs on the floor like mattresses.After the big injury, any staff didnt try to save my poor daughter. At the same time, they were saying that “we are not responsible” andthey did not take any action.Luckily, an off-duty Montgomery firefighter rescued my daughter and helped my family. Finally, my daughter was taken to the Emergency of Baptist Medical Centerand and she couldt go to school for a week, as well as she is suffering post-traumatic stress disorder.I sent e-mail to Rockin Jump Headquarter a couple of weeks ago. However, no response so far.This is based on the fact and witness.

First time I went was with my church for a children’s church trip and my boys had such a great time, it convinced me to book their birthday party there.The party was on 10/07/2017.The price of the party; which included 20 kids with socks, party room, host, 4 pizzas and 4 drinks and 1 hour and 45 minutes of party time; was just over $400. It is on the pricey side if you’re have a big party, but I promise everyone will have have a blast.I didn’t give 5 stars because of the price. A lot of places give a discount on the price per person as the total amount of people rises; but paid full price.Overall we will be back!

Brought grandkids here on a Sunday just as they opened. Kids had fun but the place is filthy. Dust and dirt under the seating areas, carpets in front of gymnastic areas was full of lint and dirt. Overall it just needs a good cleaning and management that cares and enforces a cleaning policy. Yes hundreds of kids come through here but thats no excuse for the stuff we saw.

Cheers to an environment where a kid can truly be a kid (and parents can sneak in a victory rock climbing moment). The one area this location could use improvement in is staffing. The demand is definitely in Montgomery for a fun place and you can always see it when you walk through their doors. But there wasnt enough staff there to supervise each area. The areas unsupervised were closed.Fortunately, the staff that was present was very customer friendly and helpful.

Helpful Hint;think the owner should try jumping on some of the equipment to see what it does/how it makes the human body feel.

FANTASTIC STAFF, FANTASTIC PLACE- would highly recommend!! The new attractions are a great addition to everything they have there and the membership deal is awesome! $15 a month and my kids jump for 2 HOURS every day?!? Great place!!

We love Rockin jump. Fun for kids of all ages! We hosted a birthday party here and everything went smoothly and fun was had by all. We also enjoy going for open jump.

Everyone was so Nice!!!! The Staff is Very Helpful!!! And everything is so Clean!! My 8 yrs old says mommy give them 10 Stars my 6 year old says no Mommy 500 stars It was very nice though, and We will be back.

We went for Neon night, and it was the worst experience ever.... we usually come 2-3 times per month, unfortunately after tonight we dont plan to return again.... there were entirely too many people and fights were happening every 5 mins seemed like and there was no control over the crowd, 1 officer for what seemed to be over 150-200 people. There were a lot of older children there and they had very foul mouths and attitudes. Do not take your children here during Neon night!!!!!!!

The best indoor family fun money can buy,awesome staff. Very clean establishment, its a must visit place if you have little ones, also can entertain teenagers, adults even grandparents yes its great exercise and youll feel like a kid again. So check it out today

My kids absolutely love this place. The prices are very reasonable. The staff members are very helpful and friendly. They have a rock climbing wall and that makes this specific location unique. This is definitely a place I would recommend taking the kids for a fun filled day.

I went here for my little cousin’s birthday party while visiting family and it took us so long to get served. When we finally did, they brought us soda with what looked like mold flakes in it? Probably off the nozel. I’ve worked customer service in retail and fast food, so I know, but you’re going to have a place like this, you should at least keep it clean. If you’re not gonna do it for yourself, at least do it for the kids who are just trying to have a good time? The girl who hosted our party got rude with me when I asked if she cared to get us fresh sodas, but it was still dirty when she brought it back? If you see a problem in your business, fix it. It’s not that hard most of the time. I asked her if I could speak to the manager and she told me one wasn’t available, but she could handle any complaints I had because she was being trained as a manager? but a manager wasn’t there training her?? I was so confused. Later on, one of the kids scraped his knee while jumping and we asked if maybe she had any bandages behind the counter and she told my aunt no and if the child was bleeding he needed to be removed from the jumping area (which he already was) because blood stains were hard to remove and she didn’t have anything on hand to clean that type of mess? for a scrape?! I’m not going to lash out the girl’s name, but she was on her phone at one point behind the counter talking to someone saying some other workers had been fired recently. Shame. Seems like they need all the help they can get, especially with someone like that working. No more parties for us here.

Amazing place! The staff are friendly and the attractions are fun! I go here all the time with friends and family and always had a good time! The nacho fries are a must try! Also the pizza is spectacular!

Wonderful place! I had so much fun at a birthday party here earlier in December. I had no idea about this place and it so rocked out. I did my first wall climbing here and made it to the top first time out. The staff was very good about demonstrating and explaining the different games here. The whole thing was really great.

I took my youngest daughter and her friends, which are all under 10 years of age and they absolutely loved it! Theres plenty of jumping room. Theres a lot to keep kids active. They have a swing and other obstacles reminiscent of American Ninja Warrior, which is awesome. I got passes from Groupon that came in handy and you have to purchase their socks which cost $3.00. Nice staff too.

Kids love this place, and the monthly pass is well worth it if you live nearby.

Just leaving a 6-year-old birthday party here that was UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Kids played the entire time, never got bored, and JEFFREY was the BEST HOST EVER!!! He handled 20+ 6-year-olds WITH EASE!!!! I kept thinking I cd help with plates, napkins, pizza, 3 different drinks, but he handled it all with stride!!!!! Every time I turned around there he was!!!! Great party! So easy for mom and dad. Kudos to Rockin Jump!!!!

