This place is enormous! You have to pay as soon as you walk thru the door, so best to research purchase options before you arrive. We purchased a combo buffet and games and it worked out perfectly. Buffet is designed for kids (lots and lots of cool pizzas) and a salad bar to balance things out. Love the hot drink dispenser! Several games crashed and we required staff assistance so my only suggestion would be for the games to be better maintained and for more staff to be visible for quicker assistance.

I had a good experience at some areas and a not so great experience at others. One of the managers was working so hard to make sure that we had a great experience. Everytime something needed attending to in the buffet, she made sure it was taken care of quickly. The game area is where we had quite a few issues. Some of the machines have some pretty serious issues. The dance dance revolution machine let us swipe for 2 people, but only let one person play so we were stuck with double the plays on only one side. The air hockey machine also had no puck in it after we had already swiped, luckily we found one in the other machine since it seemed like the people before didnt finish their game. I would rate much lower if it werent for the employees trying their best to make sure we had a good time. The food was also very fresh and it was the fastest Ive ever gotten my peanut butter pizza.

I always enjoy this place great arcade. The all you can eat buffet is decent as well and worth it. You can spend all day there if you want eat play and snack again later, its fun for the whole family they all had smiles on there faces the whole time.

I had the worse experience here. Spent over 50 dollars a person, to have almost all the games and rides shut down. The buffet was absolutely appalling there was barely any food and what food they did have was absolutely disgusting they ice cream machine was over flowing all over the floor. When I asked to speak with a manager they refused told me that I was out of luck and refused to give me a refund or anything. So upset about this experience.

Super fun..... you gotta buy the buffet to get in.... the kids hardly ate.. so that was 50$ down the drain. But we had fun gaming and riding rides

I was really surprised, its been about 7+ years since I have last been here and their food was not great at that time. Now, their food was pretty good. I would have given them a 5 star however, their ice cream machine was down they told us it would be up in 15 min, but it never was, this was kinda a bummer when my 2 year old kept wanting icecream and we kept telling him in 15 min but after checking back 3 times total of 45 min, we gave up. Also, trying to track an employee down when a game machine stopped working was a hassle.

Went here yesterday for my nephews birthday party didnt think Id have pay just to get in.I paid $13.47 and that is for adult buffet.I would have had to pay an extra $3.00 for a drink.For $13.47 I thought I would be able to get at least one small soda but not there. Pizza was good but the other food wasnt that great.But I didnt pick that place my nephew did and he had lots of fun. Here check it out.......I added my receipt just to show that Im not trippin

Went on Friday with my grandchildren spent over $300 for them to have dinner and have fun in your little fun land.. unfortunately the food was old couldnt even get a cup of coffee no Slurpees for the children coffee machine and slurpee machine was broken. Very upset dont think Ill be back I always check my grandchildren there to play not anymore.

Really fun place! I would have given it 5 stars except for they need to have an attendant around the food area to keep the floors clean. A lot of people kept dropping food my kids almost slipped a few times. And the music really loud. Great music but just too loud. Had to yell to have a conversation. But otherwise an awesome place that I will definitely go back to.

Wow $90 for my family and I and it seems like every other game is out of order. What happened to this place?! Honestly feel like we got ripped off. We came for the games and literally cannot even play games!! Supervisor Alison was very helpful and professional.

We took my nephew there for his graduation after he graduated from the 1st grade and I couldnt be more proud! Im so proud of him and he loved it! The entire family loved this place ️, especially my dad and brother in law! They had so much fun, I liked the indoor ride and bowling. I especially love that you can custom order pizza the way you want it!

The food was cold and dried out. Pasta all stuck together and pizza crust was hard like it sat out a long time. Dessert was good.Arcade.play area was fun for the kids. Large rides ; bumper cars, spinning cart and putt putt florescent golf were not in use .

We go to Johns incredible Pizza every year to meet family at the half way point. It is great for a meeting place. They have a variety of theme rooms and the service is always great. The food is okay, the salad bar has all the typical good fixens, the pizza is okay but they have alot of variety of kinds maybe 15 types so something for everyone. They also have so Mexican food and spaghetti stuff, and a good variety of desserts. The also really cater to kid parties, with video games and some kid rides overall its very cool for families everyone should check it out

My nephew had his 7th birthday party there and he had a blast. Great place for all ages.

