Had a great time here didnt call in beforehand just walked right in to use the range for 2, they were very professional and informative,they have a great variety of glock rentals and a nice selction for LR as well as smg, however no Springfield XD for rental. The actual range was very spacious you had more than enough space in each cubicle the feel was cool not hot in some ranges it gets pretty hot but it may have been that we were the only 2 at the time so there wasnt much body heat and we didnt shoot morw then 100 rounds. But I will be returning they have a very good deal on returning range customers. Also I really enjoyed the treatment i received here but the smiles in the picture says it all very kind down to earth

Awful experience! The man in charge was hatful rude loud and very bossyNot only me but a nice couple coming in to use the firing range was also treated very harshly.I don’t plan to spend any more of my hard earned money there and be talked to like that ever again.

Best group of guys a town could ask for for guns and ammo and just being overall nice guys. I recommended my boss go there during panic 2020 who has 5 kids and no guns, and he walked out very heavily armed thanks to the guys at trading places. I purchased a couple of firearms here a few weeks ago, but I hadn’t been able to shoot due to a tight schedule. Tonight I called and asked about closing time for the range (most ranges won’t let you enter within an hour of closing). I spoke to Kyle and he was very professional and pleasant. He assured me that I could shoot with no problems. I got there around 8:15, they got me set up and shooting in no time and not once did they rush me or anything like that. I left right at closing time and they were talking too me as it were not closing time. This is by far the best service I’ve experienced at a gun shop/ range. I visited last year with my daughter and they made that a great experience also. This is definitely my first stop going forward.

Before I even showed up I called on the phone to ask about pricing/hours/ammo and was impressed at how fast they picked up on a Friday night. The guy on the phone (Kyle) answered every question I had in a matter of a few seconds and had me on my way to try out the rangeWhen I got here, the entire staff team (and everyone in the store for that matter) were very friendly and greeted me as I walked in and immediately began to help me out filling out a waiver and getting me started.The range itself is amazing, not crowding for room, the range slots are very open and easy to operate in, the switches worked great, I came to break in a new 300 blackout pistol I recently got and had an amazing time shooting it!If you want a short summary,Kyle and Kyle are really cool dudesThe staff are very polite, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.The range is great to shoot at, for beginners or experienced shooters, just keep in mind, no birdshot!The place has 5 stars for a reason, you won’t be let down!

Wow, I cannot understand any ratings under 4. My brother in law and I met last weekend because our wives had a baby shower in Monroe and I had a great experience. The guys running the place were awesome and the place was busy. Great lanes. We met a couple of local guys, Im from Canton, that were very friendly and we all turn turns shooting each others guns. Great way to feel out a gun you never tried. I wish I lived closer but I promised myself Id make it back to rent an automatic weapon.......btw, the prices quoted for renting a auto was very reasonable.Prices on the gun tags were very fair. Im 70 and seen many places but none better.

Employees definitely need to work on being less rude, at least on the phone.

Do not join their finance company will screw up your credit cards and debit cards every month. They do not treat veterans or active military with any respect they could care less as long as they get their money is all they are worried about. Im a 6yr veteran and my son just joined the US ARMY RESERVE. There was only a couple of them that were respectful.

Have always had a great experience here. People have been polite and don’t mind spending time with you when it isn’t busy.

Be very careful if you sign up for the gun range monthly service. My credit card had been compromised and had to get a new account and because this happened I ended up having to pay a $ 30.00 late fee for only a $ 34.99 monthly charge and unfortunately for me it not only happened for me once, but twice in a six month period. Then to get back in good standing you can not just call and get it taken care of you have to go in personally to do it. Then once you cancel you still get charged for another 30 days which is just robbery in my opinion. This day and age with computers none of that should have to happen. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. I would give them less than one star if I could.

Ive been shopping here for about a year and I have nothing negative to say. Friendly customer service. One time I purchased the wrong magazines for my rifle. They refunded the money for them, no questions asked. They certainly have reasonable gun prices as well. Highly recommend this store

Got the range membership, I canceled some months later and was billed one more time for it. I called and they told me that the bill is prorated. At no point and time did mention this at time of sale or cancellation. What I was told at time of sale was the first month is free, however if i was billed 30 days after like I was then the first month was not free. So they either lied about the first month being free OR they lied about it being prorated, either way they are liars and crooks. Ill take the $35 lose and take the lesson with me.

Bought 3 guns, gear and cases of ammo. I shoot there every week. Down to earth employees are polite friendly and helpful. Even during the worst shortages they never overcharged for ammo, rifles and hard to come by magazines and parts. Ill always remember the big stores like Academy overcharged and limited my purchases during those times. This is a no BS store with a great selection. When I bought my last gun they beat my gun broker web price by 75$. They ordered me a brand new model gun and it came in 3 days later. I had guns transferred to their FFL and they charged me half the fee of most dealers. If you use stores with crappy attitudes, make you stand around waiting and treat you like an idiot TP is the fix. The drive to Monroe well worth it. They also ship.

If youre a young gun enthusiast dont go here, they wont take you serious. I walked in and was not greeted, probably because I was dirty from going to the dump and didnt look like I was going to spend any money. While the guy standing at the display case was continuing to dry fire his soon to be Glock I walk up to the check out, still at this point no one has greeted me or even tried to sell me anything. I asked the guy behind the counter for his advice on 9mm ammo and received very little and help he just started throwing out brands and prices and not showing me the ammo or explaining the differences in brands. In the middle of this encounter the employee proceeded to unbox a glock for the gentleman next to me and while taking it out pointed the gun right at my chest and half racked the slide. NO GUN SAFETY WHATSOEVER, I dont care if YOU know its unloaded, I dont. These people are idiots and cater to the wanna be operator types. I will be buying my ammo and accessories at Clydes or online from now on, Oh also the guy didnt ID me for hand gun ammo.

I have made multiple online orders from Trading Place Pawn. I have only had one issue that was UPSs fault. I contacted Trading Place and they immediately handled the problem with no issues. A+ rating for me. I will continue to do business with them in the future.

Only issue is that they need to edit the schedule they have posted online. It said Monday to Friday 9-9. Instead it closes at 6.
