This place is so much fun! They have go carting, arcade games and laser tag! My family had a wonderful time and would totally recommend checking this place out!

We played lazer tag with the family and it was a blast. The two story maze was a great add to the fun.

Soooo much fun riding the Go-Karts, this was awesome.

The staff is extremely rude. They discriminate against people with disabilities. We have kids with special needs and they told us that this is not the place to have them. They charged us for the go carts and then refused to refund the money when they told us we couldn’t have our special needs kids there and needed to go somewhere else. This place is a joke. Do NOT waste your money and if you have kids with special needs DO NOT take them here.

They were nice. My kids had fun. They use the tokens and tickets. They should upgrade to the card system! But overall good experience!

The far and few between smiles are not worth the dent in the pocketbook or the headache. The staff is a bunch of kids with no work ethic, there are games for the younger kids but only a handful. The place focuses more on the mini race track and laser tag, from what I have heard those are pretty neat and entertaining. We only went once due to the staff (or lack of one) with the family. My husband went on a work team building thing, otherwise he would have never gone. When we went with the family was during the even however didn’t have a lot of people. My husband went during the day, he said they had an actual staff and again wasn’t crowded. I rarely see the parking lot filled either as I work right down the street from the place.

Just had a Birthday party for an 8 year old today and 20 of her closest friends. Can I say amazing. The staff was awesome! The girl in charge of our event was amazing. So helpful had an agenda and a plan for us. We will definitely be back again and again.

We did a party here and it is our third time. Its always been great but this time they had 4 parties overlapped. There were no games to play for our kids and the workers seemed as overwhelmed as we were. I leave 4 stars cus we love the hub overall but this visit was bad. Everyone deserves a bad day though and we have had many good ones there. But in the future they should limit their overlapping birthdays to provide a more entertaining and relaxing environment for those that are there. I would pay more for that in fact.

Good place for a family outing. The go carts are a great time. Your times are recorded and given to you at the end. Makes it competive and fun. They have pizza and food but I did not try it when I was there.

The guy or girl with colorful hair and a cross earring super rude probably should go back to his moms house and learn some manners

Its a little pricey but LOADS of fun! Go karts was insane! Laser tag is a must with their 2 story field and some game give tickets while others are just for the fun!!

Absolutely wonderful place, i went on the go karts around 10 times because they were so fun and when i asked what my fastest time was they gave me a paper that said how good i was at driving. Laser tag was fun but could have used a little more room to move around in and the arcade was wonderful to play around in. Just wished the amount of token needed for each game was lowered a bit so people could play more. 10/10 would go again

Great place to get out for the night and have some fun. Has a decent arcade and the laser tag is pretty cool. A laser tag room has two stories and is a blast. They also have go karts I go pretty quick. It is a little overpriced I feel like but other than that super fun.

A super fun place for family entertainment. This was our first time there and my 7 year old enjoyed her time very much just playing games and winning tickets. We soent 20 dollars and had a wonderful time. We will be back to enjoy the race cars and lazer tag. Great place for families, birthdays and winter entertainment

Son (7) and daughter (9) loved it! We went on a Tuesday (March 19). Not crowded and a great deal. Buy 2 races, get 1 free. 3 races for $16!!The food can get pricey quick, but the prices for the racing made up for it.It was not crowded, so my kids could kind of race when they wanted. Race, take a break, grab a drink, head in for race #2, and so on. And unlike other places similar (K1) no need to purchase a license or join. Just pay for the races you want.And the staff was great. Friendly, professional and fun.We will be back.

I like coming to the Hub Family Entertainment to let my daughter play, the only downfall is the cost. You can not come in and not spend $40. Wish it was not so expensive, but it is fun!

The go-karts were amazing, reasonably priced, the only problem I had was with one of the workers I tried to play laser tag with my husband and he made it extremely uncomfortable he followed us around and inserted himself into our game my husband tagged him more than he tagged me because he kept popping around corners and jumping out making it extremely uncomfortable and weird I will never play laser tag there again!!!!

Had lots of fun, but it was our first and possibly last time there. None of the adolescents that worked there were helpful at all!! They had no excitement about their job or to help when we had questions. And in most cases were just rude. With the exception of one of the great ladies at the prize redemption counter!