This place has gone down hill over the years. The pizza was good, salad was good, but everything else was either empty or unappetizing. The dessert station and desserts looked disgusting and the icecream machine was broken, of course. Went to go and play games and half of the games were out of service. Two machines ate my credits and I had to hunt down the staffers to assist me.There were only two staffers on the floor and they were busy doing the rides. I was able to eventually get credited for those games. I will never return.

Everything this was really good. But they need to have at least one sugar free dessert.

Pizza, mmm, my favorite treat. Great food with quality ingredients. Had a friend come into town and asked me to take him here again. The prices are good for what you get. They have a lot of good reviews for a reason.

Ive been here several times with my family, as recent as last week. The buffet is always stocked and is clean. Sometimes it is very busy and customers are slobs, the employees keep up very well!The pizza is great, I dont know why theres so many negative reviews. When there isnt something available I just ask about it and they let me know how long itll be. Its always fresh!Parties are always fun here too. If you want theres rooms you can rent or several themed rooms to hang in. Either way theres always plenty of room, even for big families. And afterwards plenty of games to play!Weve come here for years and love it!

Went on a weekday night last week, buffet was good but since it was slow none of the rides had workers at them. We pushed the button to get someone over there so the kids could ride a ride and we stood there for about 20 mins and no one came over. We had to physically go find someone who worked there and bring them over. We had to do this twice, wasting about a half an hour of our time for 2 rides. Not only that there were a few games that were taking the kids credits and not working. We all still had fun but I was dissapointed in those few things. Regardless if the place is slow or not there should at least be a few workers working the rides.

Impressive buffet/salad bar friendly staff prices were affordable.

If you come on a weekday its soooo much better! More food, cleaner, working games..

I have been here multiple times and liked my visits. But this place is no longer worth going to. Its way overpriced. Hardly any of the machines work and its obvious that Johns has been cutting staff. There is a wait for every single ride because only a handful of employees operate them. Dont come with your date because you wont be able to take any pictures. Those machines are also down. Do not come here unless you like getting screwed over. The least they can do is have the machines working

I had gone there today and ate the Cesar salad with the salad dressing and it was chunky and funky. And less than one hour later I got food poisoning from it. I am still currently sick with it.

There was a long week for the food because it was the weekend but they say its better on the weekdays

Staff is friendly and place is fairly clean. But when i purchase a buffet for my family it would be nice to have options for food and to have cups forks and bowls they ran out several times and barely had food put out. The games kept using the tokens on our card but wouldnt start the game so we couldnt play even though we paid for the games. Im kind of disappointed with my experience.not sure if we will be coming to this location again.

Pizza and salad bar is far better than Chucky. I like that you can find a great deal via Groupon, and you can ride or play green games/rides for 2 hours. Plenty of air hockey tables and choices so you dont have to wait in line and to please all ages. We all like the twirling ride, and preschooler likes train ride. The bowling is okay,

Best place to go to. The food tastes AWESOME! Has fun rides,games etc... dont listen to the comments about it being bad because it is the most FUN place ever for birthdays events and more. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND AGAIN!!!!!!!

This place need to go under new management. Too crowded, no plate no cups there was throw up that sat there from the start of my visit to the time I left just covered with a cone . The mini golf just look beat down . Please just close for a couple weeks and repair or maybe remolded the place! Even with my Groupon discount I will never go back !

This place is always a must go to if you have children. Its very entertaining we spend a good 2 and half hours there every other weekend.

The food was ehhhhhh. The games were fun and prices were okay. The people were no, thank you.

It was ok. Very disappointed because of the desert area. Both ice cream machines were broken down. Hardly any deserts out. And the tile floors around the desert area was filthy. Looks like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. I spoke with the manager and she was very nice states ice cream machines were froze up . It would be a little while until the ice cream would be ready. After all when you pay that kind of money you would expect things to be up and running.

