From the most detailed safety and rigging protocol, to the depth and quality of all the classes; MASC is the best place to start your aerial/movement journey or stop by if youre passing through! My favorite place to play and workout. After a year and a half, Ive tried almost every class and love them all! I highly recommend aerial yoga or aerial fitness and conditioning. Best of all their classes are for ALL bodies and experience levels! Have fun, learn new skills and get stronger!

Peep all the plaques on the wall to the right as you walk in. The instructors are all highly qualified. I am very impressed with the space. It is very homey and has a beautiful energy! This place has a ton to offer

My daughters first class was awesome - shes already said she never wants to stop! A great strength and confidence builder for her. The staff were welcoming and totally helpful, and we are looking forward to a long relationship with MASC!.

Masc has a beautiful studio with many wonderful instructors and class options, from the floor up! Barre, Pilates, Pole Fitness, Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Aerial Sling, Aerial Hoop, Trapeze, Aerial Silks, just to name a few! Its not hard to go to the gym when the gym is like an adult playground :)

Freaking love each class it’s fun to get out of your comfort zone and try new things. You never lose you always learn!!! Coming back for sure

SJBeck and her collaborators successfully created a platform supporting artists to train and perform their talents in Missoula and throughout the West. MASC Studio is a great blessing to our region. ️The professionalism of MASC staff makes hosting events at the studio a dreamy experience. MASC artists are not the only ones with talent. The knowledgable lighting and sound crew are second to none. Ill always choose to host my events here.
