Food all you can eat, for me the best deal for game for kids get $30 options nice place.

I was so excite to celebrate my sons birthday here but it was a disaster since the beginning. I had been trying to book for two weeks online and we couldnt, so then we saw they had a walk in option and we decided to go with that since it was just our family joining us. When we got there they tell me their system are down and they dont have that package available and we will have to pay everything individually .I understand things happen but how can they be down for 2 weeks!! And not make accommodations at this point!So we decided to move forward and just go in. I had flag someone like 4 times to clean the table and when we went over to get food their was not a lot to choose from. Like literally i tool pictures.They had a groupon that i asked about to get a better deal but the person who assisted me made it sound like i was better off paying individually. Didnt make much sense but i didnt want to hold up the line.Later we found out that the only thing in the group on we wouldnt of gotten was the 2 hours of play. Which they gave credit for for another day! 4 people = 85 just food and drinks4 people = 75 food, drinks, unlimited rides, 2 hours of games,The deal did make a difference!! And it does matter and add up when you are a party of 12 so annoying when people explain correctly and do their job!This was a very frustrating experience. I also think they are under staffed in some areas like the kitchen! The 2 people that where their just couldnt keep up with the food.I did find a worker that assisted us with a broken game. Manny R he was very nice and after giving him an ear full of my day he offered to give us free rides but we where already leaving and the kids where tired so we had to decline.Maybe next time

This place is so awesome its huge.made me feel like a kid again. My children had lots of fun theirs and all you can eat buffet. I will definitely return to this location 5 stars .bumper cars .miniture golf and many more games. Its like a carnival.Theirs. free parking.its fitted for all wheel chair accessibility. Drinks for adults.this place is rocking,the kids love it so much, that all you hear is parents telling their children this is the last ride and then were going home.kids cry cause they dont want to leave. I had to run after my kids,they love the place. Its safe for children workers are located at exits,but regardless always watch your children. They will be so excited they wont no where to begin.see for yourself the smiles and fun..

Its a great place to spend some good family time. Purchase your tickets on Groupon to save. The buffet is subpar, mostly paste, pizza and some fried chicken. There are also a salad and dessert bar. Since we purchased a package deals, a 2 hours of unlimited gaming cards are included with few exceptions. Parking is free and plenty. Staffs are friendly.

Honestly, this was my favorite place because the food was great the place was nice and clean compared to the one in Buena park, but went today and so disappointed! The womens bathrooms where disgusting. The food was tolerable, the amount of choices was very low, I might have to find another Johns to go to. The games, a lot of them would not work, a lot of them where missing pieces or broken buttons. It used to be a 9 for my family but today went all the way down to a 2..

My son and I love it here. They have some great food and a reasonable price. Great games to play after. Oh forgot to mention they have tons of tvs for everyone. We will definitely return.

Dirty..empty salad.. empty pizza..empty desserts..everything was empty and the place was dirty. Almost to the point where I didnt want to eat the food. My son was having his end of the year party for baseball. We rented a room. I meet up with the team after work, just came to pick up my son. The manager wouldnt let me in without paying an entry fee. He also told me it included the buffet.. soooo youre going to charge me for a service you didnt provide? I brought it to his attention that everything was empty and he shrugged me off.

Love this place, my daughter loves coming here. There arcade is lots of fun, and the options of different pizzas are pretty good. The pastas need some flavor though. But overall pretty good for family fun

The food is great as always. Service was great as well. They just need to raise the prices until they find a price point to weed out the riff raff. Like Disneyland. The place is not child care so parents can play on their phones and not play with their kids. But Johns is always great a half a step up from Chuck-E-Cheese

We arrived early on a Saturday morning and the food I really cant comment. Its too hard to say, you cant expect much. Most of the games didnt work, they wouldnt refund the money. Pretty dirty and they would not clean the tables and would take really long to put more food out. Is definitely not worth what me and my sister paid.

Food is alright but the donuts are really good and maybe they should make the buffet section qnd seating seaction a bit bigger

First time having a birthday here and I was not disappointed the food was really good. The kids enjoyed the games. I was very happy with my experience. The only advice to anybody is be on time.

Had fun because I saw family. But the place was disgusting. We went to a birthday party and were in a reserved room. Before I got to go to the buffet my cousin informed me that there was a bucket of vomit that she passed by in front of another room! I was too grossed out to go to the buffet so asked my husband to go for me. Everytime someone from our party went to get food, they had to pass by the vomit! So gross. I hardly ate. So many games were broken. Plus I never got to get my toddler on the car ride became the attendant was so slow, most people got frustrated and needed up walking away.

