Cheap place to live but at the cost a slum lord who is in it for the money and doesnt care about the people who live there. Pot holes are everywhere, some bad enough that it could damage your vehicle. Yards super small. Not enough parking. But wont fix it without making the people pay. Like last time. I was raised here and moved back 8years ago...lessoned learned. Wont do it again. Stay in his good side.. you are fine. Get in his bad side, prepare to be miserable.