Our teen requested this place for her birthday. We had 9 teens and 6 adults. One adult elder was in a wheelchair; We were surprised at how not wheelchair friendly this place was. My mother felt so out of place because we struggled getting her through the door (no push buttons for disabled anywhere), the lines for the front to pay... No way to fit a chair in the narrow lines. Getting in and out of the reserved room was such a hassle! The does are not wheelchair friendly which makes getting in send out a really tight squeeze. While the restrooms say handicap ok, they were the worse experience. Imagine your elder mother having to urinate while youre trying to clean up a huge pool of pee on the floor (soaked) so she doesnt fall over. Imagine your handicap mother trying to clean off the pee soaked toilet seat as well and also looking over to see their are no seat covers. I went from upset, to frustrated to livid! The toilet itself wasnt high enough from the ground, so she needed a person to help lift her up. When you go to many other places, the handicapped restroom are not like this at all. Even trying to get into the stall was hard with the long lines to the only bathroom. Want to dry your hands after being in that filth? Good luck trying to paper towels to dry your hands in the holder within the stall. My mother said, this place is so disgusting, I feel I want to take a shower. FAIL. ASKING STAFF where the handicap tables were to sit down and eat after we were done with the reserved room, was met with a puzzling look and they were really unaware. Finally one told me to get up and head to cabin fever had tables but this was after we were directed to a table which was not wheelchair accessable. I can go and on about how we met problems trying to get being a problem. This place needs a remodel but they probably wont until they get sued which is really sad.The management and staff seem to me where the incredible part came in for the most part. I dont think the kitchen was ready for the wave of people coming in at lunch time. At one point I waited 31 minutes for a vegetarian pizza to come out when I asked how long another would take to come out; even though I was told 10 minutes. Meanwhile lots of other pizza pilled up on the other side.The games were fair and fun! I did feel like that was a major plus. Id choose their gaming set up over Dave and Busters, boomers, Scandia, and Chuck-E cheese by far. Even when things broke, we still were able to get assistance and you could tell that they really cared about their job. The manager with the really nice make up in gaming was really good with solutions and what she 7, she didnt hesitate to ask of get staff; effective trouble shooting and delegating authority earns this place cool points. In addition, the tall employee with curly hair and glasses moved fast and efficient. Another guy (dressed in do black) gaming with the low cut scruff beard also worked fast and efficient. We got the ultimate party package and spending $40 work of credits lasted us the whole time we were there which saved the day. I would go again with another person but not a family when where my disabled wheelchair bound mother felt unfit to be there. I do not recommended this place for anyone disabled/handicapped at all!

Not very Happy at all so far this experience has not been a pleasant one and I havent even stepped foot in the place yet!!I have not been able to get anyone on the phone to book my sons birthday party! After waiting a total of 30 min for two phone calls both times they took my number and said they would call me back and I have not received a call back!On top of that the website does not seem to be working either. For a company that is supposed to be for the family and for the Kids..it is not very customer oriented.Not very happy or satisfied at all! Very fustrated!

If you go during the week its not too busy. Buffet menu for lunch could use more variety but the cost is good for what you get. After years of going to other similar places, this is worth the drive to Modesto for us. The kids love it .

This is our spot to go to whenever we want to have a family day. All you can eat pizza/pasta/potato/salad bar included with the price of admission and most of the food is actually really good and really reasonably priced for what you get.They have a full sized amusement park ride inside, bumper cars, virtual bowling, glow in the dark mini-golf (it isnt great but its fun that it glows lol), laser-tag and a full arcade. We come here at least once a month and for all of our birthday parties.A few games are broken often (the shooting gallery comes to mind), but they just upgraded their token system to allow the cards to read easier so a lot of the frustration of the machines not reading your card they give you was gone on our visit today.Definitely a great place to take the kids!

This place lacks security. It is not kid friendly. Let me just say this place is dangerous for your kids. They have this dark room with neon painted mini gulf section and there is no one supervising it. If adults don’t know how to behave what make you believe kids will be safe? Someone could get hurt there. They need to hire more staff to supervise and have more security. Only lazy teens work there.

2009 to 2014 was better till now and days the pezia seem smaller and the food tastes ok. But good for school field trips

It is a great place to take the kids wish they had like rotisserie chicken or roasted.

My daughter and granddaughter loves to eat a lot of different foods at one time and this is perfect with the games and a few rides for them. We all are happy. Plus my granddaughter runs out her energy she has. Lol.

As a John incredible Pizza employee I would like to apologize to any customer who didnt have a incredible time depending on who is in certain buffet areas is really all I can say about how incredible your dining experience will be I honestly need to say that theres more than meets the eye when it comes to attending a buffet we all do strive to do our very best and again I apologize for anybodys inconvenience the best days to go to the buffet for the best food experience I would say is the weekday Friday Saturdays and Sundays are usually very hectic and very busy for all buffet attendance but as long as you vocalize your concerns to a buffet attendant we will always strive to correct what was wrong.

Food is going down hill and staff literally does not care how you feel about anything. Machines broken all the time and staff members wonder around chatting and not helping anyone.