Came for a party.. kinda sucks you have to pay to enter even if your there as a guest and not playing games or eating. Food is changed often, pretty much hometown buffet quality. The bumper cars the spinning ride and the mini drop and the neon mini golf are the main attractions for the kids and the mini rollercoaster for the younger children. Its a decent place to have fun just dont like that they have a cover charge.

Pizza was warm not hot. Ice cream machine s werent working. Salad bar was good. Drinks were great. Wanted to bowl, but all lanes were shut down/broken.

In theory, the idea of having an all you can eat buffet for the entire family with arcade games that surpass ones imagination is simply supreme. In application, the physical location is huge and under staffed. The arcades malfunction often and without proper maintenance the result is disappointing. I was able to tell that the employees are doing everything within their knowledge and means to provide the best service.

The name describes this place the best. The pizza is incredible with lots of options. You can even request a gluten free pizza if you want. There are different themed party rooms to choose from to eat in. The games are a lot of fun and the prizes for ticket giving games are usually pretty good for all ages.

First time going,it was my nieces private birthday party. It was so much fun for the whole family! Great tasty food spread, choice of drinks, desserts. And so much to do! Games rides u name it! So glad we came!

This place has definitely declined over the years. Its beginning to look like some of the Chuck-E-Cheese you see in some of the hoods. The booths in some of the rooms are not in good shape. The food was ok, not a great selection and a few of the games didnt work. My kids had fun of course.

I love it thanks to my sister.she had her daughters Birthday party we had a private room we loved it had games pinata and cake. Thanks to Jostlin that help us with everything mad are day easy. she was nice and out going I REALLY RECOMMEND YOU TO HAVE YOUR BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE.

Used to be a good place for kids birthday parties but not anymore. The games/machines are okay. The food are scarce even though it supposed to be a buffet. Mostly are empty food slots in their food serving area. The taste are not good. The automated coffee machine was out of order. The bus boys/girls were not around to pick up the dirty plates until sometime later.

We love going here even if its just for lunch or dinner then leave But when we do play games these days only 70% of the game are functioning they steal your credit off your game card what a pain. The bowling alley never works...

Yesterday the Supervisor Lupe and Alyssa ruined my daughter private birthday. I paid over $400 dollars for some other people to come and ruin the party and the supervisor didnt even bother to solve the problem. We were harassed and treat by those people. We were kicked out of our private party room I paid for and kick out of the building when the other people started the problem and harassed us. They ruin my daughter birthday cake and they didnt want to give me a refund. They have the worst people people working in that restaurant. They made all my family gear for there life. Be careful the supervisor wont help you with your problems they will just ruin your day make things worse

I have been bringing my little cousin to this location for a few months now, and I have to say that I am always pretty satisfied with the service and the food. One of the employees, Amadeo, was very helpful and had a good attitude when we asked for his help in the games area. I would 10/10 recommend coming to this location because of lovely employees like Amadeo :)

The staff were very nice and helpful. The food was good. It wasnt the most amazing buffet I ever had but it does fill you up. Its a good place to be with family or friends. The place is great for families and kids. They have decent food and fun games. However, the games takes too many credits and are mainly out of service. The staff is not available nor helpful. Lastly, the food is generic and blane.

Majority of the baked desserts were rock hard, due to sitting under heat lamps for so long. Ice cream machine was empty and a disgusting mess! A third of the games dont work, or are broken. The machines for adding points werent even turned on. They raised the height requirement on my daughters favorite ride, so the main reason she loves to come here, she cant even do anymore. Feeling like I wasted time and money at this location. Sad to see it going downhill so badly.

My experience today was not a good one. The choices of food and very limited, I would have to say that golden corral is way better, or better yet hometown buffets. That would be an understatement. If I could give it a 0 I would.

My kids love this place because they can play & get on rides all in the same place. I love it because of the buffet!

Great place to bring kids and have birthday parties. There are two big rides. Bumper cars and Twister. The all you can rat buffet is great. I especially love the cheesecake. The food is always hot and they have many options to choose from. Plus there are different rooms to choose from to sit in. The games are really fun to play. They have lots of prizes to choose from but the down side is that the bigger ones are really expensive. Ticket wise of course.

Great place for family. My kids actually look forward to eating before going in to play the games. Food is delicious with good variety. Weekends are usually really busy and crowded. The sports room is great when you want to catch any game going on. Ive been there probably 10+ times and rarely experience any malfunctions with the machines which is cool.

