First Colony Swim Team

This is our first year in Swim League and my son has enjoyed it! He has progressed so much on all his strokes. All the coaches and staff have been great especially with making sure all safety guidelines are followed. Highly recommended!

We love the dedication and commitment of the coaches, they are very positive, encouraging, and a wealth of knowledge. They provide opportunities for the swimmers to feel as though they are part of a family and incorporate outside team building activities. Swimmers learn the value of hard work, perseverance and grit. FCST is a great place to be!

We love FCST! The coaches are wonderful, they have such great relationships with the kiddos! Our daughter has come a long way in the two years that she’s been swimming.We started with our eldest swimming and she loves it so much that now my middle son is starting too!!

I cannot say enough about FCST and their coaching staff. My son has been on the team for 2 years now and cant wait to go to practice each day. There is truly a mutual respect between coaches and swimmers and these kids come so far with the awesome leadership they are provided!

My daughter has been swimming for 8 years competitively and we recently had to reach out to find a new team. We decided on FCST because there was more opportunity for her by allowing her to swim more with a group kids at her age and ability. Although the change was scary for her, she is really enjoying the new change and the teams coaches.

We love FCST!! Our two girls are in the team. In addition to having a strong swimming program, the team has been training them to have a better mindset and character. The coaches and teammates are great.They are all supportive and encouraging!

As someone who has played nearly every organized sport, I was incredibly impressed when I joined the team by how professional the coaches are and their ability to give individual feedback to each swimmer, even in a large group.

My daughter loves being part of FCST. She has learned ALOT since starting with their program. We originally were just doing the summer program but moved to league then competitive and we have not looked back. The coaches are wonderful! They always make sure the kids are on track. We are always updated daily on any changes and as working mom I appreciate that. More power to this wonderful organization. We are very happy we are part of it.

FCST has done an amazing join of maintaining the safety of our swimmers along with feeling to form better, more competent swimmers. The coaches are incredibly supportive and make the evidence exceptional all around.

My daughter has enjoyed her swim experience through FCST. They have handled the issues with Covid with professionalism and clear communication. I feel they are taking every precaution possible to limit exposure while still allowing the kids to swim.

The coaches are clearly dedicated to teaching the students how to swim. I definitely reccomend FCST.

Simply put, since joining FCST our son has improved his swimming and learned the value of being on a team and competing with his very best effort. Even while we were unable to be in the pool, coaches continued to send dry-land workouts each day. Thank you FCST!!

Having been a part of the FCST family for over 6 years, I can say that both our children have learned so much from the amazing coaches. They are super supportive of the kids and drive them to accomplish great goals while also helping them work through lean patches and disappointments. The added benefit is that the kids have also made friends that support and encourage each other at every turn.Given the current environment and the challenges with the COVID-19 situation, FCST has done a terrific job in getting kids back into the pool in a safe and organized manner! This has been critical given that there are very limited opportunities for the kids to engage in some physical exercise or activity these days!All in all, the FCST team and coaches go above and beyond to ensure our children have an environment to swim fast, make friends and learn lessons that will hold them in good stead for life!GO FCST!

As a new member, registration was easy, and coach Adrian was flexible to accommodate us on the first day practice.
