Very clean and fresh smelling. I was told by two different people it smells bad there.. it doesnt.. kids had a lot of fun. Groupon had great promotions. Weve been twice in the last month. Will be back!

Excellent experience! We bought one hour of jump time and my son had access to all of the attractions inside. He had fun going from one to another, playing with other kids and showing me his mad skills! There are plenty of places for parents to sit and watch, as well as an area with tables thats away from all of the action. Theres also half a dozen massage chairs should you happen to want a massage while your kids are burning off some energy. Overall, it was a great experience at a great place!

Staff are nice and the guy working the snack bar was really nice with excellent customer service which is nice to see these days with younger generation. My only complaint is that there were several empty tables and Ive been here over an hour and nobody has wiped them down even though the same staff member walked past them at 4 times while Ive been sitting here. And the bathroom floor needs attention, especially since the kids have to wear the socks in which they step in the funk and then go back into pits and jump area. Overall a great value. The two kids I brought are 12 and theyre having a blast.

Where a kid can kiddo out for hours on end! They have the trampoline areas which are cool. There is also a jump into a blob area and an organized dodge ball game. They have 2 person games also like a stick fight and rock climbing race. Lockers are there and help parents get to have fun without all the stuff. Not a bad way to spend some money (fixed cost is nice) and have safe-ish fun!

The employees are amazing! We took my 3 daughters and their best friend (4 girls total) for an hour & while the place was busy we never waited too long or felt crowded at all. The staff was attentive and very personable. They seemed to genuinely enjoy being there & the jobs they were doing. Staff helped build confidence on the rock climb, cheering on my daughter & suggesting holds. Even when she failed to get to the top (shes only 3...!)they congratulated her when she got down. We used a Groupon coupon to pay & despite having to enter 4 childrens information, we were checked in & jumping within 5 minutes of entering the building.Very grateful to the staff, we will certainly be back, everyone had a blast.

I took my two nephews here and they had a blast! All of the staff members were courteous and kind and made sure everything was going ok. They helped me through how to do the groupon deal and took the time to make sure I did not need anything else. Amazing service, clean place and I will definitely bring my nephews again!

Kids always have a great time here. The staff is friendly and the facilities are always clean and well taken care of. If you have a few hours to kill in the cold or hot weather this is the place.

YES! love taking the kids here! The staff at the check in are always smiling and polite, the staff always see to be having a great time while still keeping everyone safe! Bathrooms are always clean too, hand sanitizer always stocked! Cafe keeps getting better, one suggestion POPCORN! Good Job to the manager and staff here!

This is a great way to spend a hot summer day or dreary winter day to get some energy out! Weve had multiple birthday parties here and have enjoyed ourselves as a family. Last time I went to the Modesto location, they werent accepting Groupon deals anymore :(

Horrible service. All the staff except for Katie were very rude. They say its going to be one price for a birthday party and then charge you almost double the original price they stated. Nothing was coordinated or structured at all. After this experience Im definitely not going to recommend this place at all. Theres many cheaper fun alternatives than this. And after inquiring Into it further they charged me for two people that werent even in our party.

BEST STAFF AND GM IN A LONG TIME! Watched a horrible group attacked the GM like a wolf pack and she handled it professionally and as calmly as she could during this insanity. Parents who cannot act like adults should stay home. This group should be banned for the torment they put here through! Shes so sweet to all the kids, always laughing and always cleaning. We love coming here! Best pizzas too love the cafe and the staff. Keep up the great work and fun attitudes!

Here for rocking tots and my kids always have so much fun! GM and camp staff are always helping, giving high fives and making play time more fun! Just bought memberships too! I had been waiting for a membership for parents who come near weekly ;) Everything here is clean and smells nice but the rocking tots staff always make it more fun!

FIVE STARS I came here to look specifically to see if these kids did as they threatened and sure enough they have. I bring my son every weekend because he loves it at Rockin Jump! Most know us by name as soon as we walk in! He even did the lock in and sent me videos of the GM dancing with another employee and getting them hyped up! She and others high five him and I have never seen any employee treat any child or parent poorly. The staff is well diversified with many races and as a person of color I find the comments left insulting. They got caught behaving badly but they were NOT treated badly by anyone.I WAS THERE and witnessed the entire incident these kids are leaving one star reviews on new accounts. Where are your parents??They were VERY nicely escorted out by the GM and another employee after one boy put a chain around another boys neck and threw him around. Myself and several parents reported it to the staff. I followed them up and I thought she was too nice! She simply cut their bands and said they needed to call their parents.. That was it. No being rude, no being nasty or mean. Even as the older boy who tried to strangle the one boy was yelling at her and threatening her she just said ok, is your ride coming? This was NOT a race issue it was a safety issue, period. None of us parents felt safe. The GM did the right thing, VERY professionally and quietly. And not one of this staff are racist. They got caught and this was the go to defense, disgusting. These one star comments are clearly the kids. I just wanted a chance to state as adult, parents point of view who comes every week. And I would hate for anyone to lose their jobs over lies like this . We come far more now than last year BECAUSE, in my opinion, this is the best Rockin Jump has been!

Fun place to take your kids, has some arcade games, good pizza, and a lot of jumping.

No food available to eat. Outside food is not allowed unless they order it for you under a Birthday package. Their food services are not built at all. An aluminum body stretcher was brought in for a kid with a broken ankle as we sat down to wait for the longest hour and a half.

We love toddler time! The place seems very clean and I like that you have to buy socks. The check in process is very efficient but I suggest if you have littles to fill out the waiver online at home.