Good food and service. But it would have gotten more stars if they made the place more cheaper per person. They need to have a strong feeling about their costumers and listen attentively to what we say. Other that that this place is gold for a childs little vacation.

Wow! A Mini Vegas for Kids! My Cousin acquired a room for my nephews birthday party. The staff hosted us very well and made Balloon animals and had games in the room just for our kids. They also bring in pizzas and sodas just for us. The buffet style dinning outside was under par except for the salad bar. For a busy night there should have been very few games down and never more than one pizza missing from the buffet table. That was not the case. In all it was clean and an easy way to enjoy a childs birthday party with the entertainment minus the cleaning. Have Fun! GOD Bless!!

Extremely long wait, but that wasnt a problem because we were a large group. The problem was after an hour and a half waiting they didnt even have a table big enough for us, which was understandable... so they separated us but still didnt have enough seats for everyone so half of my group had to stand the entire time. The bathrooms were disgusting, no toilet paper, no soap and no seat covers. The trash cans were over flowing with dirty diapers and nasty trash. The most disturbing part of all of this is all the children that have been using that bathroom and unable to wash their hands or wipe properly... imagine all the nasty germs that was all over the serving utensils and plates. Gross

The party attendant, Emily was amazing. She was helpful and made really great balloon animals. She was cheerful throughout the party, even though I dont think she expected the birthday boy to be 35 and special needs. They went above and beyond without having to be asked. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Isnt what it used to be theres a lot less variety of food and the rides need to be fixed the game are not that great the staff was helpful.

Nice place, lots of things to do. Food is ok, not great but good for the money. You can find pizza, salad, dessert, pasta, nachos and drinks.

The pizza bread was crunchy and fluffy. It had a hint of butter. Sauce was tasty. Cheese is high quality. Salad was fresh. Clean and pleasant place.

Customer service is exceptional everyone did the best they could to service people. Salad bar and pizza bar, pretty delicious. I think they should stick with the salad pizza and soup bar. The chicken wasnt cooked very well and all the other dinner items werent that great. Desert bar was ok, deserts werent all that great, example the churro donuts were too hard and crispy . I felt bamboozled when it came to the arcade section. Some of the games did not work but still took points off of my card once I tried to pay.

Highly recommended place to take your family, especially children. The prices are reasonable for the all you can eat food. Will be going back.

I love coming here. I appreciate how they label there pizzas ! It makes it easier for vegetarians ! You can ask the employees to make pizza if there isn’t any. They have fun Arcadia games & it’s cool how they have a few rides.

Great for bringing kids for birthdays. Its basically an all you can eat buffet with an arcade.

They don’t make the food right and they don’t take care of the games. The bowling doesn’t work, games pretty much fall apart when you play. The ride points don’t work. Me and my mom were very disappointed in our experience. The eating areas are well maintained. But only part of the good is edible while other stuff tastes like rubber. I would spend my money somewhere else

We really love Johns Incredible Pizza but this facility in particular is a bit gross! The workers here dont seem to even really care that food is everywhere or that things need to be cleaned!

Pizza is good, fun games for the kids, only thing is I visited on my sons birthday and I slipped and fell on what appeared to be ranch dressing and hurt my leg. Kinda ruined the day for us. Didnt get our meal comped or anything. Made a report with the manager and never even got a courtesy call to see if I was ok.

I felt the checkin was messy with only the kiosks.it was my first time and felt one staff was rude and not helpful in helping to do the check in. was charged wrong bracket for my kids. kids are 5&6 and they were put in the 7 to 12 bracket for payment. the admission is high along with the package part. i can go to other places like this alot cheaper. kids cant even ride the rides as many as they would like . because they only allow only 3 rides at the most for the highest package with having 2 kids they only rode 2 rides and thats it.

We love Johns. This location is nice, personal is ok, some of the rooms for eating need upgrade, they are kind of.....no so pleasant.

This is an awesome place for a birthday party. My sister rented a room for my nephew and even got black lights. Kids had a great time and the staff host party games too. I didnt pay for the game cards so I can comment on the price of games. They also serve beer in the back in the buffet area if youre feeling like having a drink.

Food is not the greatest prices seem to be increasing. Overall its an okay place to take the family.

