Wonderful place owners are very nice and if problems arise its taken care of right away. Very clean.

Really clean and calm community.

I have been living in this park for about 3 years now and I have to admit it really changed the way I saw mobile home parks. The the majority of the people living here are elders and thats why this place is quiet and the people are friendly. I can literally leave my car open all night because I know this place is super safe. the park has two laundry rooms with two sets of new machines each. Visitors parking for about 9 cars (there is always space) and two medium size trash containers. The ruler here are a little strict but that only make the park much much better.plus, management is super helpful to say the least. Finally, rent is about $590! and that is a bargain for the quality of this place.
