This place is really a tiny little treasure. My husband and I honestly thought it was going to be full of kids (young ignorant adults) working behind the counter- turns out we were wrong. The building is tucked away- not flashy in the least. I was really shocked that the staff here is very knowledgeable on different products that they have. The staff is welcoming but allows my husband and I to browse the store on our own. This is extremely important because we like our privacy. I forget the employee’s name- a flower or something. But she was very knowledgeable and allowed my husband and I to shop.

Worst experience ever i dont know if to law sue this place or forget abou it i got this toy for my girl and the toy was used, it was the nastiest thing that has ever happened to me i try to complaint and the guy in charge would no help me mamager would not answer the phone, good thing we didnt use it i just pu it in the garbage, i dont trust this place we could have got stds,,
We were the only ones to drive up in our Truck pulling a trailer. As anyone knows you park in a vshape for easy in and out. There was at least 8 empty spaces. We were the only ones there. Walked in and the gal told us to move our truck.. btw, we parked by a business that was closed. She then told us to park across the street. Wait, what??? She was so rude and clearly, not a people person... The store lost a sale. Monday 8/14/17 around 7 pm. If I could give it a minus ..-5.... I would.
This place was great. Coming from Sac, we were used to Suzies being the place to go. Not necessarily the case in Modesto. My chicks only complaint is a limited collection of glass pieces. Dude behind the counter was awesome too. Keep up the good work!
Buyer Beware.... Purchased a gift here. Once arrived home, I discovered the item had been switched with a lessor quality item. When returned to store, they were unhelpful and cold and refused any to assist in any capacity. Never again will I do business with this outfit.... Terrible customer service... crappy business practices. I will be taking this up the ladder to complain. Inspect all purchases carefully...
Walked in for the first time yesterday. No greeting of any kind from the lady. I looked at the counter for items I was interested in. I asked the lady if she sold the item I wanted in more than 1 quantity at a time. She didnt respond. I said excuse me and repeated the question. She gave me a dead eye look and said I dont know. I said, ok. Im sorry if I upset you. I was a bit sarcastic of course. Then she picked up her phone and spoke to someone. She said it was security. She then said something about Im gonna tell him right now. She looked at me and said I need you to leave. I was shocked. I asked why. She said youre banned from this store. I said what are you talking about? She just repeated that I had to leave. I said you gotta at least tell me why. She said I dont have to tell you anything. You leave or Im calling the cops. I asked her to get her manager. She said I am the manager. She again threatened to call the police. I said ok Im gonna leave. But couldnt you at least tell me why Im banned? She says no. Just leave. I asked for her name and she wouldnt give it. I couldnt believe something like that could happen to me. But its definitely indicative of the other 1 star ratings.

2nd time I come here and the store is closed with the lights on and open sign working. Last time employee closed 2 hours after opening.
We were eyed as suspicious by cashier despite the fact that we were not the only customers and I dont believe that we deserved the treatment. We have not been back since. Sad, because we loved the prices and variety but would rather pay more and be treated with some respect.
I gotta say that this particular spot is pretty dam good when it comes to sexual devices and such. My only complaint is these kinda places need to stay open till 2am at least! Sheesh!! I aint got time during the day to be shopping for my late nite needs feel me??
Its really unfortunate because I really enjoy coming here over Suzies on Mchenry because everytime Ive been here the service has been +10 stars above and beyond customer service but today unfortunately that wasnt the case, 1pm on January 10th the woman working behind the counter gave no greeting whatsoever as I walked through the door and then she finally asked me if I knew what I wanted, not even a can I help you find anything or how may I help you she seemed super irritated that I was in there to buy something. I asked her how her day was going and I got back a good nothing more nothing less.. I work in customer service everyday and I know we all have our days but this woman is either about to quit her job, or just doesnt care about it at ALL. Its really unfortunate because of her attitude I will take my hard earned cash somewhere else from now on.