This place is super kid friendly but the staff need to maintain the cleanliness more frequently and the ice cream machines should always be working. There should always be food on the buffet spots. The hot coco is super delicious. And the games and video games should always work. The alien gun game is missing a trigger on one of the guns and the screen is hella blurry. Sometime the game cars dosent read well when used. Buttons missing on the most of the games. All this should be kept up to date and should not be in a busted or non working condition. The mini bowling alley game doent work it doesnt return the ball after throwing them down the lane. Overall if all this was kept to par it would be a great place to go back to.

Best place workers are awesome

The food was mediocre at best. The entire food bar was lacking. The banana peppers at the salad bar tasted like chemicals and were inedible. The pizza was almost always out. The chicken was burnt on the outside and pink on the inside. The pasta looked unappetizing; the mac and cheese didnt taste like it had any cheese. Their desserts were lackluster, as well. No one was even by to clean off our table until we left.The only redeeming quality is the staff was friendly when I interacted with them.

The food is not good the pizza has no toppings big air bubbles. The food has gone down hill. It use to be good. They water down the dressing so they have no flavor. I will never go again.

Weve come here a few times for birthday parties and the last time for a company function. All you can eat! Pizza is always fresh, salad bar as well. They have a great dessert bar with lots to choose from including soft serve ice cream. My favorite are the little fresh baked cookies. They also serve beer and wine if that floats your boat. It does get super busy on the weekends but if you come a little later in the afternoon it tends to settle down a bit then again you are at a pizza place for kids so expect to see lots of them all over the place, its their territory :) Flip side, they tables are slow to be cleaned up. More help at the kiosks to get in especially at peak times. Make sure the games are working and when they break down they need to be attended to right away not 20 mins later (bowling broke down, take it out if its an on going problem).The outside needs a good cleaning, get out a high pressure washer and clean the sidewalk. Keep the A/C a little cooler in the rooms when theyre full of people. I walked in to a warm room...not the business when it summertime outside. These are not employee issues, these are management issues. It starts from the top. We were there for about 3 hours and not a manager in site. It would be nice to see one or two being proactive.

This will be the last time we come with my family. They didnt had enough food whatever food they had was cold or nasty. I feel paying almost $60 is not worth it. Half of the games didnt work and nasty bathroom.

Very clean place, delicious food and reasonable prices. Okay games.Its a very good idea to spend the day there if you have kids and teenagers in your family.Highly recommend.

Expect lots of noise and kids, if that isnt your jam you will hate it. Most of the games worked but several ate our credits and we couldnt find anyone who worked there to fix it. Tip, if you bring your own gold ball you can do mini golf for free since they only charge for ball not the clubs.

It have a buffet on a lot of different choices and there is dessert. I love how it is so easy to buy credits. There is a lot of games . And I want to say Thank you to all the workers and Johns incredible pizza because they make sure your a day going great. The workers always have a smile on their face and they have a positive spirit.

This place is a good place to visit with kids. I recommend signing up to the email list to get good deals and event dates. The place is clean and well staff. The staff are very nice and courteous. The only complain I have is the fried chicken is always gone .

Very disappointed. Drove from high desert because the Johns in Victorville is so much smaller. Unfortunately, not worth the extra travel. Spent $78 for my son and I to eat the buffet and have a good amount of tickets to play in the arcade, mini golf, rides, etc. It would have been worth it had it not been for half of the games not working properly or broken altogether. The place is so poorly maintained its sad. I will say that the eating areas are kept up on well. However, the food is another major disappointment. The quality is extremely poor and very processed-tasting. The pizza tastes like 90% dough. Sauces are watered-down. The salad bar was definitely the best part. It is evident that Johns is not putting enough of the money they get from admission, food and game costs back into upkeep. Bummer because Id certainly make the trip and be back with my other 3 kids if I felt it was worth the money. Instead Ill spend my money elsewhere.

The check in procedure for bday parties is rificulous. The party didnt feel like a celebration. They played one game of musical chairs. Unsatisfied with hosts. Then paid for 25 people and only had 22 there. Never disliked this place more. The buffet was always missing food, floors were filthy, tables were not bussed. I was picking up trash from.floor. What are the hosts for? Only balloons I guess. Then no ice cream cones, no cups, no straws, food on floor,etc. Disgusting environment tonight. Staff in bakery area very unkind. She looked miserable. Nobody looked like they liked their job. Do not have party at this place!

The food is awful when it first opened the food was great now the only food item editable is the pizza you have to use computers to buy your meal ticket which is a hassle especially if using coupons or buying play credits. this place really needs to improve in all areas even their deserts are awful
