Lovely location with awesome views. The dinner was great. They have done some updating here over the past few years. It is nice and cozy feeling now.

Love this place. Prime Rib!

Founded in 1847, the Mobile Yacht Club is the second oldest yacht club in the United States. The food from the galley is quite good. Photo of the current menu posted. Spectacular view of Mobile Bay. Some will find the clubhouse decor to be dated, but I suspect that the membership likes it just fine.

Decent Food. Your not allowed to use the club boats if your a member (or at least I kept getting the runaround and gave up asking) Kind of a geriatric ward. I think the club will be gone in 10 years if they cant appeal to a younger generation.

Private yacht club that is a member of the GYA. The views are beautiful and the food has a Cajun slant. Its good and not too spicy for non-Cajuns. There was a regatta the weekend we visited. The club was busy, yet friendly and comfortable. If youre a GYA member, make sure to stop by when traveling.

Atmosphere was nice, service was adequate, food good, view spectacular. Food was a bit pricey and before leaving I visited the rest room that had not been addressed. Disappointed in that. I am not a member but met there with a group.

We take our 3 down there very often!! You can fish or just chill and look at the water. So nice n would be even nicer if my older two would come with us!!

Service is hit and miss. Food is very very good. The burgers are rediculously good.

I totally recommend going and eating some of Chef Jacob Merritts awesome recipes. The view of the Bay is beautiful too!

Last weekend I was visiting an old friend in Mobile. I had arranged dinner at MYC, as we had never been there. We thoroughly enjoyed it - the food was great, prices were fair, the welcome was fantastic. I even met a couple of PCs that had known a mutual friend. Your great asset, Kacia, arranged our reservation the week prior, had our table reserved by name, and then served our dinner. As your public face, you should feel proud! I would love to come back, preferably in the dead of winter to enjoy a toddy on the sofa by your fire pit at a bonafide Yacht Club! Thanks from the University Yacht Club.
