Montclair Video Smoke Shop

Ive came a few times before, but recently I have been back! And I now know why I will keep coming!. Eddie is the most helpful guy. He helped me pick out the right vape products and even explained everything when I had questions. Also the selection of adult toys in the back of the store is worth the trip in itself. I always come for the great selections here as well as the great service. Its also next to so many restaurants.

Had a great experience with Eddie E while in the smoke shop he was extremely helpful and patient with answering all my questions. He was pleasant and showed me a bunch of pieces without any hesitation! Amazing prices of everything in shop! I would recommend the shop 100% THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE...

This little shop is great! Lots of cool stuff for your naughtiness in there. It was late Sunday night and I was looking for something I could only find in a place like this and Google had their hours mixed up but the owner stayed open 30 minutes late just for me to make it to the store and get what I needed! That was so awesome of him. Great customer service for sure! He’s handsome too!

Amazing service. Always has what I need. Great prices. Large variety of items that you need that will give you pleasure and satisfaction

Love this store! My friends and I come there often. The owner is always very friendly and helpful. And the hours are great!

He was so rude and told us not to test out the toys. We only wanted to check to see which one would properly do the job. He also made us wait for 20 minutes to even walk into the store only treat us like trash. Never going back there again and that’s on period.

This place is great. It has a smokahs every need and then some! The owner was very helpful and nice. Got myself an awesome Sharpstone grinder.

They are absolutely amazing. I have bought both a bowling pin grinder and a hookah. The guy is nice and easily answers any question you have.

Eddie was such a help!! He helped find exactly what I was looking for! Definitely going back.

Eddie is the best!! Always helpful and understands what your needs are

Great guy, pleasant and interesting convos everytime.

No amount of words can express how disappointed me and my friends were when we came here. Not only did we have to wait 20+ minutes outside in the freezing cold to go in but we were also treated extremely rudely once we got in. We were being watched all around the store and being judged at the things we were looking at. It made me feel so uncomfortable being judged and watched when I was trying to find something I like. We were also told by the owner that if we aren’t going to buy anything we had to leave, he assumed we were not gonna but anything for whatever reason. The fact that another customer had to step in and tell the owner that he was being rude can sum up our experience there. He also told the other customers to shut up and that he was not addressing them. Worst place ever. Highly do not recommend.

Been coming here for a while, bc the owner, Eddie is the man! Nice selection of adult products and reasonable prices.

Great experience. Friendly clerk. Amazing prices!!

Very nice owner. Was able to get bachelorette items last minute

Was in the Montclair Video Smoke shop to educate myself on a particular product and the owner was very helpful, kind and respectful as always.

Pipes are ok but over priced and they say they open at 10:00 but they left me waiting outside for 20minuets after they open and when lazy owner saw me waiting and he went to the back of the store giving me a tired finger telling me to wait. NOT OPENING THE DOOR FOR ME! Clearly they do not want customers so don’t waste your time

Dope owner very nice and fair with pricing, can’t wait to get home and enjoy

Been here plenty of times great customer service great products

Excellent customer service & takes care of locals! Highly recommend!

The dude there is EXTREMELY rude and bitter. My friends and I, who are ALL over the age of 18 (in fact, none of us are teenagers) came inside just to take a look because the store was new to us. We came in, he didn’t greet us, and instead told us to that if we’re not going to buy anything, to not stay long because he “didn’t want to hangout with us”. We were caught off guard, but we let it go. 15 minutes later, he asks again if we’re buying something. We then repeat again that we don’t know yet, because we’re still looking. He then demands to see our IDs (why??) and it all went downhill from there. 0/5, worst experience ever.

Horrible experience owner is super rude I was waiting outside with five other ppl for 20 minutes. Disgusting human being!

Great place with friendly owner, always greets me and is very helpful

Eddy is super nice !!! Great store ! You can find everything here. He helped me out, with my bachelorette party needs!

Great guy. Fast and convenient.

Very good customer service ! highly recommend

Would give zero if I could. Never open on time, dude leaves whenever... not helpful very rude and terrible prices. Dont waste your time and money

I’ve been here a few times and the guy is always helpful. It’s a fun store, they have a little bit of everything.

Friendly informational and just a pleasant shopping experience

Eddie was helpful and friendly

Great service, and quick and easy

I liked what they had it whud be awesome if they had more types of toys

If I could give this place no stars i would. Called for info and this place was not transparent with their prices. The one price they did give was more than 3 times for a product that i was able to find after calling the next nearest shop. No wonder he did not want to give any more information over the phone. Do not recommend giving these guys your business as they are apparently in the business of price gouging.

They have everything