My son and I had alit of fun here. Were planning on stopping by again on the way back through Missoula.

Go-karts worked great tons of fun. We also did the laser tag that was awesome also. Great place for a birthday party but it wasnt cheap.

So much fun! Race the go karts! Great entertainment for all ages, perfect family centric activity.It’s a little out of town and pricier than what you would want out of a regular experience but great every once in a while.

So this place has alot of good features and has a bunch of potential. me and my friends took part in pretty much all the activities you can do and it was a blast! The only down side was some of the people working were unfriendly and for things like laser tag didnt remember, and or were rude when asked about how to play. Everything els .. perfect as long as you have pleasant people working there.

Karting, food, and games. What more needs to be said. All of the staff were very friendly and the prices were reasonable. Great place to take kids of all ages.

Went there with some friends and all of the staff just stayed behind the prize counter. Want some food or a drink maybe play laser tag? better be willing to wait 10-15 minutes for them to notice you and then very slowly walk over and be very rude. Also the person inside laser tag that is supposed to be enforcing the rules just sat on his phone and didnt care at all. Arcade is pricey aswell friend spent 20$ to get 80 tokens and it lasted like 30-40 minutes and thats not including the other tokens we got we probably spent a total of $60 maybe $70 on tokens and they went by quickly. Overall had a good time just wish it wasnt so expensive and the employees should just pretend to be happy we are there.

Clean, well run arcade with a two story laser tag arena and an indoor go kart circuit. Its a bit overpriced, but its still a blast for any group of people

Its cool they actually have a place like this in town. Its the only place like it around Missoula. The problem I had was it felt like everything there was just to make money off of you, even the non ticket arcade games. That said it is good place for family bonding and I had a good time.

Clean, has a variety of options for games, pool, arcade, laser tag and go carts at an affordable price. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is fast food stuff but it works for the kids. They said it was better than the fair.

I would come here again! I love it here and had lots of fun with my family! $16 for about 15 minutes for my brother and I to play laser tag! Lots of great games and the go carts are great! I would give you more then 5 stars if I could!!!!

Its alright as far as the go carts and laser tag goes but the arcade section is weak at best and too expensive. Some of the ticket earning games can be fun, but they are also way cost inefficient.

We have a blast doing go karts and Lazer tag! Its a little expensive but worth it!

My 6 year old daughter loves this place and is always asking to go.I give it a 2 for good reasons.Its a pretty small place, and by small I mean, theres not really that many games.On one side are arcade games, which dont spit out tickets. Theyre there for some fun, casual gaming.On the other side are the games that give you tickets, unfortunately there always seems to be 2 or 3 games not working. None of them really give you that many tickets even when it seems like you played a good game, and some take 4 tokens, so youll go through $20 of tokens very quickly.I wouldnt recommend this place, its OK, but its nothing too exciting. No hard feelings Hub, Ill keep coming back until my daughter gets bored of it.

Had fun with the go-kart racing, but make sure you ask for one that is fully charged. That way you dont run out of juice towards the end of your race. Loads of fun!

Never busy when I go. My 4 year old son loves it! Go cart is pretty fun, never done the laser tag. It would be nice to have a bigger track.

Awesome place! Great for every age. The staff is good and are quick to make sure your taken care of so your not sitting around waiting to do something. The electric go carts are a great time with friends and family. They are eco friendly and are very fast as well! The laser tag is great especially when the turn the fog machine on and you can see the laser go across the room and hit your friend.

A Great Time. FUN for kids and the kid in you. Staff is friendly. The food exceeded our expectations - the corn dogs and the Southwest burger especially. Race Leagues were exciting to watch and participate in. Nice job to have prizes for each person this time around. Will be glad to wear The Hub hat to promote the business.

The Hub family entertainment center in Montana is a great place to go with a family or corporation for parties. They have arcades, laser tag, go karts and prizes. It is a reasonable price and look for their specials on their website. I highly recommend coming here for some cheap entertainment. It is very fun

We really enjoyed our visit - we took our 3 young kids and they loved it. The games were all in working order, the staff was friendly, and the facility was clean.Bring cash if you want to play games, the token machines dont take debit cards, and the ATM has a fee.They dont have any double go karts for adults to take children, but they do have smaller go karts available for kids.