A stellar facility with tons of options for jumping. Kids and adults alike can do a ninja course, dunk a basketball, or play dodgeball on trampolines. Paid for an hour with a Groupon for $7/per person. The membership passes are a good deal if you need a place to wear out kids on a regular basis.

Pizza was very doughy... But the girl helping out party was friendly. No soap or paper towels in restrooms... But the kids had fun. We especially liked the rock climbing assistant! He was very friendly, encouraging to kiddos and made it seem like he really enjoys his job.

Music was so loud I needed earplugs. 77db .Bathroom smelled. Work in progress needed better guarding. Not impressed. Only children working here. Will not bribg kids back. Will go to opelika instead.

Excellent for all ages

Former rockin jump employee here. A lot of the equipment in the kitchen area does not work. Things like the freezer, oven, and sometimes even the cooler do not work. This causes a lot of the food to become moldy due to not being stored in proper tempts. We report these issues to management and are told to continue selling these moldy items.When hired we are not properly trained on how to prep or cook the food in the kitchen. There is a sign above the oven that tells us how many times to put a food item through but that is it. We are not made to wash our hands before preparing food. Even after touching cleaning supplies, garbage cans, or interacting with guest. Keep these listed things in mind when ordering food at this establishment.

My 4 kids had a great time. There was loads of things to do for all age groups. I even saw adults having fun as well. The place was really clean where the kids were having fun. I suggest you bring in your own socks bc they are kind of expensive to buy there. Overall I enjoyed the place.

Love this place. My 7yr old is autistic and the staff person played with him and was very kind to us. This place is so great.

This place is great. My only complaint is that the staff needs to be better trained on how to deal with children with autism or children with other special needs. I was there today with my nephew who is 9 and non-verbal. He bumped a young lady who works there a few times. I was on the opposite side of the foam block pit so I didnt see him bump her. I cant say he didnt do it. The young lady grabbed his arm and I clearly hear her say you see me standing here a couple of times. From my position across the foam pit, I said multiple times, he has autism and hes non-verbal. She said that he keeps bumping her. I repeat to her, he has autism and is non-verbal Im sorry he bumped you Im sure he didnt mean to. And he didnt. He wasnt even aware of her until she grabbed his upper arm. She turned her back to me, I took my nephew and moved back to the area where the rest of my party was. I recount the incident to my friend whose sons birthday party we were attending, I pointed the young lady out. We had intended to let the incident go and watch her around him until a few minutes later, she approaches us, Im assuming to tell her side. At that point, we went to management because she came at us with a negative attitude. She handled the situation very poorly and should definitely have further training on how to handle this should it happen again. Another parent might not be as forgiving as we were given she put her hand on my nephew. I spent the remainder of our time hovering over my nephew to make sure nothing like that happened again.

This place will definitely keep the whole family moving. We really love to act like we are on the american ninja warrior show with the obstacles. Too fun!!!!

Rockin’ Jump is so much fun! They have so many new attractions now, like a ninja warrior course and a whole new foam pit. My sister and I jumped for two hours and we had fun the whole time. Definitely worth the visit!

Best trampoline park in Alabama!! I love all the new attractions, especially the ninja course!! It’s challenging, but the staff is so willing to help you through it!! The park is so clean, and the staff is so helpful!! I’d definitely check them out!!!

My husband and I took out nine year old son for a night of fun and werent disappointed. We got some exercise while having a great time and the cost for all the of us to play for 90 minutes was under $50. The only reason I fight five a five star rating is because although the refreshments were fine, the selection was limited and not much on the menu for a healthy eater.

Too loud! Rockin Jump is fun and they fairly recently changed things up and put in more items my child actually prefers, but I just wish they wouldnt play the music so loud. My phone registered it at 73 decibels. We asked the music be turned down some but they never did. Its a given if we stay there for two hours Im leaving with a bad headache.

This pass weekend I brought my organization from my college to come and jump at Rockin Jump. WE HAD A BLAST!! From the moment I booked the event with Kelsey to the warm and energetic smiles from all the employees! This park is great for all ages and enjoyable as well as enough space for everyone to fit and not feel to crowded !!! Thank you!!

Rocking jump was okay simple fun but now rocking jumps has the best attractions. Ive been on the trampeze and it was amazing. I especially love the ninja course. Everyone should come try this!!!!!!

Rockin Jump is always the place my son wants to go to have fun! In his words Its better than Chuck-E-Cheese. The facility is always clean when we are there. The bright lighting with the bright green paint everwhere really makes you feel like this is going to be a fun experience as soon as you walk through the door.The staff is ok, but not always high energy. I think they just honestly get overwhelmed with all the children that come in. I dont see them smile much BUT they are always polite. I love the massage chairs and other places to set for parents to relax and watch the children play. The food prices could be better. So, I cant tell you all much about how the food or drinks taste. Nevertheless I love spending the day with my son at Rockin Jump.

This was our first experience at Rockin Jump. The kids and I enjoyed the facility and the trampoline experience, but the customer service was quite inattentive and uninformative. When we walked in, the attendant just stared at us without greeting us or explaining the process. She also spoke in a condescending tone because we didnt know that we needed special socks to jump.

My kids enjoy this place.
