Had a great time and there wasnt another soul in there. They had great covid guidelines, masks were required of adults, temp took at the front, and the workers regularly cleaned off areas and there were several sanitation areas. Our only downside was there was no playground/ball pit area at all. Which I would have understood if because of covid they blocked it off, but there wasnt one there to begin with.

After sitting in the parking lot for 30 minutes, with the motor running trying to join the cheesy place for the unachievable coupon, that I had begun to suspect had been eaten by the cyberspace cat. Ok I said I give up. Lets just go in eat have fun just have the smelling salts ready when I hit the floor. We entered ready to rumble with the manager.Of course that young man had the cutest smile and was equipped with dimples. Loud mouse music pulsated in my ears. Dont you worry Mam, Ill take care of you he said. What package would you like to purchase? And that mouse music! My foot started tapping. Next thing I knew my daughter and I had a bucket of coins of our own. Giggling and laughing squealing while trying to kill a bunch of gigantic tarantulas. Yep. Best time ever. Go, be a kid. Jam out to some Mouse music. Find your happy on the cheesy road to ChuckE Cs place.

The young man who waited on us was awesome. Nice time. The grandbaby had a blast. The pizza was amazing

Best place in our area to take your children for fun and play! The staff is wonderful there! Very helpful and friendly. Also, they have a safeguard in place to protect your child from being taken out of the building by a predator! Lots of games and fun things to do! Childrens birthday parties....we will have all ours there from now on if possible! They supply all you need for however many children attending...all you need to bring are the kids, the gifts and cake !! What is included in birthday party fee is well worth it !!! Give them a try! We did and we loved it !

Service and employees were super helpful. This place needs an update though. Games and facilities are SO outdated. I know it serves a smaller population but the people that spend their money here still deserve great facilities.

We got there an hr after they opened and the pizza tasted better than usual! Get there early for fresh pizza!! Military peeps, dont forget the military discount :). The dont have it on the menu in store, but its on their website.

What a blast. Had a birthday party there. The games all worked.the staff was.courtuous and although we were.a.very small.party they still gave us plenty of time and attention. Highly recommend this location for all party needs or any others.

This is the worst place Ive ever been to that is supposed to be for kids! The staff was so rude even to my kids. They all acted like they didnt want to be there and hated life. Even Chuck-E!!!! When the character came out to dance with the kids this individual didnt even want the kids near them. Wouldnt let the kids hug her nor give them high five! My child teared up because this is one of the main events at the store that my kids look forward to. WHAT A SHAME! Broken games and they didnt even try to check on them or put an out of order sign up when we told them. No soap in the bathrooms and they were out of a lot of toys in the toy case. What options were in the toy case they kept telling my children they were out of and couldnt get them from the case... furious mom!!!! When you take your kids to a place like this you expect fun. You expect the staff and atmosphere to be kid friendly..... this place definitely is NOT! My child even noticed and told me they werent friendly.

Its cool. Needs an update. A few games either werent working or the ticket dispenser was defective. All but one ticket counter worked. I didnt eat anything so no feedback on that. Other than these things, the staff was helpful.

Nothing in here is as clean as Id like. Not saying its filthy or that the employees dont clean, just saying everything is vaguely grimey and sticky.

Went for a friends child birthday party. Took a little long for food to arrive, but the party went well.

Had my daughters 3 year birthday party here. We werent able to reserve a table because we only had 2 kids there, but we had fun playing and the food was decent.

Dirty, cardboard pizza, and ol Chuck e. looks like hes on meth.It was like paying to get a staph infection...and it wasnt cheap at that.Kids dont even love it like I remember loving it.

When I went it was around 3pm and not many ppl were there and most of the games for smaller kids like toddlers was broken and required assistance to fix or had to lose tokens. Chuckie didnt even make an appearance. The experience could have been better.

Quite a few games were stealing tokens but the staff with come and help. The menu is pricey but there are online coupons you can use. The staff has been very friendly.

Visit was ok. A little over priced but it is Chuck E Cheeses so not surprising. Took our 9yr old son to have fun and pizza for a surprise because of good grades. Games were so so. Mostly ticket type games. No real arcade type games. Pizza took 45 min to arrive by that time your kid(s) will run out of tokens to play unless you drop another $20 on more. Lots of dirty tables No One really around clearing them or wiping them down. All in all I probably wont come back.

Cleanest one I have ever been to. Yes several little children running around unsupervised so do watch your coins, food, and drinks but service is good and place is clean. Try going as early as possible before all the crowd comes in if your wanting a quieter experience

This is a very clean and friendly Chuck E. Cheese! The staff is great! Of course, as always, keep an eye on your items, as unsupervised children (and adults..) are running around and we are in Monroe... but all in all its awesome and my girls really enjoy it! Be sure to check it out early before the crowds!

We went in the early afternoon to avoid the crowds and had a great time. Several machines were broken and we lost several tokens and did not get tickets from all macines, but the kids had fun.
