Beautiful scenery. Daughter had fun at playground

The Big slide was shut down last time the kids went, and they said its always something thats isnt working when they come to the park. And also think it should have more things to play with

Nice clean play area to take children to play

One of the nicest playgrounds Ina 40 mile radius. Recent improvements have made it cleaner and safer too.

Very cool place

Candy cane is the biggest playground at Rothwell Park in Moberly. Its a decent size. Its right next to a lake so its a gorgeous view. The park has paddle boats for rent. There is a nice big bathroom facility by Candy Cane as well which is a huge plus. There is a shelter over a couple picnic tables and multiple benches so theres plenty of seating. There are also two more large covered shelters nearby which can be reserved which makes it great for birthday parties. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because of the size of the playground. If it were larger with more equipment, it would be 5 stars.

Candy Cane City had been around for 50 years or more. I used to go there as a child and the experience was magical. Unfortunately, it went through years of neglect, and was little more than run down playground equipment. Then a few years ago the city revitalized it. Now it is back to what it once was. I take my Grandniece there to play and she loves it. The playground equipment is perfect for younger kids.
