My husband and I were on our honeymoon and the front desk Employee followed us around nearly the whole time. This was our first experience in a store like this and felt like we weren’t given space to discuss anything privately. We must have been asked if we were “doing okay” 10 times. Each item we picked up the front desk gal had something to say about it. We felt rushed and when My husband finally found something he liked and brought it into the dressing room to show me and she stopped him saying “Excuse me you can’t try that on!!” as he was moving the curtain to hand me the outfit to look at. It genuinely felt like like we were doing something wrong at each turn. We finally just left feeling frustrated and mildly humiliated. This was an awful first time experience.
Told me on the phone they would exchange still-tagged items with a receipt. The in-store saleswoman says no returns, exchanges, or refunds. She also said they couldnt return after COVID either. Why would they not make things right? The $40 piece I bought was stained, loose threads, and cheap. Now I have to keep it? Horrible experience, unfortunately.
Won’t refund/exchange/credit any purchases during COVID? And they told me they won’t return after COVID either. What? If other places can quarantine items before restock than why can’t you? Not willing to compromise, and instead stuck with a piece discolored, torn, overpriced, and amazingly poor quality garment from China.