Great place for kids and adults. Lunch time during the week is the best time to go because otherwise it is completely packed. Plus you get the best deals at lunch time. I love taking my son here he has a great time playing games. We eat pizza in the kids room where he can watch cartoons.

It was fun. The pizza could use more pepperoni. The bread sticks which are usually really good were not cooked through all the way. The manager was nice about it I guess and said she would make sure to fix the issue. Fun place.

The kids had an awesome time! Games for all ages, rides as well. Food was okay for buffet style, pasta, pizza etc. However, Im giving 3 stars because the bathrooms were filthy, both men & womens. I get that it is busy. But that is exactly why maybe an employee should be assigned to keep up the restrooms.

This would have gotten a much better review from me but there are 3 things bugging me:1. 2 other people in my party said the ticket redeeming person made them feel like they were less than honest; my guy flat out only added 3 out of 4 slips I had and tried to play it off when I said something. This didnt really alarm me until someone else in my party made the SAME COMMENT. 2. We had a about 24 people in our group, we had to clean off our own tables because there were sooooooo many dirty ones. (it was busy I get it, but......) Ice cream sat and melted at the next table for roughly 90 minutes even after the room was cleaned up, it was even dripping on the floor. 3.for a kids spot, why are all the toilets and sinks adult size?

My husband, son and I went to a co workers child bday party. My first time there on a Saturday and it was an eye opener lol to say the least. Its a mad house and if you find a seat dont think twice. The pizza was so delicious, salad very basic and the pasta dishes were my least favorite. It does however have loads of interactive games and or rides. It kept my lil one occupied for sure. I would recommend but not for a relaxing day with the family. More suited for kids and kids at heart bday bashes or gatherings.

Back in the day ( 2003-2007) they used to use tokens to play games and I would spend all day in there playing arcade gamesOne day I spent 7 hours just standing at the ticket water to count over 18,000 ticketsI walked out with a new playstationThe manager was this hot mexican girlThe pizzas werent that bad..nothing like what you would get at mountain Mikes or round table but good for being assembly line pizza.

Came here to celebrate my sisters birthday and was beyond disappointed. We specifically chose this place because she loves to ride the twister. We waited for 20 minutes in line with no attendant visible. We were unable to call an attendant because all call buttons were out of order along with 70% of the games out of order as well. We definitely didn’t come for the 5 star dining as everything was extremely watery and all ice cream machines were broken. It wasn’t until our father demanded his money back that they all of a sudden had an attendant available. Most attendants were walking around or at the counter doing absolutely nothing. Overall very disappointing and sad that my sister had to spend her birthday in a place like this.

Needs to be more cleaner .. people drank carbonated soda no one around to notify got me sick ..if they had more employees to attend cleaning and make sure soda machines were up to par would be something they need to work on.

I love this place. It has the best mashed potatoes ever. I always end up with them smeared on my face and I wake up in a fish costume surrounded by corn. And then I go to Johns incredible pizza and I love that place!

My 7 year old loves this place. The food options are pretty good. The arcade is great. They have rides as well. Only downfall is that everyone that comes is forced to purchase a buffet ticket. Other than that everything is great.

Good fun for the kids. The food however could use some work for sure. They were not replenishing the food fast enough and frankly, i was scared to grab food from some of the stations since no one also bothers to keep it clean....however, purchasing the buffet was mandatory so if I could change anything, Id like to.skip the food option and only go to the game....i may have more things to learn about this place since today was my first time. The games were fun and loved that there were indoor rides. Wish some of the games were fixed but if my kids rode the bumper car ride all day, it would have made their day so the money $$$ spent today was worth it. For a family of 4,we spent $100 for the food, drinks, 2 $20 playcard which included 1 ride and 110 somewhat play credit, also purchased the VIP card for other perks for $10. They played for almost 2 hrs and we still have lots of credit for next time. Loved the fact that they are open for NYE for the family. For $20 unlimited play time + buffet package deals. I wish I knew about it earlier!

Its an amazing environment for kids to play, have fun and enjoy themselves. The only thing I recommend is that the employees must have a positive and joyful attitude towards the kids. When they are about to ride the twister or the bumpy cars. That is what matters to me. Everything else was okay.

Buffet is tasty. The sports room is great to watch games and the kids love the games.

It takes forever to get beer, you have to press a button and wait for someone to come serve you. Your much better off sneaking in your own beer so you dont have to wait.

I loved Johns because it had great air conditioning, good food and kids and adults can roam around and play. I felt very comfortable there.