Waited in line for 40 minutes because there was only 1 staff member checking people in while 4 staff stood off to the side talking. If you cant control your staff we will just go to Livermore instead.

My kids cant get enough Rockin Jump. We have the membership. I homeschool my 3 little ones. When they finish there work we head over. The morning time is for toddlers, that ends at 11:00am.Please please add a coffee machine . Us mommys that drink coffee would love to by a cup to keep us going.One thing that has become a problem, is when the kids get dropped off and there kids get a little ruff . You have to be on watch.

The first hour of my experience at this place was not good. None of the staff was doing there job. At the pit where you fight with sticks there was no supervisor there and children would jump in and get crushed by the older boys as they fell. A girl was crying in the middle of trampolines and staff did not even notice until they were alerted by another child. The dodge ball was completely a mess as some older boys would hit children in the face with dodgeballs. A particularly short boy would go up to other children and throw the ball right in there face, and the supervisor would not do a thing. It wasn’t until those supervisors left that everything began to run more smoothly. This change was made around 4:00, and all the woman were extremely lovely. They are the only reason this is not getting a one star review.

Calling this place is a joke. They cant seem to take more than one phone call at a time.

The best time to go is during the week, if you have little kids, because its not crowded. My 4 year old had a blast. The prices are very reasonable. I would go again for sure!

A cool place to bring the kids, lots to do like slam dunk courts and catapults. Really like the new food court section that include drinks and pizza.

They dont clean tables. The lady that help us wasnt nice responses when I stated someone needs to clean the tables. Also there were 3 people at the check in and only 1 was working while waiting in line for 15 min before finally the rude lady decided to open and help. I hope shes not the manger cause she lacks running the place.

Great place for some clean family fun! My kids really loved it, especially the trampoline dodge ball and the foam pit! Now they can all do front and back flips. You pay by 60 or 90 minute intervals and pick a time start. Also, you can get some good deals on Groupon.

I honestly expected more with all the hype I guess ita more for like teens... its literally just jumping and food. Ita good excercise but I expected more lucky I paid with groupon! Saved me 20bucks!

Great place to go. But good luck if you are trying to reserve a birthday party there.We had my sons birthday party there yesterday (2/16/19). I had reserved a gold package for 30 people. On my reservation email, it indicated new ROOM 3. FYI, new room 3 is not a room. Its the area behind the dodgeball area right by employee office. I tried to talked to the manager about it and she said their call center doesnt know that room 3 is not a room but an area. Eventhough I called the Modesto trampoline park and one of their employees helped. It was loud back there. Two or three balls almost made it over the fence and employees kept on walking back and forth to get to their room. HOWEVER OUR PARTY HOST, A BLACK GENTLEMAN, was very nice, courteous, and attentive.

My son loves this place.

Used to have an area just for the smaller kids, but they put in a new game feature for bigger kids. Now the little ones are left to fend for themselves surrounded by larger and more advanced jumpers. A lot of head bumping went on in there.

I bring my kids here every few months. I forget how packed it gets and then I have frustrated jumpers...or non-jumpers! When do you guys limit the jumpers per session because right now I have spent money on 2 1.5hr jumps and i have 2 very unhappy girls!!

Super good place to take the kids! Great deals on the $35 winter pass...any weekday 1 and a half hour sessions. Jousting, rock wall, big dunks, tumbling pit, trampoline dodgeball and the new Wipeout feature.

Kids had a blast!! Very friendly staff. One child got sick not long after being there and they were willing to refund us the cost of said child since she want going to be jumping. Will definitely be going back.

Horrible management. Wants to tell you that your previous experiences did not happen. Very abrasive. Staff told me that the are always short staffed as reasoning for enforcing policies arbitrarily. I spend too much $ here to be talked down to.

Very fun atmosphere for my nephew, and they had plenty of space for all of his friends guests to enjoy food in their downtime from playing, Highly recommend for fun active family events!

Local management does not have access to website to allow customers to check and know whether hours of operation have changed. Frustrating to show up twice and have to walk away because of various reasons. Please post changes to hours of operation so folks do not waste time traveling to your business.

Today May 22, 2018 is Modesto Rockin Jumps anniversary and their generosity is AWESOME!! They are celebrating with free admission to all! My granddaughter got the wake up surprise of her dreams this morning and the staff were just so much fun and very welcoming to what is sure to be a very long and busy day!! Margaret Anne you and all the folks there deserve a big pat on the back, (I know youre there helping out from another location so tell the staff they are aces!)

Its kind of a small Rockin Jump, and it looked/felt old and dated. The girls still had a great time, and if in the area, Id go back. But if Im home and choosing a Jump place to go to, Id pick Dublin or Brentwood.

Excelent service.. kids love this place. After we had our daughters birthday party i came up with the option of a carriage ride for all kids in our party as the mchenry village has carriage rides for all the village guest in december.. just gave a donation but well worth it.

Great place for the kiddos to exercise during bad weather or bad air quality.

Came here August 2016 and had a fantastic time. The staff were very friendly food was good and the slides were ace. My 8 year old daughter loved her first experience of big water slides. Would defiantly return

Um... Hello! Great place for kids to get their energy out for a great price. Gives me two hours of free time to catch up on my.laptop with work or reading. Or I can kickback and watch a movie or TV series on my phone while I wait. Plus, if I want the exercise I can jump with them. Its a WIN-WIN place for.kids and parents. And they do bday parties!
